Mr. Sunil and Kusuma were supported thoughroly quick to respond any query during our travel and things get done swiftly. Right from the time we landed at Kochi Airport they have took care of everything, the cab came in time and travelled safely to Munnar. The cab driver Salih is such a nice person he helped a lot througt the tour, he is punctual and guided us about near by places. Covered all places which are mentioned in quotation. Staying at hotels in Munnar was memorable experiance as we requested Sai Arha was provided good view room. The hotel staff is polite and very helpful and hotel food is good. Night stay in houseboat at Alleppy was a lifetime experience, neat and clean houseboat, service is good. We enjoyed the food served in houseboat. We felt some inconvenience at housboat parking place but Sai Arha(Sunil) taken my request and made immediate comminication with boat owner and changed place to wonderfull view point. I opted for Kerala Tour Package from Arha Holidays and had a wonderful experience with the team who helped me plan the itinerary for this trip. This trip included my visit to Athirapally waterfall, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey and Cochin. Disha(representative) helped us plan this trip in a very short span of time in peak season of holiday in December. The trip was well organized and consisted of good hotels in Munnar(Westwood Riverside Garden Resorts) and Thekkady(Hotel Tigers Roare). Local sightseeing in Munnar includes only few places and hence I went for Jeep Safari for some adventurous ride and sightseeing. Sightseeing in Thekkady was good as per plan. It was pleasant experience in private boathouse of Alleppey which I would say once in a lifetime experience that everyone should go for. Another representative who coordinated with us was Sunil. The cab driver(Pravil) was calm and composed person with friendly nature who had quite good experience in handling Kerala trip. Kudos the team Arha Holidays and keep up the good work. Arha holidays had made excellent arrangement.Mr Suneel used to call every day to see if everything is going as planned.Driver was very courteous.My children say Kerala holidays have been best holidays till date.we are really thankful to Arha holidays and particularly Mr Suneel. Advisor - Suneel had great coordination before and during the visit. From building the package as per my liking to coordination during the visit was all perfect.
