1. Waiting time is too long even if there are many staff members. 2. Not answering properly when asked for any medication. 3. Tried to order one medication but no proper response. 4. Previously they informed that they're also delivering home to home via order on call. So I called once but no proper response on call as they're just ignoring and asked me to message on WhatsApp so I messaged on WhatsApp but no response. I was ill and none was at home so I really needed medication who can deliver home and the pharmacy is in nearby building. So NOT recommended as I suggest to go on other pharmacies available in orchid centre as acme and planet health..

Shop and staff is good in general.. but today’s incident made me write this.. one aged customer came to buy a eye drop with 500 rs note and since the medicine was of 15 rs, the person on counter just refused to give change to her and when she said she will pay Iater in the day he rudely replied . Neither he was giving her the change nor he was agreeing to take the money afterwards. She tried to make online payment through her family member but he didn’t helped her in that also. Very rude and arrogant behaviour ..

I mostly visit this store and always find them very customer friendly. The collection of medicines are good. I get most of my asked medicines. The staff is doing good work but required little more staff as in the evening the rush is high and sometimes takes them more time to serve the customers.

Very bad and irresponsibe staff and store,most of medicines are not in stock so many times,Banned is a quick reply from counter whenever any medical is not in stock ,better to close this store.pl do it urgently.

Very Irresponsible staff, gave wrong medicines for a child and when went back and asked instead of being sorry it was fun and laughing time for them blaming each other sarcastically....
