This is my go-to florist for flowers (obviously!), but also interesting gifts, sweet little plants, cards, pottery, the list goes on. The staff are lovely and they will always go out of their way to listen to what you want and offer helpful suggestions. They're also happy to work to a budget and will design something really special for you. I've recently bought several of the succulent pots - there's lots of sizes and styles to choose from, so they make great gifts for people. And the flowers are so fresh, we've had them last for a long time! Thank you!

Today I visited the Art Of Bloom. I had no idea about what to buy or where to start for a gift. I was greeted by the most lovely sales assistant, who couldn't have been more happy to help! She provided plenty of options with my budget in mind. Her customer service was outstanding. After choosing a plant and vase, she went the extra mile to add a few decorating touches! I will go to Art Of Bloom for every floral and indoor plant purchase! Thank you for this incredible client experience– I will definitely be back! 10/10

I couldn't have not been happy with customer service from the Art of Bloom Florist. They help me get flowers to a friend for her Birthday last week, as I live in Vic. The communication from Lara was the best, I got pic of the flowers and receipt. And YES the pic of flowers matched what my friend got. They have some gorgeous little plants which always make beautiful gifts. The service is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they are super friendly and helpful, other times they don't even say hi to you. I think it depends on who working that day. But, they are mostly good if you ask for help. …
