My kids love Dr Ricki’s Clinic. I thought to write a review when my kids asked if their cleaning appointment was coming up. Seriously? What kid looks forward to the dentist?? Per my kids, the staff and doctors make visits fun & cool. I like that parents are asked to remain in waiting room, I can actually sit and read a magazine for once! It's nice to relax and know the kids are in wonderful hands, and enjoying themselves apparently!! With My personal experience we found Dr. Ricki‘s Apollo clinic committed to treating Patients with the compassion and respect they deserve. They provided care that addresses both short- and long-term oral health needs. The staff were friendly, Smiled (always a plus).Dr is extremely gentle and knowledgeable Service and product met my expectations. They valued their work and were very honest. Wonderful service and highly recommend!

If you do not like to be treated just as a number or some one who could be taken advantage of financially due to their painful situation then Apollo Family Dental clinic is recommended. I visited Dr. Rickey on recomendation and for the 1st time I have received diagnosis upon careful analysis of my situation. My current situation turns out to be pretty complicated as my previous tooth extraction conducted in one of the fancy BUPA clinics(port melbourne) was more to boost their profits and Left a hole in my pockt and gum :( Ricky was very patient. Never rushed or jumped onto conclusions like other dentists have in past. If you go to Apollo family dental clinic I can assure you that you woukd be looked after very well.

I went there the other week for an emergency. I had a broken crown that I hadn't gotten checked in 3 weeks. I called on a day which was a public holiday and they still managed to book me in for the end of the day. Since I got there the service was just magnificent. The doctor was amazing and made me feel relaxed at all times even though I get a bit anxious on that chair. The woman helping him was very friendly and thoughtful. I am glad I found this place and I will definitely make sure I go back. Incredible service and treatment guaranteed !

*** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *** As someone who is scared of dentists - both for my teeth and wallet, I took the plunge to visit for a general check up / clean. Having not been to a dentist in years I was expecting a real concern from him but his understanding and patience was exemplary. I was put at ease immediately by the Dentist, Dr. Ricky who took his time to step me through the consultation, the process and the result was pain free. Overall a positive experience due to the customer service and the standard of treatment.

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful dental clinic. I was scared of doing any dental work but my experience here had been really good. I was given professional advise and was treated with care and empathy. I really appreciate the gentleness of the practice and the team.. My daughter just had her braces removed today and it LOOKS STUNNING! Very happy with the result! after 2 years and 2 months of waiting, finally it has just come to an end! Dr. Ricky you rock! Rushed to this clinic with a dental emergency and they managed it so well. Dr Ricky was prompt and confident in his work which reflected his excellent skills and also very gentle and caring. I was quite comfortable during the whole procedure. I now blindly trust them for my dental care and always count on them for my beautiful and healthy smile!

Very short notice weekend emergency with a suspected absess. Rick and the team bent over backwards to see me and it was the most positive and considerate patient experience. The whole procedure including X-rays was very competitively priced. Easily going to recommend to family and friends in the area. Keep up the GREAT work guys!!!!!!!!

My tooth was killing me. My friend had gone to this dental office before and recommended me. It turned out I needed a root canal done. They took care of the root canal. They accepted my insurance. I didn't have to pay much. Definetly will go back there for future teeth work.
