Since i have to give this poor excuse of a bank a star i regret it. Doesnt even deserve a star. I get the worse service, theres no point of even having a bank account at this bank. They wont let you cash your check, i always get stuff in
I just opened 2 new accounts a checking and a savings and they have ridiculous fees and the mobile banking app is so confusing... I have had 2 other banks where there never was an issue on the amount of time I transferred money back and
I would never leave this bank as long as Penny and Kevin are here. Best customer service ever…all the time… for the last 10+ years.
Staff and bank is great however the corporate office is unreasonable.
