I WISH I NEVER WENT THERE, A HUGE WASTE OF TIME! I tried to book a massage on their online booking, however this was not working so I sent them an email to book a massage. No answer, until I was told to give them a call to book the massage. On the phone I was told I had to book online, even though I just explained their online booking system was not working. No apology given, no attempt to book me for a massage on the phone. When I finally managed to book an appointment days later, I was sent a SMS only one hour before the massage, to be told that the masseuse was not in. I was already on my way so I went in to just go to the spa. I asked for a refund and they said they didn't know how to give refunds on the EFTPOS machine because they didn't know the pin for the machine (yes, seriously!). I asked for a cash refund, given that the manager had approved the refund, but I was told that they were going to do a bank transfer, even though I just witnessed the receptionist giving a cash refund to another customer. I gave them my bank details, which she wrote down on a piece of paper (All this happened while I was trying to enjoy myself and relax at the spa!). I didn't receive any money for days, until I called them and said they lost the piece of paper with my bank details. I gave them my bank details again on the phone and via email. Again, NO ANSWER. I called them, the man on the phone told me my email was read and the refund was to be processed soon. Again, no money was deposited into my account. I sent them an email again with my bank details and guess what, no reply! This has been a joke from day zero. The female receptionist blaming it on the male receptionist, the male receptionist blaming it on the younger receptionist and still, no one taking action on this. My experience at Aquarius has been one to remember, but not in a good way. I would not recommend anyone to go there, there are many other spas in Brisbane whit better facilities and workers that treat the customers with more respect and professionalism than Aquarius staff. I went to Aquarius to relax, all I got was a massive headache! AVOID!

I booked a massage for 2 people and all day yse of facilities at the day spa. Excellent facilities all in one location. There is massage, facial, pool , spa, sauna, and magnesium pool hot and cold available. I went here with my friend. Upon arrival, we were booked to have the massage done first. It's only a small feedback, as we were both female we expect massage ‍♀️ to be done by female masseuse instead my friend had a male masseuse in which we politely declined and requested a female masseuse as well. They were able to find a female masseuse. However, within that time they were trying to locate a replacement they also took off time spent with 1 hour nassage I paid for. So we ended up 45 minutes massage instead of 60 minutes. Perhaps it would be great in the future to consider preferences or options to be offered to customers. Overall, we had a great time, the facilities were clean.

While enjoying some R&R in Brisbane and looking for somewhere to pamper myself I was so lucky that my daughter found this place and sent me the link. I spent several hours enjoying the baths, pool, sauna and steam room plus a glass of champagne (for the most part I had to whole place to myself)It was so luxurious, clean and relaxing, I hardly needed the relaxation massage I had afterwards. The staff were amazing and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to relax and pamper yourself in Brisbane’s CBD.

Beautiful spa with amazing pools, sauna and treatments. Would do 4.5 if I could, only because of the dust build up in the changing room areas, and some areas just needing some attention or minor maintenance. There wasn't any music playing throughout the bath or pool area. Pools and sauna were the PERFECT temperatured. My treatment room was so gorgeous, and immediately relaxing. Rose did my treatments and she did an incredible job. I am so thankful and am leaving feeling well cared for.

I had a 2 hr massage and body scrub with Rose. She was sublime. The room had lovely music, she used divine oils and scrubs and hot towels. The moment her hands touched me i was transported to a magical place. Being able to use the bathhouse facilities before and after was just wonderful. I left floating on a cloud. I would thoroughly recommend Rose as a therapist. I was so relaxed and my skin felt and smelt amazing. I will definitely be returning.

I recently visited the Aquarius and I must say, the experience was absolutely rejuvenating. The ambiance was serene and relaxing. Rose, the masseur, was truly divine in her skills. Her expert hands worked wonders, melting away my stress and tension. I left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend her for a massage at this spa. It was a fantastic experience!

Thank you Rose I’ve had many massages and facials and I would honestly have to say yours is up there with the best. So incredibly relaxing and professional. I took my husband with me who had never been before. Thank you Zoe, he said it was so relaxing he nearly fell asleep. Absolutely recommend we will go back.

I was gifted this for my birthday and I'm not usually one to enjoy a massage but Rob absolutely nailed it. I chose soft pressure and loved it. He did my back, arms, legs, neck and head. So much better than just a back massage! So relaxing. Thanks so much. I will be back!

Have been planning to booked in this spa and good thing I had a chance to with my partner from my busy schedule. A really great place to relax and having a massage is a relief. Highly recommended placet o unwind.
