Super impolite staff. I used to go there often and apart from the fact that they pretend that don’t speak English, they staff are ALWAYS with a sad face and they NEVER smile. Today I was asking which ingredients were inside a specific sandwich and they replied me with the name of the sandwich. I insisted that I needed to know the ingredients as I am allergic to some things but they rudely kept replying the name of the sandwich. One of the staff members even asked another staff my question, and again they replied the name of the sandwich. 10 times in an impolite way. We don’t need people that are not happy to have a job to serve us. Everyone has a bad day. But normal people aren’t rude 365 days per year. I am not going back.

Devant l'aéroport.... Et aucune organisation.... Ne respecte pas leur formule : attention à votre boisson. Demandez la... Pour manger : un jour il faut faire la queue avant de passer à la caisse. Un jour il faut passer à la caisse avant de commander.... Et entre temps vous perdez votre commande car personne n'est capable de comptabiliser les demandes... Ne parlons pas des cuissons a la : je fais comme il y a du monde..... Triste. Et je vais appeler le service client pour en faire par.

1. Staff SMOKING at the Gas station!!! I dont care if its few meters away from the pumps! what a bad image of the Station and the management 2. payment terminal outside broken since YEARS! 3. Some staff members to lazy to help out on the cache register when there is a Queue, they will simple walk by and start to sort things or simply disappear in the back 4. Sandwiches not ready in the morning. Empty shelves not because sold-out but simply too slow in the morning to make them.

No option to pay at the pump even though it’s the 21st century. I then had to wait a long time to pay inside the store because 2 guys in front took an eternity to order and pay for their sausage rolls or whatever it was, and the 2nd till was only opened for the (now lengthy) queue once the two guys had finally gone. My bad timing I suppose but it was a bit frustrating.

Also ich muss ehrlich sagen normalerweise gehe ich gerne bei aral kaufen, aber dort macht es mir keinen Spaß. Es wird nur französisch gesprochen. Wenn man deutsch spricht, wird man komisch angeschaut. Freundlichkeit fehlt hier auch Zudem hängen die Zahlen beim Gerät, wenn man mit Karte zahlen möchte

Very unfriendly staff. Trying to charge me for things I didn't buy (3,50 sandwich). Cashier didn't apply a discount for a product that was on sale. I had to ask for it to get the discount deducted from the final amount on the receipt.

Die paninis sind da sehr lecker durch den roten pesto den sie benutzen und die toilette war auch sehr sauber. In der mittagsstunde ist sie ziemlich überlaufen. Sie haben da nur 8 Parkplätze, was das parken sehr erschwert.

Je viens chaque jour à 9:30 et ils on jamais les croissants simple, jamais. En plus elle me dit que il y a des autres choses, oui, avec du sucre par tout. S'il vous plaît faites plus de croissants simples.

La plupart du personnel n'est pas aimable.. Pas poli.. En particulier la personne qui prépare les sandwich. Et la caissière de ce matin, wowww une tête désagréable, pas un sourire, pas un regard.

Opening hours are sketchy. Aral website gives the impression that the shop is open 24/7. It's not. Google shows until 23:00 but they're closed already at 22:05
