Brought my car in on Friday November 24 2022 to have my brakes checked out as they were not working properly. Was informed I needed my Rear R-Caliper replaced - I gave them the go ahead to fix it. After I picked up my car and drove it to my destination, I noticed they still were not working properly. Therefore, I did not feel comfortable bringing it back to the shop, who in my perspective, did not fix is properly. I had outsourced and had someone come to me, and they informed me that my brake lines were not bled properly, and did it for me which resulted in my brakes finally working properly. I went into the shop on Monday, to inform them of this issue, and how I had to outsource in order to fix the problem after I had already paid them $280 to fix my brakes, and wanted to make them aware of the issue. The Mechanic then turned it around, and began to put the blame on me, because I did not call them on Saturday and inform them so they could fix it, and was extremely rude about it. I find it extremely unprofessional that they couldn't take the slightest bit of accountability for the issue, and not even offer the slightest apology. I did not go in there demanding for my money back as I understand I have to pay them for their time. I just wanted to make them aware of the issue, and they somehow managed to turn it around onto me as if it were my fault, and they did absolutely nothing wrong. I have never received this bad of customer service in my life. I have worked in customer service for 10 years, and that is NOT how to treat a disappointed customer, nor how you keep one. Extremely disappointed as I have given this shop a lot of my business and money in the last few months.

Honest, Transparent, Friendly, Kind, Knowledgeable and Professional are words that come to mind when talking about this shop. I stopped by to ask if they could take a look at a noise I was hearing and to get a second opinion after being qouted over 2,200 - I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 very kind gentlemen Rojie and Naz. I pulled up without an appointment and but didn't hesitate to help. They took my vehicle for a drive, pulled a vehicle out of the shop so they can put mine up on the hoist - even showed me the problem! They were kind and most importantly honest and transparent. The problem was simple, the noise was gone when I left. Had I not stoped here today I may have wasted $2,200+ for no reason!! Those 2 men had a choice today, they could of made money from me but instead they told me the truth. So a big thank you to Rojie and Naz, your honesty was greatly appreciated. You've gain a customer today and I hope many more from my recommendation Please if you need any work done to your vehicle go and see them. They deserve all the busniess!! And you'll also have peace of mind knowing your not going to be taken advantage of

I will always refer anyone needing something to arms auto. I will always be a customer! As someone who has little knowledge I can be assured I will never be pressured into fixing something so they can make extra money. If something is not worth fixing they will tell you! On one occasion i was quoted an agreed upon price to replace my alternator which I agreed to (much cheaper already then other shops). They had my vehicle already. They phoned me back saying they found the part cheaper then originally quoted and the cost would be MUCH less. This goes to show how honest this shop truly is and how much they care for their customers. They will also show you the issues and explain it very well to you in detail. Highly recommend!!!!!

Outstanding service! Ali was incredibly helpful and explained everything in a way I could understand it. They don’t push you into repairing anything that doesn’t absolutely need to be repaired, but they will let you know to keep an eye on something if it’s not looking it’s best. This is a mechanic you can trust, so honest and will not over charge you. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic. I called about a check engine light diagnoses and they saw me the next day and were very accommodating to my work schedule. I am so grateful with how fast, cost effective, and honest they were with me. I will only take my business here from now on.

First they didn’t charge to diagnose when another shop said $70. Then they offered to clean my windshield because it had tree sap all over it. They ordered the part right away and it happened to arrive while they were cleaning the windshield. So I asked if they could put the new part in same day and they did. Done and done. Price was as expected as I had gotten a rough estimate at another shop out of town when the check engine light first came on. Was an oxygen sensor thing. Service desk guy and repair guys friendly too. I definitely recommend and will be back if/when need be.

Arms auto is awesome. It was my first time there. It is a half hour from home even when traffic is good but worth the trip. I called yesterday afternoon and they were able to get me in for 11 a.m. today. Excellent customer service and excellent pricing ...not sure I could find better people or pricing.Talked to a lady who came in and she said after taking her car there once she has never gone anywhere else .I am a lifetime customer now and can't believe how lucky I was to find them ...they were suggested to me by a customer of theirs

As an amateur mechanic I inspected the rear end of my pick up and could find nothing visibly wrong. I went there fully prepared to pay for a whole new rear end in my pick up truck at $1500....AND I TOLD THEM THAT. They Called 2 hours later and said it was ready to be picked up at the bill was $157. All they did is replaced a U-joint and it runs like a top now. U-joints are a nightmare to do without a press so $157 was a BARGAIN! I’ll take ALL my cars there from now on. Honesty is rare these days. Thanx Arms!

I called at Arms Auto for my partner for his tires to be changed. It was a last minute tires change since we were travelling out of town the next day. The mechanic was so understanding and told me to drop the car and that they will change his winter tires to summer tires. I was so impressed how professionally the staff were, understanding, caring, and overal great customer service. I would recommend anyone to come here . The staff are so understanding, respectful, quick, and efficient.

Great guy, knowledgeable about what he is doing, fair pricing, also helps out when you really need your car done yesterday. I was there and he stayed pretty late helping a couple of guys that their boat trailer broke down why going on a trip, and it was a long weekend and they couldn't get it fixed anywhere in the city, and they just came to him and told him their story, and he got all fixed up for them. They were super happy and really appreciated it

Best mechanic in Edmonton! I've been to many mechanics over the years, but will never go to anyone else now that I've found Mo at Arms Auto. Their rates are quite reasonable, especially for such great work, but more importantly they are honest!!! This is something that can be hard to find in a mechanic, and I'm so grateful that my Wife and I have found Arms Auto. Don't waste your time or money going to another mechanic. Worst service ever. I visited this place to buy a car based on the recommendation of a friend. The owner Mohamed Aljiashy was very rude and delayed for three weeks and suddenly changed his mind and said that I have to pay 500$ more....he did not honor the agreement that I have made with him and let me wait for three weeks using a rental car. Don't trust this place or the owner. The language used was very raciest

I'm a single woman who knows barely anything about cars, and I have a lot if anxiety about getting fleeced by mechanics. I've finally found the best mechanics in this city!! They have helped me out of a couple tight spots, and really go above and beyond to explain things to me and help me out. I came here for a new headlamp bulb so I thought. The guys fixed the bulb to realize my whole wiring was messed. Anyways they tooke in right away on a Saturday pretty much and worked while son slept in the back seat. Not my usual place to come but I think it might be considering the guys I usually go to either neglected to tell me about the headlight wires or they were the one to glue and soder it like that.

Went there for first time after Google search. Said they could work on car the following day, but turned out they worked on it the day I dropped it off which was a bonus! Good price for the work performed. After paying and leaving I realized I didn’t get a copy of the Work Order. Perhaps they forgot. I will definitely go back again for vehicle repairs and ensure I get the work order next time. Polite staff.

Mo is absolutely fantastic. He's clear, calm,and very knowledgeable. We will always come and deal with Arms Auto for any of our engine issues. Bonnie is super helpful unfortunately I can't remember everyone's names in the shop. But the Team at Arms Auto has provided us excellent service and expertise. I highly recommend Arms Auto. As a female I am always weary about repair shops. Some do take advantage of females because we are. 0h well. I m speechless. Took my car in for an oil change. The dude drove it in, put it on a lift, unscrew ONE bolt to drain the engine oil... He screwed it back, changed the oil filter and poured 6.9 liter of oil in the engine and drove it back out. I Provided THE FILTER AND OIL. The dude charged me 80 BUCKS FOR A 15 MN LABOR JOB...... No more comments please!

Great quality service and work at a reasonable price. Moe will work with you and explains what work is being done to your vehicle. He takes the time to do so. I have been going to has shop for a few years now and I have always been satisfied with the work done. I appreciate the honesty and service here. I have no complaints and will continue to come here.

Ali & Moe are the most honest mechanics I have met. If something is wrong they will tell you exactly what is wrong. I took my navigator to 2 other places that kept telling me it “may” be this or that, but when I took it to arms they already knew the problem. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very efficient. I would highly recommend arms auto.

Don't bring your expensive wheels here, the " butcher " will destroy them and then claim it's your fault even though it's obvious his meathead tire guy didn't adjust the tire machine to fit your wheels. Bad business practices, and poor attitude of owner. Save yourself some grief and take your business somewhere that cares.

I have been here a couple of times and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are honest and trustworthy. The prices are pretty low and not outrageous. They are also not pushy. They clearly explain what needs to be done immediately and in the future. I greatly recommend them.....

Horrible service took my car back to the 3 times for a coolant leak and a new radiator they couldn't fix it the first two times and gave me broken radiator. Over charged and wouldnt give a discount the third time I went there , I would not recommend them for these type of jobs

I get my all my cars fixed here. They are very good mechanics. The prices are better than many other garages, they will do one price service on many repairs, you just have to ask. One bad thing is they are really busy. You need to book a couple weeks in advance.
