I've been to 2 other offices before I settled on Dr. Kottapalli...and I've been with her at least 2 yrs. The office is always clean, my wait time can go from 15 to 20 minutes which is not too much of a problem because it's comfortable in the waiting room. They have an optical place there, water and desk where u can take a moment to collect yourself. The Dr. Is patient and she listens to what I'm saying which is very important and you have to be very clear a couple of times there was misinformation in my medical record, but when I spoke with her it was cleaned right up. The doctor also responds in a timely manner when you have any questions in my chart and if need be she communicates by phone as well. The staff is good as well.

She is attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and has set the standard for how I measure other doctors (a very high bar). I recommend her to everyone and they thank me, you will be thankful too that you saw her. Only wish that I could give her more than 5 stars.

Dr. Kottapalli is an exceptional doctor. Good listener and has a patient-centered approach. I highly recommend her especially if you like physicians that don’t make you feel rushed. We need more doctors like Kottapalli!

Dr. Kottapalli is excellent. I have my daughter going to see her also. She is attentive to everything i say, responds to all my questions in a very clear way. I like her a lot. She’s is very nice!

She jumped to a diagnosis without asking questions, wasn’t friendly, didn’t ask anything about what I was concerned about, and was really sloppy.

Dr Kottapalli is a terrific doctor and always helps me with my healthcare needs. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
