I have been coming to James for our car repairs for almost five years now and I always *always* come away not only feeling like our cars have been well cared for, but that I just got to stop in and see old friends. Before moving to Dundas I would take our car into our previous mechanic and then always double check the prices they were giving me and sometimes shop around because I felt they weren't being fair. I was also often frustrated when I would I have to keep taking our cars back in because of problems they hadn't caught the last time we were there. I don't do that anymore. At Arrow they earned my trust quickly and as I said earlier they really do take good care of our cars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I was very happy with my service. I went here for the first time, we haven’t lived in Dundas very long. I had a low tire notice and my husband was away on business so I went in to see if they could fill my tire. It turned out I had a nail stuck in my tire. My tire was fixed in less than an hour. I was so happy and made an appointment for my winter tire and oil change. This will definitely be my new place to go. Thanks again for the great service

I’ve used other shops attempting to find a go to mechanic in Dundas and have been disappointed every time until I went to Arrow automotive. The customer service was kind, they got me an appointment very quickly, and they were quick to respond to calls. I felt my car was in good hands and the method of approving repairs was very efficient and well explained. Reasonable prices and great service, I highly recommend this place.

Great service from William and James at Arrow Automotive. I asked Will for a quote on installing a new fuel tank ( to replace a cracked old one) which we agreed upon. He then went out of his way to find an after market tank , saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. I really appreciate the extra effort and I will be taking my business back to Arrow Automotive in the future.

Fantastic experience at Arrow Automotive. I chose them because of the good reviews I read and had a great experience as well. James and his team were extremely courteous and professional. They promptly installed my tires without marking up my new rims and bagged up my summer tires before loading them into my car for me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I Booked in a Wheel Alignment job on my 2006 Toyota Avalon & the service tech booked me in right away. After servicing my car the estimated time originally quoted was less than the actual service.
