Worst branch. Impolite staff. (Referring to the one below Apollo Cradle). Few notes: - They do not offer bill whatsoever - If you ask for 4 tablets and they have 5 left, they force you to take 5 or leave empty handed. I’m talking about antibiotics: What will one do with one extra tablet . The person rudely refused to sell 4 - 0% discount unlike other branches - Go for MedPlus. Same experience in every branch. Regret visiting an Apollo branch after having similar experience earlier

Apollo Kondapur is one of the best hospital and clinic. My Go to place for medical needs. However the pharmacy is very very slow, may be coz of inexperienced staff. Billing takes a lot of time. Everytime I gi there it takes 15-20 minutes. I avoid it as much possible.Availabilty of medicines is ok. One positive thing, it's 24 hours open.

People don't respond properly on phone, if we ask they don't tell that medicine is available in the store or not. We come all the way to pharmacy then it is told that the medicine is not available.

Very bad service, no customer relationship. Compare to any other medical pharmacy, skip this pharmacy until unless that medicine is not available anywhere else.

The shop is open 24 hours which is a plus as very few shops are open at late night. However, the bill is higher as they always charge full MRP for everything.

Good discounts and almost all medicines available here, for all my medical needs I surely visit this place and recommend others.

In google it was not showing shortcuts to reach destination .it was showing more time consuming routes
