After discussing with him, it gives me the peace of mind to make an informed decision on the next step. He is careful in performing the procedures to ensure that I’m not in any pain or discomfort. He follows up on me the next day and following weeks to ensure that my teeth are in good condition. Mark is also friendly with kids and my girl had such an enjoyable time during her dental visit this week!

I changed dentists late last year when I needed some pre-Christmas help. It was the best thing I could have done. They are local to Artarmon which now suits me and they are near the train which is great and there is good street parking as well as a couple of customer spots. What I really really like is the warm, welcoming environment of the staff and that is before anyone going near my teeth! I have been impressed with Dr Mark Chung, the dentist. My teeth are not young so I am attending the surgery with different needs ranging from a check up, cleaning and moving on to an implant (which was necessary but still scary for me). Mark talks through the procedures/work being done. This is all comforting when one is sitting in the chair. Every time I attend the surgery I leave feeling confident that I have made the right decision to go there. For the work I have been receiving, the pricing is good and this is important to me. It is a smallish set up and in lots of ways reminds me of the old fashioned dentist from when I was younger (naturally the equipment, knowledge and technology is now 2019!!!!!)

On Boxing Day 2017 I had the pleasure of meeting Mark. I had contacted Mark regarding emergency treatment for my wife. He kindly agreed to help and said he would take her in immediately. Since then Mark has been my dentist. My three daughters and my wife now also go to him for check ups and dental prevention. I recently visited Dr Mark Chung at Artarmon Fine Dental with my three children for a routine check up, clean and dental advice. The level of professionalism from Dr Chung and his team exceeded my expectations. Two of my children had never been to the Dentist before and were apprehensive. But Dr Chung made the visit incredibly easy with his calm and easy going personality. He also has Netflix in both the waiting room and above the dental chair to keep them occupied while he does his work. As for the extra mile, Dr Chung dedicates a great amount of time to each patient. He really listens to what you have to say and takes his time to give advice. After you leave, he emails though pictures of your teeth and summarises the advice he gave during the appointment. From the get go, making an emergency appointment was so easy, Molly got back to me ASAP and I had an appointment booked. Mark is a delightful, professional and very kind dentist! I had been seeing another dentist for over 3 decades until about a year ago a friend recommended the service of Mark Chung of Artarmon Fine Dental. Because it is so close to home, I decided to give it a go. I used to get real tense going to the dentist but Mark and his staff members are so friendly that I can relax during the treatment. This place is good if you need to fix your teeth! I don't write reviews, but after my visit here I thought they deserve commendation. The team here works very hard to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are all professional, especially Dr Mark who is very knowledgeable and non-judgmental. What a wonderful first experience with Dr. Chung and the team. I had severe jaw pain in the morning, they squeezed an appointment in for me and by the afternoon I had my wisdom tooth taken out! I’ve been going to Artarmon Fine Dental for around five years. Every time has been a very positive experience. Mark has a friendly and professional manner of working that puts my mind at ease. It is clear from the extra bit of effort Mark puts into each appointment that he cares deeply about his patients and his profession. His team is also wonderful and welcoming and the dental practice itself is clean and uses modern equipment.

I went to see Dr Mark for a check and clean, he's very knowledgeable, team is very friendly, Elizabeth is lovely. However, he was very pushy with the treatment package and he focused only on bad things about my teeth (they're a bit crooked), showed me pictures of people with deteriorated teeth to make his point, which discouraged me from proceeding with the treatment plan. A feedback sandwich would have been better in this case.

Convenient for me to visit as just across the road from the train station but was really happy with the friendly staff and how I was welcomed and how Dr Mark Chung looked after me. Mark is a dental wizard!! I had crooked teeth like toppled gravestones and thought they were beyond help but NO.... Mark has performed miracles with Invisalign and I now have a whole new smile.
