Akef and his staff care about their customers and they are not there to get rich, this is my opinion from my own dealings with them recently. After spending countless hours on autotrader, I finally found the perfect vehicle I was looking for and Arze Auto Sales was in possession of it. The next day I went to look at it, Akef, the sales manager clearly knew I wanted this vehicle and did not take advantage of it, so much, that he took my trade in (which was heading for the dump) and still gave me a good fair price on what was already a good price for what I was buying. The mechanics are excellent, patient, and trustworthy from my own dealings with them and will be doing all future mechanical repairs in the future with Arze Auto when that time comes. In all honesty, I have had check engine light come on twice for very minor issues, and in both instances, they were very quick to diagnose the issue and repair it. I was very pleased with the efficiency it was completed in and will continue to go there. i feel like part of their family and simply because they made me feel that way, i trust them more than a lot of other dealerships and recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle. Akef is honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My impression of Akef is that he truly is there to help the customer get in a vehicle they want, and is not a greedy man trying to make more than he needs to and that is very refreshing. **********

I have used this shop a few times and never had an issue till this last time. I called and asked if the could take my car in to change the harmonic balancer and the gentleman said he could do it by the end of the day. He quoted me $150 for the job if I brought the part. I dropped my car off at 1:30pm and again asked how much and he said $150. 5:30 pm rolls around and the shop is closed and bo one is answering the phone to explain why my car is not done. My roommate finally got a hold of someone and they informed him that they didn't have the tool so it will be ready the next day. Fast forward to the next day and I see my car just sitting in the parking lot and still no call from the mechanics shop. My roommate goes over to pick the car up and the gentleman now tells him that it will be over $200 because they took longer then quoted. I've missed a days worth of work now because they lack communication skills. My roommate spoke to the gentleman told him that we are not paying more than what we were quoted. He was very rude with us and he told us to keep our business away from him from now on. I'm warning everybody out there. Be careful of this shop. They are very shady and don't do things by the book. They even offered my roommate $200 cash and he could walk off the lot with the car or $200 plus taxes if we choose to pay by debit.

Horrible experience. Went to change a taillight bulb and fix screeching brakes. First time they said noise was coming from back bake brakes so we changed both of those and the taillight. As I’m driving home I realized the sound is still there and when I got home to check the taillight, it wasn’t changed! So I called for a second appointment to see where the noise is coming from and to change the bulb (they said they didn’t test). After leaving my car with them for 4 hours with no follow up I called to get an update. They mentioned they can’t figure out where the sound is coming from and that I should change both front brakes (which were new). Threw me off as the sound is LOUD. So, I said I’ll come pick up my ca. I got charged for a broken bolt which they had to “replace” and the taillight they “fixed” for free since they didn’t last time. I took my car to a local mechanic, they found the source of the noise within 5 minutes. It was rust build up. Then they also told me that there’s broken bolts which they needed to change. So Arze lied about that and when checking the taillight, it wasn’t replaced!!! I’m furious, they not only lied, but wasted my time. I never write reviews but I had to after this experience. Spend a few extra bucks and go to a legit mechanic. Too many shady mechanics out there.

I got my first car from here. It was certified and had new brakes and tires. When I arrived to pick it up, they had cleaned it thoroughly. About a week later I noticed some issues with the car and brought it back to be looked at, as they offer a 60 day warranty. They fixed the issue at the time, which was my transmission fluids needed to be changed and all was good, nothing out of my pocket. They did suggest that I get a 2 year warranty on car (only 500$!!!) just to be safe, which I did. About a week and a half later, my car had issues again. Turns out my whole transmission needed to be replaced. For the next few weeks they searched for a transmission that fit my car model (the car I got was an older car), all completely out of their own pocket and because it took so long to find one, even gave me one of the cars that they were trying to sell to use a rental so I could still get around. Amazing service! They will make sure you are taken care of. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car!

I’m always hesitant to purchase a used car from a used car dealership simply because I don’t trust them. I was in the market for a car and I came across Arze auto. I met with Akef and we had a conversation about what I needed and my budget. The conversation was simply a friendly, nothing about sales which impressed me. I’m usually pressured by a sales agent to purchase a car. I didn’t feel rushed and he had given me all the time in the world to make a comfortable decision. He recommended me a car that would fit my needs and within my budget. I walked away with a CLEAN 2007 Lexus ES350 for a great price. I now have found my dealership to buy a used car. My husband brought his car to this mechanic shop after being referred by a friend. They said they fixed the issues paid over a grand. Then not even 3 weeks later the car started to act up again, same problems. So we brought the car back . They then charged another $200 and gave my car back in the exact same condition. So now that we are out $1300, our car is back to square one with zero help from this trash auto shop. I dont have one positive thing to say about our encounter with them. Clearly they work shady, dont fix what needs to be fixed and couldn't care about their quality of service. I would not recommend this place. Please go else where. Lazy and worthless to take your vehicle there, you'll be back within a month.

Absolutely incredible service! The current state of the car market had me pretty unenthusiastic about buying a car, but Arze Auto's owner made the experience so easy and now I am very excited to have just bought my first car! This is an owner who is truly putting his customers first. He was very genuine and I didn't feel pressured at all to buy from him. He answered any questions/concerns that I or my parents had and went above and beyond to help me out in buying my first car. They also cleaned the car (used) up really nice before I picked it up, replacing any parts of the vehicle that we raised concerns about. I couldn't be more happy with the service! i booked an appointment for 3 to test drive and look at a Ford focus from them , when i was almost there I called them 20 minutes before my appointment and someone was already in the car test driving it. I had asked them if they could let me know how the deal went and if I should still come down from over an hour away, i received no phone call and had to call myself only to find the car was sold and i wasted my time and gas. on top of that the representative i was talking to was extreme unprofessional about it and didnt seem to have any regard for the businesses customer service or the companies representation. i100% would not recommend to anyone.

Recently purchase a vehicle from Arze, the service was amazing very friendly people. Take very good care of the vehicles they sell. Excellent customer service. They definitely take pride in their company. So 2 years after purchasing a 2012 hyundai Tuscan my engine is shot and its gonna cost me the same amount of money that I owe for the car.. to fix the vehicle. When purchasing the vehicle the service was great but from the moment I told them my machanic found a problem there great service went down the drain and that was right after the purchase. He is not very friendly and doesn't take ownership for his faults.

Affordable tires and fast service. Would have been 5 stars easy but after I got new tires installed, all 4 rims had deep scratches on them which was clearly a result of improper tire removal. Tires were not torqued and were over inflated. 40-45 psi, they were supposed to be 30-32psi. I just did not have time to argue as it was the morning before my trip to Muskoka. I only tried them as I have read many good thing about this place on the web and wanted to support local/small business during the pandemic. I should have travelled and paid more for better service. Live and learn

Akef is so honest, friendly and knowledgeable. easy going and very understanding. the truck I bought had an issue a few days after I got it. Went there to install winter tires. THey messed them up as they keep deflating and the manager there refuses to admit they installed them wrong. I've had winter tires installed many times without problem. I only went to them because my mechanic was out of the country. I would not recommend this place at all.

It was nice to purchase from a family owned business, compared to a big box corporation. Having a dealership with a service repair shop on site was very comforting.
