BUYER BEWARE!!! One of the cashier, approx. 5'2, solid shape, mousey blonde her, late 20s early 30s...this cashier tried to scam me by pretending to issue a fake refund and not issuing a receipt for proof and then made a huge stink about it without apologizing. It was a busy day and she scanned in my leggings but the refund transaction did not go thru on my debit card so I immediately informed her but she said not to worry because it went thru and just gave me back my original purchase receipt. I stepped aside and trying to figure out what was going on and went back and politely asked for my refund slip back and she brushed me off for about 15 minutes to to the line up at the cash. Finally another salesperson approached me and I explained the situation in which she went back to the original girl who went thru her entire drawer where they file all the receipts and was not able to locate it anywhere. Took back my orignal receipt and thru the transaction no. indeed it showed I was not refunded at all. Once I got my refund back, she threw the receipts at me and asked if I was happy now. I filed a complaint with Aritzia customer care and will NEVER go back there again. Hope she gets fired! Thank you!

Poor Customer Service. I agree wih other customers. The girl at the cash are rude. I asked a question regarding their inventory and they said they do not have the same as on their website. She continues to pull out her cell phone and ignores me. I thought maybe she was looking for the items I inquired about on her cell phone but she was using it for her own personal business. I walked away and she did not say a word. Unsubscribed and discontinued my e-mails from this clothing store.

The customer service here is very poor. The girls at the fitting room chat amongst themselves while ignoring you. I was also dealt rudely by a girl with short orangey hair today. When I declined to give my phone number on check out, she stated bluntly that the item would be final sale. Only when questioned further did she curtly say that all items are final sale if you do not provide your phone number. That’s ridiculous if that’s a policy. What’s the point in having the receipt?

Les vêtements sont beaux, de belle qualité, mais le service est un peu flottant. Les 2 vendeuses discutent entre elles d'un sujet pas du tout lié au boulot et je me retrouve avec une pile de linge sur les bras avant qu'on m'offre de les placer en cabine, puis la vendeuse disparaît pendant l'essayage, du coup je décide de ne tout simplement pas essayer d'autres tailles des articles trop grands. Et ce n'est pourtant pas la cohue...

Every time I walk into this store, I have yet to be greeted by anyone. They see me and never ask if I need any help, even when they aren’t serving other clients. It’s some of the worst customer service in the mall. Today was the first time I was served by a nice man, named Micheal. He was a breath of fresh air. It’s a shame that his other peers (and supervisors) do not share his same level of customer service. Thank you Micheal.

went into the Aritzia store yesterday looking for a formal coat and a very nice sales associate helped me. I was with my daughter who's a baby and she can get impatient when sitting in the stroller for a long time without movement... the SA was quick to help and showed me all the options, I tried them on and walked out with a beautiful coat. thank you again for your help, you made my experience enjoyable!

Les vêtements sont super, les matériaux sont bons/beaux. Les collections ont des beaux items. Toutefois, pour les Taille plus, c'est plus difficile de trouver des articles qui font. Tout dependemment de leurs collections (Babaton, Wilfred, Tna etc), les tailles ne sont pas équivalentes. Donc, un 16 chez Wilfred n'équivaut pas nécessairement à un 16 chez Babaton. Les prix sont relativement élevés aussi.

Worst customer service ever in store. Not employees fault, more about the company policies. Beware of online purchases. Because a purchase was made online, paid through paypal they refused to refund in store. They gave a store credit of 400$ instead of issuing a refund. Beware of online buying from this company.

Always a great service at this Aritzia store. Ashley, Chloe and the store manager are more than amazing. With a super personalized service, they always make sure that you are happy with every single detail of your order. Thank you for always making my shopping experience such a wonderful one!

i don't think some of the employees at this location even know what customer service is, let alone being polite. extremely rude and talk amongst themselves while making fun of people in the store. i avoid shopping in store just because of this.

Only buy what is in stock in the store. If they start to tell you they can ship something to you just forget about it. They say it will take a week but you will spend 3 weeks arguing with the shipping carrier until you ultimately give up.

Really lack of service, two stuff and three clients in store. But none of them coming to help us to choose the close. Compare to the downtown store, here can’t let me feel little warmer even with Super puff. Decided not take them.

A caution to others, they didn't honor the return policy for an online purchase at this store. Update I was able to process the return through the online portal, but had to pay an 8$ mailing fee.

Every time I come here, I leave with something that is perfect for my body. The clothes are high quality and are so flattering for my shape. Sales team is on top as well

My favorite clothing store, but customer service is either a hit or miss. I prefer purchasing their clothes online instead of going in stores.

The lounge in the back was 10/10 amazing. Comfortable seating, nicely decorated, and a gorgeous coffee table.
