Edit to add: Ashley never contacted me (Their comment below was clearly for optics only). If I could only the review the product, this would be a much more favourable review. But Ashley is a Hydra, with many heads, none of which communicate with each other or with the customer. We had a great salesperson, who told us our "quick ship" items would be delivered in 2-3 weeks, with free shipping, and no interest financing. After they failed to keep the delivery promise, and pushed the date multiple times, my trust was eroded and I escalated on every front of the business. I was finally given a date 2 months after my purchase, which they said I was "lucky" to receive because many people wait 5-6, even 9 months for their furniture! They also told me that the "free shipping" they promised me was now impossible because I was out of their delivery area. I was charged an extra $150 for my "free shipping" and then they confessed that delivery doesn't include bringing the furniture inside the house! When I tried to cancel, because we were living in an empty house and only bought due to the "quick ship" promise, they tried to charge me a 10% penalty - an unjustifiable expense considering they said the furniture was in the warehouse already (thus the quick ship promise). After a stressful set of exchanges with the store, they finally agreed to waive the penalty fee if it didn't arrive on that 2 month date, and upgraded to "white glove delivery" (aka bringing it inside your house) at no extra cost. So I agreed to wait. Finally the furniture got here and after a couple of weeks I wondered why I hadn't gotten a bill. I decided to contact Fairstone, and found out that they don't provide statements, or explication of how or when to pay, or even an account number, and were planning to charge me a 33% interest rate on the first payment which apparently was coming due in 3 days! Basically Fairstone sets you up for failure by not sending you any account terms or statements. Good thing I thought to contact them. I paid the whole damn thing off in one fell swoop (which btw didn't include the waived delivery fee Ashley promised). This whole exchange has been horrible, exhausting, and laborious. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again. They should be ashamed of themselves for these underhanded and unreliable business practices.

Update - as noted by others, the "Response by the Owner" is purely for appearances sake. I reached out to Ashley as they requested. After a few days of no response, I reached out again. I was told they had asked to store to contact me. Seems weird, since the store is where I had the issue, but OK. Waited a few more days. Nothing. Reached out again. Nothing. They have no interest in resolving their obvious quality and customer service issues. Beware! Ordered a kitchen set in February 2022. Table, 4 chairs and a bench. Received the delivery in August. Frustrating, but OK, COVID supply chain issues, I get it. While assembling, the products had the following issues: 1. Bench looked like it had been dropped, as one corner was damaged 2. Chair # 1 was missing hardware and couldn’t be assembled 3. Chair # 2 had a broken frame and couldn’t be assembled 4. Chair #3 did not stay flat on the ground I didn’t bother trying to assemble the last chair or the table. Called various numbers, getting the run around. Eventually spoke to store manager, who offered $100 and “white glove delivery” in order to keep the business. Defective items were picked up in September. All seemed good. Approx one month later, I called the store to find out when the new product would be delivered. I was told they didn’t see any order on my account. A call to another number confirmed that nothing had been done on the account since the pick-up. Store manager called me to discuss, claimed I had never spoke to him before. Said he would do what it took to keep the business and would call back in 15-20 minutes. I told him he had one chance to keep the business. 2.5 hours later he calls to say the order has placed. I asked about what was going to be done and he said he would honor the $100 credit and white glove delivery. To which I responded, no thanks and told him I'd be cancelling the order and wanted a full refund. Which they have honored, no administration charge was made. One star as they had my $2,500 for 9 months, delivered inferior product, are difficult to reach to get answers, and dropped the ball when they never placed the new order. Very disappointed in the quality of product and the service.

Ordered a bed in February 2022. I was guaranteed delivery by May 2022 when I placed the order. When I called the store in May, I was told it will be September. In September I was again told that it would be November. In November, I called again and the store never answered the call. I personally went to the store and met with the manager. Manager said he would send the manufacturer an email and ask to prioritize my order and asked me to call him the next day so that he would give me an update. I got a call from the store a couple of days later and I was guaranteed a delivery date of 18th December. It was never delivered. I called Ashley home store but the call never got answered. I used their chat line for support and I was told by the agent that there is no indication in the file that the bed was even shipped from the manufacturer. The agent told me to talk to the store manager and sort things out because it was the store which guaranteed a delivery date. It’s January 2023 now. I still haven’t got the bed. It’s been almost year of total lies. I would never recommend Ashley home store for anyone or buy any Ashley furniture from the Ashley home store or any other stores. Update 2022-01-06: I called the store today and asked for the next delivery day. I was told that the bed arrived in December but the headboard had scratches so they had to order new headboard (more lies). Then told that the system shows that the NEW headboard will arrive on the first week of February to their location and I was again guaranteed a delivery date of 2nd week of February, which means the bed doesn’t get delivered for more than a year after placing the order. Wonder how Ashley home store was able to get a order a new headboard and somehow get it in 2 months when they couldn’t get it for over 1 year in the first place. More lies to defend themselves.

A little story. It's the middle of July when my girlfriend and I went to Ashley's to look at couch options. When we get to the store everyone seemed nice and helpful our sales guy Peter seemed to know what he was doing. We explained to Peter what we were looking for as our apartment was smaller than normal which we had relayed that information to Peter when he was showing us couches. He showed us the perfect couch that we were looking for it would of fit no problem in our apartment. So we were excited to sign away and receive our couch on August 6th like our sales guy said we would. August 16th rolls around not a single phone call from ashleys to follow up on why our couch hasn't arrived yet. To be told it was going to be another 2 weeks. On the day of arrival the couch that showed up was 2-3 times bigger than what we were looking at and they weren't able to fit it in our apartment so we had to send it back. And with the horrible customer service experience we received we decided we were going to get ouromey back and go somewhere else. Or so we thought. After calling 5 different number lines they gave me to contact someone to deal with the refund we finally got hooked with someone and they were able to help stating that they had to take 10% which was fine. But it's not fine our total order was just around 1900 and they took around 400 dollars as there fee. I'm not sure about you but 10% of 1900 is not 400 dollars.I do not resend this store to anyone it'll take hours to reach sales professionals if you don't go in, and the sales.proffesiobals or their customer service team does not follow up with you as they should when things are late or haven't arrived yet. I'll be getting the rest of my money back and this store will be blasted. You guys are horrible and you should close down

New Edit (02.22.2022): I got a hilarious flyer today from Ashley like I would ever deign to enter this store again after the horrible experience we had. Reading the many reviews I'm sadly not shocked, but very upset to hear that some people were offered compensation for their hardship when I couldn't even get a call back from these absolutely incompetent people. I read a hilarious review about Dan the manager trying to scam someone and he's the one who was supposed to call me, left me on hold for ages and never called back. Great service. EDIT: Posted this macro response below that they've posted on every negative review. Daniel called and left a message for my husband. I returned it within 15 minutes. Waited on hold for 26 minutes only to be told he was too busy to talk to me but they took my info and assured he would call me back. Please just get us our couch because I want your terrible company out of my life. Ugh. This place really must be playing a practical joke on all of us. The only good things about this place are the sale prices and the friendly (but not incredibly knowledgeable) sales staff. They over promise on delivery dates to get you to buy and after sales service is non-existent. Our couch is three months passed when they said it would come (five months since they happily took our money though), and we don't even get a response to our legitimate inquiries asking for updates. Multiple voicemails and emails go unreturned until you call a different department on purpose. Finally we get offered a delivery date so we started prepping and then to find out one of the pieces "just missed the truck" - cherry on top of the poorest service we've ever received. Absolutely horrendous service we will never go back and steer everyone we know or who asks away.

Mediocre couch, horrible customer service. I purchased a couch/loveseat combo over 2 years ago. The loveseat was delivered defective and as soon as I noticed the issue, I called the customer service line to have it repaired. They told me nothing could be done over the phone and I needed to submit a claim online and they walked me through how to do it. The individual I spoke with via online chat to submit this claim was quite rude, made me jump through a bunch of hoops and take about 10 different pictures from 10 different angles of the defect. He then told me he would review and call me back. About 3 days later, I get a call saying that they won't do anything and I need to call my local store. I live over an hour away from the closest store so I called and had to go through the same process all over again. They also told me they would review and call me back. Again after several days I get a call saying they won't do anything and I need to go online. After about a week of fighting, I finally got them to agree to send a technician. However, the next day they called and said they made a mistake and technicians aren't going in to houses due to COVID but would call me as soon as they could send someone. Restrictions have been lifted for quite some time and I never got a call. I keep following-up and am promised someone will call to resolve the issue but absolutely nothing has happened yet. Still have a defective couch and the issue continues to be "escalated". If you value your time and money, do not deal with Ashley Furniture!

So far my experience with Ashley Home Furniture has been terrible. We have been waiting for a beautiful bedroom set since January 5th, 2022. We were told that it would be delivered in February. We received a call 1 week before scheduled delivery and were sold more delivery white glove service for our upcoming delivery. Well the delivery date came and went with no communication. We had to call them to ask where furniture was and were told that it was delayed. Received a voice message 2 weeks later stating that our bedroom set would be delivered at the end of March. Date came and went. Once again. We had to call to follow up and we were told the same thing again. Delayed! Received another voice mail stating delayed until the end of April. Surprise!! Still no furniture. Called and left a voice message to speak to salesperson and have not received a call back from anyone yet. Tried to call today and the line has been busy all morning!! I’m a patient person but come on!! We sold our old bedroom set when we had confirmation that it was being delivered in February and the arrangements were made.We have been sleeping on our mattress and box spring on the floor and living out of boxes since then while we wait. They don't seem fo care and the customer service and follow up has been awful and I would not recommend! at all!

Please beware. HUGE DELAYS. We went to several furniture stores in the hunt club area in mid august 2021. Our last stop was Ashley’s and we were greeted by friendly staff. We found a sectional couch we had been searching for. They were upfront about delays due to covid. She told us the latest would be mid November 2021. It is now mid December and we have not heard a thing from them. My husband called today to see what’s happening. They told him they have two pieces and waiting on the last piece. Which could be here the latest MARCH 2022!?! We have planned to host events and gatherings with family with our new couch. It is extremely disappointing to have to wait this long and have our guests sit elsewhere or on the floor. Good thing we didn’t sell our current couch. And the best they can do is offer a 100$ store credit, which is ridiculous. Otherwise we cancel and run the risk of waiting even longer for a new couch elsewhere. We are extremely frustrated with this company. And would not recommend. Updated 01/30/22 we received our couch!! Finally after almost 7 months. We love it and are so happy with our purchase. Hated the wait and uncertainty of its arrival and customer service. So thank goodness it’s over! Good luck everyone.

Avoid dealing with this store!!! 1- I made an order in July 2021 for bedroom set and (total costs $3672) they said it would take 2-3 months for delivery! But they were able to bring it in May 2022!! 2- Not only that, many pieces have not been delivered even in May 2022 so we can’t use the bed. 3- Bedroom pieces which came late they had many scratches and damages .. generally it’s came with bad quality finishing!! 4- I went to the store immediately after the delivery and I requested return and cancel the whole order based on what happened.. loooong time to wait for order .. missing some items .. and bringing damaged items.. and the in the store they refused to pay me the full amount .. 5- They scheduled to pick up those damaged items on June 8th and I still didn’t receive my refund yet!! 6- Today (June 16) I called the store and they sent me refund ticket for $2995 only!!! They said they have to deduct (admin fees) after the cancellation!! How this is so ridiculous and unprofessional!! Seems I will seek for legal advice regarding that. No one can accept what happened! I have all the proof for what said and they should be shamed for asking for admin fees after that bad experience!!

It's a little bit of a mixed review as some things were great and others weren't. I will start by saying the overall customer service is good; the manager Dan helped me directly several times and made himself available through text/cell. I had initially order a sectional couch that wouldn't fit down my stairs so I opted for a matching love seat and couch combo. While I really loved the furniture, my space didn't really suit the size so once again I swapped the love seat for a recliner and kept the sofa. My only issue was despite the recliner being in stock in Ottawa it took a really long time (3-4 weeks) before they contacted me to pick up the love seat and bring the recliner. I am also still waiting on my credit as these items were cheaper than my original purchase. The delivery was good although I would feel more comfortable having the delivery guys wearing a mask inside my home as I have an infant. They send text messages to let you track when the delivery will happen so that was convenient and easy to use. The quality of the furniture is great; so far no issues. I do like that Ashley will price match any competitor so that was amazing.

Ordered a lamp on April 10, 2023 and were told it would arrive by mid-May. When it didn't arrive, we called and were told end of May. When it didn't arrive at end of May, they said mid-June. I called on June 9th for a status and they said they didn't know when it would come. The most frustrating is that no-one ever contacted us about delays, we always had to keep checking ourselves. As a result of them not being able to supply our order, we cancelled it. I was told on June 9th that the credit would be applied to our credit card within 2-5 days. On June 14th, no credit yet, I called and they said again, 2-5 days. On July 10th, after no credit, I called again and they said 2-5 days. Here we are, July 14th and still no credit applied to the credit card. This store is dishonest, they lie and do not process refunds on canceled orders. We are at our wit's end and feel we have given more than enough time for the credit to be applied. We have spent a fairly reasonable amount of money with Ashley and we will never spend another dime at this store, or any affiliates.

I will start by saying we didn't purchase anything so I can't speak to that. However, we went into the store searching for a couch unsure of what we wanted and planned to just see what there was, not planning to actually buy anything. We were so uncomfortable the whole time because the staff were following us around constantly asking if we needed anything and telling us details about things we weren't even looking at. Four different staff came up to us in the under 5 minutes we were there and the rest of the staff were constantly staring at us waiting to pounce. One of them literally ran after us when we were leaving asking to give us their card. I said no and she insisted but I stood my ground and told her we weren't interested in anything. It's so clear they work on commission and makes the whole experience so uncomfortable! We'll never be shopping there again as there are plenty of other furniture stores that don't make you feel like you're being stalked. It's not the end of the world, just know what you're walking into.

I purchased a bed frame mid august. When it arrived on sept 9th it arrived broken. I called immediately and they said they would review pictures and see if they could just send a tech and repair it at my house, otherwise I could get a refund -20% of the sale even though this wasn’t my fault, I was never told about this policy before making the purchase which is unacceptable. It’s been 2 weeks since I received the broken bed and filled a warranty claim. They keep tossing me around from agent to agent without giving me a solution or answer. I have spoken to multiple managers and supervisors, who claim they will help me and to please leave matters on their hands. A week ago a supervisor from customer service told me they would do an exchange, he said I would receive it this week, I have followed up with him directly but received no answer. Horrible customer service. This has been nothing but upsetting and disappointing. After reading other reviews I can confidently say, hey Ashley, you got another dissatisfied customer, nice.

I want to take a moment out of my day to point out a stellar staff member that we recently had dealings with at the Ashley Home Furniture Store on West Hunt Club. Domenic Tundo - fair, honest, level headed, professionally dressed and very knowledgeable of the furniture in the store. He was kind, respectful of our budget and not pushy at all. He didn't follow us around the store like most furniture sales reps do, but instead gave us space and went off to do research on the products we were interested in. Upon leaving, Domenic pointed out that the item I was interested in was on sale, which I hadn't known, and then pointed us in the direction of mattresses. He did the electronic mattress test on me which told us which mattress was going to be the best fit for the way we sleep. He gave us his devote attention! We will be back to this clean, visually appealing and high quality furniture store to deal with Domenic again. We are over the moon with his salesmanship service and his ability to stay with-in our budget. He is golden!

I ordered a chair online on April 16, 2022, it said that will be delivered on May 2. Then After May 2,, I didn’t get it. I checked my order every day, it showed it needed four weeks to deliver their warehouse, It is not sure when it can be deliver to me. Until May 17, the order status was still same as before. So I decided that I should cancel my order. I called the store number first and I was told that the store was not able to cancel my order since my order was put online Then I checked online number and called, I was told it was not right number, then gave me another number, put the long to a short, I called five different numbers , finally I was told that my order could be cancel, but I have to pay the cancellation fee which is 10% my order, more than $100 . I asked why . She said it was policy. There is 48 hours free cancellation. Be careful when you are shopping with Ashely, this is the tricky, when you are making online order, you will never get it but if you cancel it then you have to pay for it. It is scam!

by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had.I bought a sectional sofa,after 3 weeks of delay (total 7 week) their delivery team said that it won't fit to elevator and stairs without even putting the pieces out of truck.In the same day I went to their shop to reselect but there was nothing available to choose.the sales manager decided to retry for the delivery with a different crew but after two day nobody called me for delivery. I called the store and their customer service clerk couldn't help me and tell me to email sales manager to follow up(instead of following up herself and give me the result).Anyway,I emailed the sales manager and I haven't received any response from him.I called the store again and they told me that we tried one more time and it didn't fit which was obviously a lie. finally they told me to cancel your order and there is nothing we can do. I am going to the store for a refund in few days but based on my experience so far it should be another bad experience.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at every step of the way ordering our new furniture from Ashley's. The sales person we dealt with was Domenic T. and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Jenny confirmed the delivery date with us that was much better than we expected and even sent us a tracking link the day it was arriving. This was totally unexpected but absolutely amazing. The delivery team that came that included Adam, I wish I had all their names, worked great together and were an absolute pleasure to watch them do the install. They were more conscious of their surroundings than I ever would have been and treated our home as if it was theirs. I cant say absolutely amazing or absolute pleasure enough. I wish the was a rating higher than 5 stars for an outstanding experience as I would defiantly give it to this team. They have turned me into an Ashley's fan, I will be back and I will always refer them to everyone I know. GREAT JOB TEAM!!!

From the moment I bought my living room furniture in January 2022 until today. This company has absolute Lee no customer service values whatsoever. They get you into buying the warranty and then it doesn’t cover what needs to be covered. They are very rude on the telephone very moody and in no way, will they help you out at all or think of a solution the only thing they’re good at is pointing the finger at you saying well you should’ve you should’ve you should’ve. Well, maybe in the beginning, you should’ve given me the proper back pillows that fit properly with my sectional Instead of me complaining now with my warranty that I want them replaced. Shameful business shameful Company shameful workers. I like to see how you guys would feel if you were on the other side of this, I do not recommend them whatsoever. Even if their furniture was given to me for free, I would never take it from them.

I want to preface this review by saying that I had great experiences with Bastien and Peter in the store. BUT THE MANAGER, DAN, IS TERRIBLE. This review is solely about him since he represents this location. He tried to scam me in paying extra for a furniture set plus warranty, while telling me he was giving me a discount. I would have been paying more than regular price (including warranty)!! When confronted with how his math did not make sense, he could not explain where the extra charges were coming from. Poor Peter tried to explain to him but was disregarded himself. I left the store without buying the set I wanted. Dan completely wasted my time! I did not even mind the wait times (due in July, ordering in January). But I had to leave without purchasing because of Dan. What ever you do, DO NOT deal with Dan. The other salespeople are nice and welcoming though!

One of the worst retail experiences that I’ve ever had. Ordered our furniture in April with a guaranteed delivery date of July 3rd. We even paid a $300 delivery charge to ensure that it would be not only delivered but also assembled. We ordered a complete bed set of over $5500 and were required to pay in advanced and in full. After over 10+ calls we only received our bed and missing the rest of the set. The bed was not assembled and the delivery crew left it outside for my wife to drag into our house by herself. After just speaking with a representative we are now expecting delivery in October! There is virtually no accountability, no managers will get involved to help and we also can’t get our money back. I can’t believe a company like Ashley Furniture operates this way. Whatever you do, never buy furniture from this company, you will sincerely regret it.

Purchased a sectional sofa and ottoman in February 2022. At the time of purchase the salesman Monsieur scheduled delivery for 5 weeks March 15. March 15 came and went with no communication. I placed several calls to the store and all my messages went unanswered as no one answered the phone. I emailed the support line and was told to call the store, I explained I had called the store several times with no return call. Finally two months later on May 25 the sectional was delivered. I am still waiting on the Ottoman, I have placed several calls with no answer, I visited the store to inquire and was told the ottoman is sitting in Toronto, it should be delivered next week (July 4). Again no calls or communication. Again, I have placed several calls to the store, no response to messages left. Ashley Homestore does not appear to value customer service

They didn’t listen to what we wanted and I thought I was getting a deal on a sale but we paid a lot for a bed and can't even return it. It's not comfy and it's not what we wanted. Honestly, I felt husled by the sale team and I would not go back to that location or recommend that store. We originally when there to buy a bed I asked about the price of the bed it was $7000 for the bed but we decided to by a more affordable bed but the sale team would not leave us alone to shop for what we wanted. We should have just left but they got the manager to hustle us into buying a $4000 + tax bed.which is not the one we agreed on or wanted but they will not answer my call and when I finally got through they won't take it Bach because we didn't get the protection plan which no one told us about. Stay away people

Absolutely awful experience - if I could give 0 star I would. Sales rep was rude when we said we wanted to shop around and see all our options - we came back to buy a few things less than what we thought and she was very cold. We bought three items - a rug (which was extremely thin and faded, but cost 650$), a bet set and a mattress. They delivered the wrong rug at first. They delivered the wrong mattress at first and when the bed set arrived it was broken and had to be refused on service. When I tried to complain they barely did anything to rectify the situation. They gave me 70$ off on a 2200 bed set when the SECOND bet set was delivered, broken again, but was not structurally unsafe like the other… Worst experience, do yourself a favour and do not go to Ashley’s. Never again.

I ordered furniture in July and was told delivery would be the end of September. During the time period in between I checked the expected delivery date only to see the expected delivery date continue to grow, last time I checked an additional 12 week wait. As such I was promised a full refund for which I still have not received. The store has no idea how to issue a refund, and head office claims they don’t deal with guest care for this store. Save your time and money and don’t buy because you need to argue for your money back, which again, I still have not received. They haven’t even cancelled my order so no doubt they are trying to rush it and deny me my refund by some miracle fast delivery. Disgusted with this store and will never shop Ashley again.

I recently purchased a bedroom set from Ashley, and while I am pleased with the design, I have to say that the customer care and service I received was quite disappointing. Even though I paid nearly $300 extra for warranty and customer care, I had a number of issues with the set from the very beginning, and unfortunately, the company was not particularly helpful when I needed assistance. I usually pay extra fee for getting better warranty, customer care and customer service because I believe the problem is inevitable and I would like to receive a proper customer care when something is wrong with my purchase. While I do like their designs, based on my experience, I cannot see myself purchasing anything from Ashley again in the future.

I had extraordinary experience at Ashley in Ottawa today! Bruno was so helpful and kind to help us looking for our furniture needs and the best deals! And Ariel, he was super nice and sweet. I've been shopping around so many furniture stores in Ottawa and I'd say this is the one of the best stores to go if you are still not sure which one you wanna get! It was late at night (almost store closing time) but they were super duper nice and I finally found my favorite. I really appreciated!! I would highly recommend looking for Bruno or Ariel if you're visiting the store and I will definitely be asking for him again if I'm needing any further furniture!!! Thank you guys and you made my holiday~~~! ☆ Happy holiday!

Really impressed with this place. Recently went shopping for a new couch set. Went to ALL the store...Leon's, The Brick, Upper Room, etc. The experience at Ashley was by far the best. Store is well laid out and the staff were helpful, but not aggressive and 'lurky' like some of their competition. Most importantly, their selection and prices for quality furniture were the best. Leon's and The Brick might have better financing, but you are actually paying more for poorer quality furniture...the selection also feels less modern. 'Lynn' helped us quickly find what we were looking for and didn't pressure us on any upsells. Overall, an excellent experience. Price, selection and service. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience in store at Hunt Club. I decided I wanted to give this store a shot because the Brick across the street was so busy and their sales associates were not friendly, welcoming or helpful. Opposite from Ashley; as soon as you enter , someone greets you. My little family came in looking for a recliner rocker and ended up buying so much more. The sales associate, Mr. ALEJANDRO V., was so kind and patient with me and my family. We had so many questions, we were so unsure about what we wanted, and my toddler was running around. Even then, his service was consistently kind and not pushy at all. Thank you very much for your time Alejandro.

Walked in the door, saw a sofa that looked like the ones we were checking out on line. Sat on it, super comfy and it was an electric recliner and on sale. SOLD. Had to find other things to do with the allotted furniture buying time. Thanks Ashley. NOTE: This was supposed to be delivered yesterday, waited all day, phoned 3 times, yup, it was scheduled for the 26th. Phoned again at 7 pm, no delivery today, it is still on the showroom floor and can't be delivered until it is sent to the warehouse........ NOT IMPRESSED, and can't reach anyone at the store by phone so now I have to drive for an hour to find out what the hell is going on with my delivery.

Purchased a whole set of bedroom furniture at end of January, sale told us the latest delivery time is by 1st May and we will definitely get a call by then to schedule our delivery. It’s may 12th today and we didn’t hear anything from them yet. Try to call the customer service, always in the waiting line, try to chat with web live agent, 9 times out of 10 end up with none available live agent at moment, and the 1/10 time spoke with a live agent with whom it took 10 mins each time to have my message seen, just endless waiting and still don’t know when the delivery will be. I’d say there’s none customer service after your purchase. Be aware.

We are happy with the furniture we received and the in-store interaction with the representative was very pleasant. The gentlemen who did the actual delivery and assembly of the furniture were courteous, friendly and efficient. My big criticism is that we received the furniture almost 5 months after we ordered it. We were told we had to wait a month for the furniture but then the dates were pushed back twice citing the pandemic. I would have appreciated if they were up front about such major delays. Also I found the manager a bit pushy when it came to providing warranties and the Ashley credit card.

I ordered a bed set August 12, 2021, and bought the matching side tables on the spot. Its now October 25th and the last information I got was delivery is set for January 2022, and the worst thing is I am told constantly to go choose something else. How can I choose something else when I already have part of the entire set. Why doesn't Ashley Furniture gives customers a realistic time so we can make an informed decision. They keep blaming covid. Covid is now 2 years old. I am so so disappointed with this service! Update: I have now received my bedroom set and I am pleased with the items Thank you!

Absolutely not recommending this store after having unpleasant experience! We ordered a bedroom set and it took around 10 months for the store to deliver part of the order only in low quality materials not similar to the set in the show room. They offered to exchange the pieces but who will wait again for long time! Especially they still don’t know when the rest of the order items will be arrived..!! It’s frustrating! and we still waiting to get the refund .. they said there should be %10 deductible! That of course doesn’t make any sense!! Won’t repeat purchase again from this store!

I had gone to this store several times to see a sectional that I had been interested in. On the 4th time I had the pleasure of dealing with Khalid who took the time to explain all the benefits, took measurements and went above and beyond customer service skills. Greeted me at the door today as I had an appointment with him. I felt no pressure what so ever and was given the time to make my decision. Great salesperson! Purchased a new sofa with chaise online. Delivery was set for Saturday April 23rd. It is now 9:02am and I am sitting on my new set as I write this review. Delivery from Jimmy and his crew was seamless. He took great care to ensure no damage was done to the set or the entrance doors to our house. The crew then set it up and it looks wonderful after our renovation. We will hopefully see Jimmy again as we have ordered the ottoman that matches this set. All in all, from dealing with the in store personnel to the delivery crew, this was a great shopping experience.

My husband and I went to Ashley’s to buy a couch ( A $4000 couch mind you ) and the sales woman was very nice until I told her I didn’t want to buy the $500 protection warranty. She kept trying to force us to buy it by saying “how about I just put it on and you can take it off later.” I was later told she is 100% commissions.. we additionally asked for our couch to be delivered in 3 weeks in time for our move in date, turns out their dropping it off in a week (before our move) and we have no place to store it. What a mess. Safe your time, and your money.

So disappointed. I order a set-of dining, table and 4 chairs. Every time I check online, my delivery date is pushed back for later. I decided to call and cancel the order. They told me , I have to pay 10% of the order since I’m canceling. I found this policy really not fair, why should I pay administrative fees for something I order online and paying with my credit card. Really disappointed, first and last Time ordering at Ashley. The initial visit was very pleasant and the staff were helpful. It took 5 months to receive my purchase and the online tracking was not helpful. Always said 12- 14 weeks. I needed to go into the store to get a more accurate delvery estimate which was pretty much bang on. I had chosen the White Glove delivery and I am glad I did, our purchase were heavy and electronic. The delivery team did an outstanding job unpacking and setting up the two love seats. Placed where we wanted them and ensure the fuction of the seats were working!

Very disappointing and stressful experience with delivery. We purchased a sofa bed and recliner on July 8th, the Sales Order states July 18th as the tentative delivery date, just in time for our out-of-town guest. We decides to do some follow-up with delivery only to be told the delivery date is August 4th. We immediately contacted Ashley's because this specific sofa bed was chosen because they guarantee delivery before our guest's arrival. Now we are out of pocket, out of a bed and out of time.

Went in today to look at couches and was extremely impressed with the customer service we received from Bruno. What i did like is a great staff. Always friendly and helpful. Good selection of sofas. All paperwork took like 15 minutes. The reason I gave it only 1 star is that our new sofa wasn't delivered on a scheduled date. And we sold our old one the same day in the morning. Now we have to spend 2 weeks literally sitting on the floor in our living room. Very disappointed. And the worst part of it is noone was able to tell me why the weren't able to deliver.

Bad customer service and poor quality products. My husband and I have been contacting customer service to no avail. No response at all. Our 2 love seats that we purchased and received in March of this year are creaking like they're 10 years old and already feel like they're falling apart. They also have lumps and bumps and just do not seem built properly. One of the decorative pillows has completely lost a seam and all the stuffing is falling out.

The absolute worst costumer service experience I've ever had. Still waiting on a call-back from the manager after trying to arrange one on 3 separate occasions. They refuse to honour their own return and price matching policy at the store, despite being told by their own call centre that we qualify. Every other furniture store I've purchased from is interested in return business but apparently Ashley would only like the one-time business.

Finally I spoke with someone called Bruno at the store. He was amazing, fixed the issues and called me with regular updates. I would 100% ask for him if you buy furniture here. Aside from the delivery mess, purchasing the couch was a good experience.

We have purchased here a few times and have always been satisfied the last time was not a good experience. We ordered furniture in October and there were delays which is understandable in the current market my issue is that I have left over a dozen messages for the store Manager to call me and I have not heard from him/her. A little communication and respect goes a long way and I don’t think the manager shares the same belief.

Overall I like the furniture however the customer experience was worse than Ikea on a Saturday. First it took them over half an hour to check us out for 7 items. Then they botched the deliveries (2 deliveries in total) I ended up having to call support because both orders were lost. Honestly for what you pay for their furniture the customer service should be much much better. I likely won’t shop at this location again.

Had a great experience start to finish. This store has a variety of home decor and furniture. I had a helpful sales person who listened to me and wasn't pushy. I was given clear expectations about delivery. They offered a split delivery, so I was able to get an item delivered right away, and I didn't mind waiting for a 2nd delivery. The worst staff I have ever encountered. Once I stepped in, they start asking me questions like they are investigating a crime in a very aggressive tone. Instead of letting me having a tour in the store, they asked if I bought something from their store before. Smooth transaction and friendly service. The couch we purchased was sold to us as a "quick ship" item, to be delivered withing 3 weeks but it took over 2 months to be delivered. However my sectional was missing the lock device to keep my sectional from separating.That was 5 months ago, the delivery men too, pictures and reported the problem. We ordered a table in September. We were told it may take until December to arrive. We decided to move forward. It is now almost April and we have had to follow-up 4 times with no resolution in sight. I do not recommend going with this store unless you have close to a year for a piece to be delivered.
