I don't normally write a lot of reviews but Eriko at Aqua Rosa is just amazing! I had a last minute request for a corsage and bouttoniere for my son's formal (literally the night before the formal!) and was very desperate to sort this out at midnight. Erika was due to open her shop at 9am the next morning but she checked her FB messages at 6.45am and responded immediately to say she was able to help me out! The service was just outstanding and we were so pleased with the beautiful corsage and boutonniere she made for us in the next few hours under such short notice. A little florist store quite tucked away in Mona Vale, but simply big in customer service delivery! Highly recommend. Thank you so much Eriko!

Horrendous!!! Received a delivery of flowers from Interflora. The delivery driver demanded we come up our driveway and get the flowers or she wouldn't deliver them. When we did that she made ups a story about slipping on the drive way, which did not happen, 3 families use that drive and go up and down all day. Obviously lazy and in the wrong job.... you have one job, be able to deliver. Can;'t recommend this place at all.

Thank you Aqua Rosa for your helpful service in placing my order today the young lady was just lovely and apparently the flowers that were delivered were flesh and the bulbs are not even open so the special moment will last even longer. This praise comes from a New Zealander I will call into to thank you next month when I am over So no hesitation in saying if you what to say it with flowers .Aqua Rose are the ones

Eriko has flowers just as beautiful as she. I had a perfectly designed sympathy boutique for my neighbour. Such a genuine caring person, with wonderful customer service. Please call her shop directly, or pop in to see Eriko. Her fb account was hacked, so sadly has no access to that account anymore.

I ordered 2 dozen roses over the phone in order to propose to my girlfriend. I was able to pick them up the next day and they looked amazing and were packaged perfectly. And I’m happy to say that she said yes! Thank you so much Aqua Rosa! I couldn’t be happier.

Found this little place when I needed flowers for a gift. Great service, staff are friendly and helpful. The flowers are beautifully arranged, wrapped and presented. So lovely and I highly recommend Aqua Rosa

Appreciate this year flowers were limited, however for mother's day although flowers fresh, a very very small bunch for price I paid, little disappointed.
