Conner was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth and knew exactly what cars to show me based off my preferences. Ibo was also amazing with helping me decide on the model of the car I wanted and letting me test drive it. Conner and Ibo both made my experience a seamless process and were very accommodating with giving me a great deal on the car I traded in to get the new car. This whole process was over the span of 2 days and honestly it was very enjoyable. Car buying can be stressful and overwhelming but the employees here are truly kind and friendly and make the process so much easier. I also wanted to commend Erhan for his knowledge, friendliness and efficiency with the finance side. Every person I worked with showed amazing hospitality and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I truly felt special coming to this dealership because that’s how the employee make you feel. Arlington Toyota is a fantastic place to purchase a vehicle. My salesman was Joey Lawrence. After calling in to confirm availability of a truck, Joey sent me an appointment and had it pulled to the front, freshly detailed and ready for inspection upon driving it. I told him it didn’t seem to be what I wanted after all he listened to the features I wanted and said I have just the truck for you. Joey then brought out a Dodge 1500 Laramie Loaded with all the options I couldn’t believe it. It was exactly what I wanted, and I never even considered a dodge before. Despite being a large volume dealer, we found the car buying experience at Arlington Toyota excellent. Our Sales guy Edo Manjic was outstanding and knew his stuff. We were lucky to have him doing this sale. The deal was seamless and there was no haggling. They went above and beyond in regards to the deal. The Finance side was just OK, experienced a "Hard Sell" in regards to the extended / extra warranty stuff. This was even after we promptly declined the offers. But, the overall purchase to the truck was very good. I can without hesitation recommend this dealership, as they have a open pricing policy and low pressure sales.
