original review date: wednesday december 18, 2019 service date: tuesday december 17, 2019, and ongoing since then additional review and photo add-on: november 23, 2021 customer since: 2017 i have been dealing with nasser from arvin since 2017, and every visit is the same: polite, friendly, and he makes you feel that whatever car problem you have can be taken care of at reasonable cost. what i appreciate the most about arvin auto repairs is their refreshing honesty and integrity in an industry where lies and deceit often times are the norm and not the exception. nasser, along with his son naj, have always treated my concerns and dollars as if it were their own: act in the customer's best interests, fix what is needed, at a fair price to the customer. having a reliable, trustworthy mechanic is a tremendous asset and cannot be overemphasized. arvin's hours are typically mon-fri, 9-6 and open saturday from about 9-2. they are situated close to barton and gage. if i could give arvin auto repairs an 8 out of 5, i would. so they will have to settle for a 5/5 if you are not happy with your current garage, look no further than 941 barton street for a quality mechanic. review as of november 23, 2021: nasser and his son naj continue to provide wonderful repair services at fair prices. they tell you only what you need to get fixed, and have the customer's best interests at heart. only criticism is that sometimes your visits may take longer than expected as they are consistently busy, so budget your time accordingly. bottom line: i will continue to use arvin car repairs as a repair garage of choice, and recommend arvin to others.

This Auto repair in Hamilton is the best I have found. They closely look into your car and make sure to repair it with minimum cost for you. Never try to upsell you sth that you don't need. I've been there a couple of times to change my battery, tires, fixing my A/C, and Nasser the store manager changed my mind telling me it's not necessary to make a replacement, knowing that he could simply charge me extra, but they are very honest. They are also very quick and agile to help you leave asap. Very nice and personable staff too. It's highly recommended to residents of Hamilton and nearby cities.

Worst service Paid owner 200 to fix car ac (said no fluid in the ac,fills it) Ac Stops working after 10 days Owner says want another 100 for diagnosis and guessed leak in the ac pay me another 500 can fix the whole thing Stupidest person ever ,no professionalism, he doesn’t even know the problem solves it temporarily and demands more money, never visit

Moving to Hamilton, I stumbled into a few mechanics before I divided Arvin is the best one in town. The owner and his son work super hard, are very honest and nice. Prices are reasonable and they will make sure your car is dealt with in the best way ! Definitely 10/10
