I would like to write a review of my experiences with Isabel at this particular storage unit location. I am a Storage locker auction buyer and have been doing this hobby for the past six years. I have purchased many units from various locations throughout Colorado and Arizona. I have only written a few reviews concerning my experience with managers and personnel at storage locker locations but this is the first time I can honestly say I was impressed 100%. This particular storage location is very old, older than most of the locations I have frequented during this hobby of buying lockers. However, that being said, this was one of the cleanest and most representable of all the places I have ever come across. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds throughout the entire facility. Not only the lockers themselves but the pavement, the walkways, and even the walls. It was obvious that it was cleaned on a regular basis. Most of the newer places I have frequented have not been this clean or well-maintained. Upon approaching the office and meeting Isabel to pay for my locker and start taking the stuff out of the locker I purchased, I was impressed with the back yard of the complex. Most of these places are concrete with very little color or life. This particular place had bougainvillea, cactus, and other living plants that were obviously well taken care of and added a Mystique to the place that was charming and inviting, not your regular storage facility by far. Upon meeting Isabel she was very professional and friendly. She took care of business properly and politely and then took me to the locker I had won at auction. She was very helpful, letting me in and out of the many load trips I had to take and was pleasant throughout the whole process. After I had cleaned my locker and was prepared to get back my cleaning deposit and leave the facility, I asked Isabell the location of the restroom. Again this was another shock! Most of the other Storage facilities I have been to tend to be very dirty and unkept in the restroom department. So much so that I very rarely ever use the facilities. However, since I had been there all day, I figured I would brave the uncomfortableness so that I could take my ride home in peace. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the bathroom was not only clean but it smelled good and was properly supplied with all of my toiletry needs including pump soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and clean basins to wash your hands. In fact, even the commode was not dirty in anyway shape or form! Isabell made me feel as if she was the owner of this facility and this is where she lived. It was like going to somebody’s home. Again I can’t say enough about the facility or Isabellas’ work there. She should be commended on her effort and work and perhaps be put in a place of training managers and personnel of other storage facilities on how to do the job properly.

Outstanding customer service!! The Property Manager, Isabel, was such a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to listen to our needs and she answered all of our questions and concerns very thoroughly, explaining everything with patience and a smile. She offered many different storage options to fit our needs, with very affordable pricing. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and it appears to be safe and secure. The hours of accessibility are very reasonable and accommodating as well. And, best of all, when you rent your unit there, you have the opportunity to use their very large moving truck (to move all of your items into storage in just one trip) -- for FREE!!! I have peace of mind, knowing that my personal belongings are being safely kept at ARIZONA STORAGE INNS!! i highly recommend this self-storage facility to everyone!

update!!!!!!! do not go their they will sell your stuff right out from underneath you. Has been a wonderful place I have had my storage for a while now. I have since then moved out of state and have not been able to go get it. My whole life in there. When times got tough the owner worked with us. He was great. The only little problem I have is that I get no notices in the mail because they do not let you change your address on line, you have to go in person. How am I to do that when I am now across the U.S? Rent keeps raising so it keeps getting harder to save to go back and get my belongings (my whole life) And the got rid of the best employee they could of asked for. But I know their are reasons that is none of my business. So if you want to know my opinion the best storage place I have had to deal with in a long time.

looking for a storage unit don't come here the manager is a scam artist she will lie to you to get you to pay more than you want to pay and then she will lock your unit on you because of these said lies and keep your stuff from you right now I am paying almost $200 for one month's worth of rent this property and this entire company are just bold-faced liars if you respect yourself and your money do not come here they will lie to you and scam you and then when you try to call corporate because they give you the number you can get ahold of nobody nobody returns your phone calls nobody does anything for you this company just sucks scam scam scam run while you have the chance

Horrible experience. Girl who originally rung me up did it incorrectly and came back the next day to extra fees I was charged Insurance for the unit the day before and then the next day advised me that I only paid Insurance for 2 days and would have to charge me again and then told me I paid for less than a month of storage and would also have to charge me more . I wasn't aware that I was able to pay for less than a month of storage and I also was not aware that they could charge u insurance per day for the unit?!?!? Again horrible don't go here they will scam you for money

Best experience I could imagine for a storage space. I needed a space on short notice, and nothing was available when I called. Isabella called me back within an hour that a space had just opened up. My unit was safe and secure for the 3 months I needed it. When I moved out Isabella was super helpful, even returning my missed call that I didn’t leave a voicemail, when I was worried about getting moved out before the office closed. 10 stars for Isabella, she is the best! This location is pretty far from our house but had the largest unit for the best price. The customer service was excellent. Isabela walked me thought the unit, told me it was a little dusty so she would have it swept out before I moved things in! She was very thourough and explained the rental documents very clearly. The price given was exactly the same as I was quoted over the phone. I feel very comfortable storing my items here.

Isabella was extremely helpful and kind! She answered all of our questions and showed us multiple storage options. On top of that, the storage place itself looks well maintained and safe. Plus, if you move your things into one of the storage facilities, they allow you to use their moving truck for free!! Awesome place and wonderful staff! Definitely going to be using this place!

We used this self storage place to store some materials for our business. It was a good value for the size of the space we rented, a secure location, and easy to access our storage unit when we needed to. The managers were helpful and easy to work with when we no longer needed the space. Our company would use them again and we recommend this storage facility to others.

Really wonderful experience! My favorite part of my time with Arizona Storage Inns was the great customer service. The manager, Isabel, offered to help me with my Spanish, as I am a current ASU student. She also gave me a really affordable deal to store my belongings over the summer. I am so happy to have met her and used this location!

Ive been with Az St for about 4 months and never been in a place so pleasant clean customer oriented etc Isabel is so cordial always helpful and welcomes you with a big smile The fees are the best and I’m very happy to do business with them I recommend this to my friends because they won’t find a better place to do business with

Shawna is the best. She is always very helpful. As well as quick at answering your questions. Plus she is always smiling I dont think I have ever seen her with out a smile. The units are not climate controlled and are a little run down. They are super cheap, though. The manager is super nice! She is on top of everything. She will call if anything happens. I like that I had the option to leave a key to my unit in the office, in case I lost mine. I do wish they had later hours, though.

The Thomas Rd facility in Phoenix is convenient and has a great layout. I've been a customer at this location for several years. Isabell's customer service is excellent. She maintains the facility well. I have been really happy to do business and highly recommend Isabel and Arizona Storage Inns.

Price is great but customer service representative very poor. Isabella has little or no customer service experience at all. The other lady is very professional. Isabella is also very very racial. Owner of business please remove her there or she will reck your business.

I have a unit here and the people are always great. I am very happy with their service 4/30/2020- I was in today making a payment and Isabel is absolutely amazing with helping me process my storage payment online. She is wonderful and always makes my experience great.

Isabel gave me the best treatment plus a great deal. I felt cared about for my needs as well as for my pocket. My unit, the property and also the front office was cleaned. I loved the fact that their staff were organized, the process was easy and I got a great deal.

The price was great, the facility was safe and clean, and the customer service was really appreciated. I ended up not needing the storage unit for as long as I anticipated and Isabel is working to get me a refund. I highly recommend you use the Thomas facility.
