I don’t know if I should post on your branches or head office, so I posted on both. I gave 2 stars because Armahi was recommended by my husband. He used to be quick when handling simple tax returns back in 2021. I don’t know what happen to 2023, we engaged with Armahi again for our tax returns with a bit more complex business and he was unable to handle it or advise after nearly two weeks. He ignored my husband messages, emails and phone calls. He told us will contact on Wednesday but end of Thursday today he is uncontactable. I am sorry we might have to leave and find other agent though we know you can do better than this. If you can’t help, please say it frankly that you can’t and don’t need to drag . We are already 1 year late from our tax returns so we are extremely worried, on top of being ignored by you. I am also an accountant and I see this is not a professional act.
