This place is something else. I’m currently sitting here, having a desire to have a beer and some food…only problem is I’ve been here for an hour after a long day of work and I haven’t been blessed with the opportunity to order food. It’s not a problem, I know the bartender is looking out my interests; I really don’t need nourishment in my body. I respect her ability to promote a family-first environment, even if it means going in front of the bar and spending most of the night talking with her significant other and friends instead of making money. I mean, that takes gumption! The gentleman next to me was kind enough to check her hearing numerous times when he asked if he could order food, but we all know she was looking out for his nourishment intake as well. He was also kind enough to do her job and get me a menu; we all know spending time with friends and family at work is more stressful than customers who might pay. Then again, she might pay later at home. I would love to leave a review on the food, but despite being sober and looking like I might have money, I guess I’ll never know. Maybe I’m sitting in a very bright part of the bar where she doesn’t know I’m here, it could be a lighting issue. Next time I’ll remember to bring my own food and simply order a beer at the bar, it might be more fruitful. I wish them luck though, maybe Godzilla will step on this location without anyone in it and we can rebuild to a standard higher than a limbo bar.

Food wasn’t too bad, I had the chicken Alfredo and it was a bit dry. I was going to ask for a side of Alfredo sauce but my waitress never came back. My fiancé asked for a side of ranch when we first had our food served to us and the waitress never brought it but then went back to serve everyone drinks behind the bar. She never once came back to the table to check on us or bring us refills. After over 20 minutes, my fiancé had to go up to the bar to ask for what we needed and we decided at this point to just ask for the check and to go boxes. To make matters worse, she was the ONLY waitress who was doubling up as a bartender. However, there was what sounded like a party in the kitchen. Plenty of people laughing and talking. Not one person could’ve helped out? I would’ve given this review a one star but because the food wasn’t bad, I gave a star to the kitchen. Probably never coming back to this location. I placed an online order. There was an option to select pick up ASAP 11:20am, but it wouldn't let me select it, so I just chose 11:50 am and called at 11am when it opened. I spoke to Savannah who said she would fix to be ready ASAP -- she said she would fix twice. I also asked to add to the order. She said I had to do that. Okay, so only way to do that was to place a 2nd order. When we got there 1st order wasn't ready!! We waited about 15 minutes. We should have just left because the food was barely okay. Also, the place was dirty, the floors were sticky and there was food on the ground. We were noticing this during the time we waited for our order. Never again. I don't even know how they haven't been shut down by the health department.

Went in for my birthday dinner. Was seated by the manager who told me my server was in the bathroom and would be right with me. Waited 30 minutes and no one has taken my order. Asked for the manager and he said he was dealing with a situation with my server. He didn't even attempt to get another server to take my order. I asked for the number for corporate to register a complaint. He stated they were not part of the corporation. So I asked him for the franchisees phone number to complain to them. I toId him this was the worst service that I never had. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes to bring me the phone number and he never returned. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone if this is how customers are treated. While waiting for the manager to return other customers told me how bad their service was as well.

My boyfriend and I stopped in. The plan was to get dinner there but that's not what happened. We started with drinks while we browsed the menu. We ordered the double crunch bone in wings. We got the boneless wings instead. We told our server that it was wrong and she eventually brought the right ones. Meanwhile our drinks were gone and we had given up on our server to return for an order. After about an hour and a half into the whole thing she showed back up we ordered a couple more drinks and the check. We were surprised to see we were charged for the boneless wings AND the bone in wings. I love the food at Applebee's. It's the service that leaves a bad taste.

The server was extremely inexperienced however she was also subbing as the bartender. The food was worse experience two of us we ordered the two for 28.00, we had the sirloin 8oz with fries and Cole slaw both steaks were over cooked mine was ordered med rare came out medwell wife's ordered med hers came out well done took the wait person 15min to come back to the table. The second round of food took an extra 25min to come out and appeared to be 5oz steaks but were cooked properly their taste and texture was that of a Walmart quality cut, extremely tough and hard to cut. The bill came out to seventy-two dollars when this was questioned wait person claims she forgot to remove the extra steaks..??? Overall a bad experience however the sweet tea was good! No refills were offered in this 2hr 15min experience.

I hate to have to give negative reviews. I’ve given this place 3 chances thinking maybe we went on a bad day. Lord knows we all have those but no. Every time it’s a terrible experience. Food has no flavor. The only thing I’ve tasted that was any good was my hubby’s garlic Parmesan boneless wings. I over heard who I think is the owners daughter talk horribly to the wait staff. No wonder this place has no heart in what they do. You can feel it it in a place when there’s no love. We will not go here ever again. Plus this city isn’t very big and people talk. You all (the owners/managers) should be treating people well (especially your employees who are keeping you going) so the food would reflect a positive environment.

Came to this location to see the manager or shift leader drinking at the bar. He saw me and my family come in and looked at us like we were interupting his happy hour. We waited at the front where NOBODY acknowledged us for around 5 minutes until we finally sat ourselves down at a nearby booth. A few servers saw us then, but still received no customer service. After sitting for a few more minutes it became clear that no one was going to take our order or provide a menu. There were hardly any people in there for me and my party to be ignored.Took my family to another establishment down the road to eat. Never coming to this place again and it's a shame because it is a great looking restaurant.

Hadn’t gone to Applebee’s in quite sometime and today’s experience was very disappointing…My husband ordered the salmon the green beans were undercooked he said his food tasted like hospital food no flavor. I ordered the pasta plate with shrimp I was given the plate with chicken the waitress snapped that the order was wrong so she took it back by the time she brought the correct plate my husband was done eating his meal. My shrimp and pasta meal was horrible no flavor (it was supposed to be Cajun flavor) the shrimp was under cooked and the pasta was clumped together and the piece of bread that the waitress brought me appeared to be day old…what a terrible meal…will not go back!!

Were here for Thanksgiving dinner. We recently just moved to closed by area and wanted to check it out. The waitress wasn't as friendly as I expected at an Applebee's. Wanted to tip at least 1/3 of the bill, ended up 15% because we didn't want to be rude on the holiday. There's a waiter with more smile and happy atmosphere, but he did not serve our table. The foods were not bad, but it gave both my husband and I terrible stomach pains, and many trips to bathroom during the last 3 days. It feels like my stomach'd been poisoned with a high dose of medication, not only food poisoning. My daughter and my son's burger seemed okay. Not recommended !

I just ate dinner at this establishment. This is probably the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced. The hostess acted like she did not want to seat us, the manager walked around us, served people at the bar who were seated after us, sent a server who acted like she did not want to be at work to our table 10 minutes after we were seated and expected a tip. The best thing about this Applebee's is the staff. The food wasn't really that good - my rice was not fully cooked and lacked flavor, my Salmon was raw in the center- I understand fish shouldn't be dry but it shouldn't be raw either. It's not the first time, unfortunately, so I'll just go somewhere else next time. At the seven minute mark of waiting we asked the bartender if she could have someone take our order and possibly receive some water. Witnessed her asking a waitress to assist us. We waited nine more minutes and we were never waited on!!! We left and went to the San Mateo and Academy location where we were sat right away and had a waitress assisting us with in minutes! We will never return to this location. They were staffed with four servers, a hostess and bartender So having enough help was not the issue!!

Food was really good and our server was friendly, punctual, and honest. I've been here 3 times and the first 2 were solid 4-5 star experiences. This time it seemed mismanaged and under staffed. The staff seemed over worked (hours), while we got there during a slight rush, it wasn't the busiest I've seen there. There were people seating themselves and a lot of people waiting for food, but we had several empty tables around us. Added a star for previous experiences. This location also doesn't do the "kids eat free on Tuesday" anymore. I won't say it's poorly managed, but it was tonight.

I wasn't impressed with the crowded seating layout and the quality of my four cheese macaroni and cheese and HC crispers (chicken tenders). The BBQ syrup tasted gross kind of like high fructose corn syrup and hopefully we will come back to improved food quality. Quality not always quantity (says the customer to the business owner(s). Like the location though. Needs some attention. Food and interior repairs.

Food ordered for delivery was completely incorrect. Only thing correct was the meat. But this was horrible too. 6oz Sirloin steak (shown with broccoli pic) was fatty, burnt and tough. Yesterday, I went for my birthday. Then without explain got cut off after three beers, then when I requested a Food menu was denied. How do I rate less than one star. (Oh the area manager contacted me but basically said there's nothing she can do to better the situation) Food and service are typically decent, however restroom cleanliness is far under par, there's always urine on the floor all around the urinals. Other than when the building was brand new I don't recall seeing it clean.

Overall food is great, but if you are ordering online for pickup, and decide that you want the classic chicken alfredo (or any noodle type dish) expect your noodles to be hard in some places. I enjoyed it for the most part, i just ate around the hard parts. Any other plate is great in my opinion. My fiance ordered the double glazed ribs and they were fantastic! And we love their mashed potatoes!

If I could rate this zero, I would!!! Yesterday my family stopped here to have a bite. While taking the first couple bites--I found a rusty screw in my food! It was disgusting. I told the manager, she apologized and took my plate to the back. The waitress came back around minutes later with the check. The manager took off my meal and my boyfriends, but we were still charged for a child's plate. I never saw the manager again. I will NEVER return to ANY Applebee's.

This place could be so much better. The food is not bad, it's just no attention to detail which I think is a result of poorly trained cooks and servers. You can look at food and tell it's burned, so why serve it. If the food has been sitting too long, it's no longer hot. This kind of observance is just completely missing here. One server knew absolutely nothing about the alcohol menu, not one thing. I can't fix a car but I know where the battery is located.

The waitress we had was great, she was kind and attentive. HOWEVER, the food was TERRIBLE. When I say terrible, it was pretty much inedible. It was a super uncomfortable experience being that the food was bad, it was hot, and people at the bar were extremely loud. Never again will I go to this location. What a waste of $40.

Terrible service. Restaurant seemed OK on a cleanliness standard Wait staff looked at us, and flat out ignored us. Finally, a waitress who seemed overwhelmed by her tables told us she couldn’t seat us because they closed at 10pm and it was already 9:23 lol. They offered us to go order and carried out the process with the most minimum “politeness,” until we were given our check. But one waiter with curly hair smiled at us, that was the highlight.

The staff, was very unfriendly. They told us the wait would be 10 min. Never seated us...but in the meantime the bartender kept seating her friends one by one as they came in. When we asked about it, she denied it. We finally left (we were hungry), went to another Applebee's (that was more crowded) ND were seated within 10 minutes and waited on like we deserved to be.

Food was wonderful. Not to crazy about the service. Our server made us feel rushed and his humor style was snarky. Sure a caution about the hot platter is good but really the warning to keep my face away was not called for and would've been better directed to the extremely intoxicated man, to whom was continuously served beer after beer.

Went on a quiet Tuesday night. We were seated quickly, but it took about 10 minutes or order our drinks and appetizer. A few minutes later they told us they were out of the appetizer we wanted, so we ordered a different one. No one ever came to take our entree order. After we were brought the wrong appetizer and 40 minutes total we left.

Applebee's food is pretty much the same everywhere. Their menu has been cut back and off course prices have gone up. This site usually has no wait. Service is pretty good. Music in the bar is too loud.

We ordered individual meals for the family. Not only was our order late but you can tell it was rushed. All our steaks were still raw. There is a difference between medium rare and raw and these were raw. Then they forgot our sides. Overall, go to another restaurant it's not worth it.

My steak was heavenly. My boatload of appetizers were exciting and plenty to serve. The packaging was perfect, no leakage. The staff paid attention to detail and just made my day, no complaints.

Place was in the middle of something of a revamp. Malicai (spelling) was a damn decent help.

Waitress had the appearance and attitude that she did not want to be there. The pretzel came with 1 dipping sauce and the 2 listed. 1 order came out totally wrong. Not a good time.
