Oh my gosh, let me start by saying I was bedazzled, the staff here have created an atmosphere , above all of the clubs I’ve ever been to. The Young gentleman, Bruno was happy to have a chat. His friendly attitude instantly made me feel as though we’ve known each other for years, this guy is not only interesting. He was also intrigued with the conversation we had. The young lady, Emily, who I met at the front door, absolutely stunning, I was blown away at her beauty. However, I soon came to realise my mistake, not only is this woman holding the beauty of a goddess, she is highly intelligent, extremely friendly, and has a well to do attitude . if my own daughters turn out to be half as polite, well mannered, or even friendly as this young lady then I know I’ve done a marvellous job in raising my children. The head PT, Kiki was a bundle of joy and laughter. Her friendliness brought a new vibe and atmosphere to my heart These three of the main staff at any time fitness Mona Vale has simply made me feel like family. I’ve never felt so welcome in my life. I walked in here, unsure if I wanted to join but To my surprise i was left feeling as though i was on familiar ground I felt like I had had lunch with long lost friends and caught up on a lifetime of stories. Not only will I be joining this gym I will also be bringing my partner and my children to join if I didn’t live in the local area I would simply buy a house here just so I could attend this gym. Thank you so much for making me feel as I am part of the family and I look forward to meeting the other PT trainer Sarge he sounds like he’d be a hoot

Enjoyable gym to make your daily port of call. Its facilities are world class, with two levels of gym equipment. A time out room for relaxation and a large area downstairs, for exercises held weekly and individual work where you can do your floor routine. Floor exercises, dumbells and down the back of the gym on the ground floor are the heavy dumb bells. Located in a caudlersack, in a rural like area surrounded by trees and the main road five minutes away where you will find walks and places to explore, with nearby shopping just down the road, located on the corner of Pittwater Road and Barrenjoey Road Mona Vale.

I dropped in today to have a quick session as I happened to be in the area. And wow.. I am so impressed by the cleanliness and the smell of this gym it took me by surprise. I will also like to mention how friendly the staff were they make you feel like your at home. I accidentally dropped my pre workout and the lovely staff quickly came and cleaned up after me and offered me a scoop of her own That just made my day that there is nice people out there. I will definitely be coming back even though it’s a far drive from my home but I just absolutely love this gym that it’s worth the drive

My boyfriend canceled his membership 1 month ago. We live in New Zealand and they continue to charge him every week. Luckily, I had my Avalon membership and they really served me well. They responded to all my messages and canceled my membership very quickly. But this branch. Very bad service, they don't answer our emails, they leave us read everywhere and the worst thing is that they keep discounting us every week. I no longer know how to get them to respond and give us an answer to our problem, so I will make the case public and give my worst review to this branch.

Good gym enough if you know what your doing. But average music too loud put earphones in laud and hope you don't go deaf To many people lingering around near machines and weights talking sh#t I find most days If hygiene is a huge thing for you not many people wipe down or use towels This is probably at most gyms but this my time out so probably expected to much haha I am enjoying going here tho You will find your own times thats right for you over first few weeks Other than that staff are very polite and happy to help with questions helped me a few time

Solid gym. Clean, good equipment, showers and change rooms, so you don’t have to wait if you want to get changed in the morning. Everybody seems to follow rules by cleaning equipment before and after. Only complaint would be the music is TOO LOUD !! Cannot hear my own music (via ear buds) over their music. Shame otherwise top gym. Here on the 13th of Feb. no staff around so I could not ask them the turn the music down. Still so loud you can’t properly enjoy your own music. Shame... otherwise good gym.

Worst gym around the beaches, you’ll have better luck finding the end of a rainbow then trying to cancel a membership here. They have an Assistant manager who knows nothing about customer service and is highly incompetent with poor communication skills. My thoughts and prayers out for that staff member. So glad I will never have to see or talk to that staff member again. If I could submit a 0 star rating I would, unfortunately it has to be 1.

First gym I’ve ever joined and what a great first choice. I feel so welcomed walking into anytime fitness Mona Vale. Bryce and Kiki are the personal and class trainers at the gym and always provide a great range of classes that leave me feeling like I’ve worked hard. Everyone is so helpful both staff and clients and the gym is a great size, with great equipment for all abilities. Mona Vale AF is the best out!

Anytime Mona Vale is the most kind and caring 24/7 gym I’ve ever been to! The staff know everyone by name which is amazing and the facility is always clean and in amazing condition! Imagine having a new chronic medical condition you give the manager proof of, and they still take weeks to respond to your email and cancel your membership. It’s way too difficult to cancel and their form shows there should be a refund for medical conditions yet I got nothing, even though I couldn’t attend for months.

I joined in January and I’m so glad I did! The gym is so clean, bright and has great equipment, the staff are so friendly and greet you every time, the entire vibe is so friendly, motivating and chill. The highlight is absolutely Kiki’s classes and her pt sessions!! Would recommend in a heartbeat to anybody.

Such a great gym to be apart of. All the staff are lovely and always willing to help with any situation! Super friendly staff who always welcome me whenever I come in. The gym itself is kept clean and tidy and is super spacious, but also has all the equipment I need for my workouts. Heaps of squat racks and free weights too! A very kind and family/community based environment and atmosphere in this gym.

Anytime Fitness gym surpasses its competitors in all areas , with great staff and equipment I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to work on bettering their lifestyle, with Emily and Alice at the front desk always open to listening and helping out in anyway they can , a great environment.

Great gym! Very friendly staff as well! Got good equipment, and all the facilities you need like somehwere to put your bag, toilets, showers, change room, deodorant station. The scale of the gym is definitely on the smaller side, not the biggest gym I've been to, but other than that it's great.

Bad customer service over the phone and in person. Incredible hard to find parking in the area. Overcrowded and toilets are very small and showers are very inconvenient. Pain too much for too little. No impressed at all. Sorry not worth it the travel or trouble. Just a very honest review guys.

I really enjoy coming to this gym, it's always such a happy/positive environment and the staff members are all so friendly! It's always very clean and there is lots of cleaning stations around to make it easy for you. Would definitely reccomend signing up to this Gym.

Again really disappointed with customer service at this Gym. Incredible high fees, asking for to pay $100 for the Access key, absolutley nit other gym does, plus Joining fee, plus multiple weeks in advance. This it's way too high compare to any other gyms.

Disinterested staff, hard to find parking, weights are always left on the equipment, music is loud, especially when wearing earphones, no internet, space is a bit tight and can be very overcrowded and showers look improvised at this warehouse like complex.

Been at this gym for a year and a half and the community around it is incredible. Kiki & Emily are just amazing and inspire me to get in there! They’re super supportive and informative. 10/10 would recommend Kiki’s 1on1 session if you want a juicy booty

I have never ever had my phone spammed so much with calls and texts by a business. Even after blocking and opting out they still find a way to bother you. To anyone looking to join, i hope you read their terms and conditions carefully too.

Best Anytime fitness I've been to so far mainly because of its size. Plenty of room and equipment. Doesn't feel crowded after 10 people walk in like most of the other franchise's and the girls at the front desk are always happy to see you.
