I just wanted to share a story. In july last year the unthinkable happened to my 2012 mustang. The motor blew after 270,000 kms put on it by me. It actually would have went longer I'm sure but unknown to me, one of the gaskets went and i ran it low on oil. I'm a father of 5 and this car is used for work. I can't afford this. But thankfully i managed to scrape together enough and put in a used engine that i purchased from Arnprior and Ottawa auto. From the beginning i had some issues with the engine. I kept taking it to my mechanic week after week trying to figure out why i had a misfire code. In February of this year, the engine gave out and the timing chain went and destroyed the engine. I was devastated. I exhausted the little savings i had and was trying to find another engine. I called Scott and told him that the motor went. He looked around to try to find one for me but couldn't. The engine i bought was bought with a 3 month warranty and was out of warranty for 5 months. I didn't know what to do until Scott offered me half of what i paid for the original engine. He felt responsible and wanted to make it right. He said he was happy that i called and told him what had happened instead of badmouthing the company. I have been a client for years and will be for life. The world would be a better place if there were more people like this in it. Thank you for all you did. Sorry for such a long review but this had to be said.

I stumbled upon this incredible biz about 30 yrs ago ... Had hurt my dad's truck and had 24 hours to fix perfect or come clean. I located A&O and never had to admit my oops. Only because these people are like your family. They haven't changed the way they shine... Beautiful, rare and cherished ... I proudly share because a consistent level of service such as my experience is RARE in 2022..... HUGE RESPECT Awesome and avid searchers for the part you must have and can't locate. We burnt out our 2022 truck horn dead silent on 2nd day of Freedom Convoy and it has been missed in regular transit times.... It brings crooked grins. We have only had to drop by shop and within 10 mins had heard the local chatter, giggled at the shop humour, acquired the entire, correct parts AND pleasantly thanked for our custom as it is a community and family. We returned to our yard and in sunshine were able to make Our Olive go HONK Honk in love and support United in Joy.... An absolute gem of a kind supportive wise and serving business. Arnprior definitely must value such positive responsive businesses and I know those who know are PROUD to have you on speed dial. ❤️1️⃣0️⃣4️⃣❣️☮️

Took a drive out from Ottawa to Arnprior Auto Parts today. My Veteran buddy and I were looking to replace his HVAC controller in his car. First off the grounds are very clean. The staff were very helpful and happy to serve. The part we got was fairly priced and in good clean condition. Not all scraped, up and written on like some places do. What was even more surprising, was the fact that because I forgot tools, they were more than happy and accommodating to provide tools to help us install the part. The honor system was in full affect. No leave your drivers license or a deposit. They happily helped us with the tooling and we installed the part. Make sure it worked. Then after making sure it worked and was installed in the car with their tools we paid for it.! This is surprising in these times. This is commendable. I mean this is awesome. I grab the card so I have the phone numbers readily available and I will deal with a Arnprior auto parts even from Ottawa. Great job guys and way to make the aftermarket and auto wreckers. Look that much better.

Great customer service. I am a 7 hour drive from the location of the wreckers and was really worried looking for a very rare part. Finding these in good condition is already a task in itself. I had a few fine gentlemen help me out describing the car and condition of the part. I received a call that they would have to change how I would be receiving the item due to the size… a few minutes later they returned the call letting me know to sit tight and that it would be on the way. Part was shipped right to my doorstep. Thank you guys for your help and relieving of my stress! Look forward to doing business in the future!

I drove 4.5 hours to get here and another 4.5 hours to get back home. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Dealing with David was wonderful. Best Service I have ever had. Better than new parts. I purchased a new van thinking it was stow and go. The guy at Arnprior auto parts found me everything I needed to make it stow and go. Cleaned them up and even gave me tips on installation. Great prices. I am a repeat customer and I always know I can count on them.

I have bought an engine and differential from these guys and they are fast, friendly and most important the parts are good and were pulled professionally (no stripped out threads, broken fasteners, etc..) They are the only place in the Ottawa area that I will deal with for big ticket items.

Great service. Prices are reasonable. Chuck is great at desk . Delivery is awesome Can't say a bad word about them . They will go the extra distance and try to steer you away from parts that other places would sell you in a minute and then walk away from supporting .

Although my requirement was small and old, they were so helpful; found what I wanted, had it ready for pick-up, all done in 5 minutes. AO is very clean, has a huge range of vehicle parts, well displayed and a genuine friendly business.
