An͏ actual good real-estate agent I͏ selected Jay to sell my house after meeting with 4 candidates. Jay was the standout with clearly the best knowledge of the market and a pre-defined no BS strategy to sell the house. Jay was timely, professional and above all highly responsive irrespective of the question/s asked. The contract and open market process was straight forward with various opportunities being thoughtfully considered with advice at each step of the way (house presentation, photos, market strategy, etc). This is illustrated by the quick sale (~10 days on market) as well as the competitive offers that were presented (and re-negotiated) - of which I'm certain the offers would not have been as strong / compelling without Jay's tireless efforts to get the right buyer (at the right price). It should also be noted that when I had a challenge (over a long weekend even) that Jay assisted me through this even though I know it was his day off which shows the attention to detail and 'going to the extra mile'. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jay to sell your house.

Worst agency ever. Do not have one single respect for any potential buyers. Keys were left on premise and not in a key safe. Becareful when dealing with them, they never put anything in words, dodge questions throughout the whole process. Your buyers are your future vendor. Will never ever deal with this agency again, as buyer or seller. Reply to Jay: Indeed I did not mention the settlement time and other details in my review above. Here are few examples to clarify for you: Multiple emails and text messages were sent which clearly stated settlement time of 12:30pm, however I did not get any response. My concerns prior to settlement were not addressed until the very last minute before settlement and only after the solicitors got involved. I had to call on the day before the settlement to organise a time so the keys can be handed to me. The agreed time over the phone was 1pm. I arrived at 1pm. Not 3 hours early, please don't make things up. This further proof the importance of putting things in writing when dealing with your company.

The best agent around!!! Jay has been absolutely amazing with the purchase of our home! From contacting and being flexible in getting us in to inspect the place, to following up with the smoothest purchasing experience. During inspections he didn't pester us at all, but when asked about aspects of the property he was able to answer which we loved. This was our first time selling a house and we were doing it from interstate. Jay was engaged, informative and highly responsive. From the initial point of contact to our house being advertised was less than a week, and then our house was sold a week later. Jay organised everything, from contact with our property managers and tenants to conveyancing, and kept us informed at every step of the journey, initiating contact with us whenever a milestone was approaching or there were any delays. He never left us wondering what was happening or what was coming next, was always available to speak to and never made us feel like he had something else he could be doing instead of answering our questions to the fullest. If we didn’t know better we could’ve sworn we were his only clients. First home - no confusion, and even some unexpected fun! We can't imagine our first home buying experience without Jay. He is very approachable, always has a warm smile to relax you in the inevitable stress which comes with the buying process. He was always professional, always replied to our questions in a timely manner and was respectfully honest in his answers. We bought a house recently and imagined we could get access to the property earlier to our settlement date to do renovations. The agents also seemed very positive that this would be possible. We also imagined we could inspect the property a few times to do measurements, again the agents seemed positive this would be Ok. Unfortunately, our requests were rejected as vendors did not universally agree on access/ inspections.. a bit of frustration when you’re planning a move and have plans. My advice for first home buyers would be to make sure the vendor is happy with this before making plans. Agents generally want to keep everyone happy and try to be promising. Being more realistic and explaining that some vendors do not agree on these sort of requests would be helpful and avoid expectations and frustration. Other than this problem, the process went smoothly.

Fantastic agent who took all the stress out of the process Jay gave a great appraisal of the house and helped us decide on the advertised range. He was always friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, down to earth, does what he says and gave great advice.
