1) Poor maintenance of the township 2) Security as good as nothing. Loitering cattle and haphazard unauthorised autorickshaw parking, particularly outside Galleria Mall, on internal road of township, causing inconvenience to resident members to park their cars when they come to shop. This is my personal experience as a resident member of the Applewoods Township. 3) Poor drainage infrastructure. Turns into an island in 2"-3" of showers at circle near Orchid Harmony
