This store is a hot mess! Literally it’s so hot inside this store you don’t want to spend a lot of time in there! The bathroom is a deplorable mess! Nasty no handle on the toilet the toilet falling apart! It’s only 100.00 dollars to replace the toilet! The workers are a messy looking bunch they look like they were rode hard and hung up wet! The store itself sits in the hood the strip mall is a dump and unsafe! I expect this store to close permanently in the near future. Ashley Stewart will be a thing of the past with no more brick and mortar stores only online shopping will be their fate. Look at Macy’s right down the street..CLOSED! and Ashley Stewart is no Macy’s. Some of that overpriced clothing is junk anyway!

So when I visited this store the staff was friendly, I mainly would like to make this review for Ashley Stewart clothing line. So while I understand times are changing I honestly feel like Ashley Stewart has lost touch with the plus size society. If you scroll through her online website you will notice all the lovely shaped women modeling her line, in reality real plus size women are not built to wear things like that at all. Just look at the Lane Bryant models and clothes, they are real plus size women and she still makes the clothes comfortable and sexy without having to wear a girdle or second guess your body. She needs to wake up and realize not many women in 18/20 22/24 Will wear a tank top or body suit.

Overpriced, attendant and manager did not want to use the discount coupon for the items I was purchasing although it clearly said it on the coupon. Apparently it was not programmed in the system and the manager did not know how to override it. Why are you piling on coupons on customers to get them to come back and then when we try to use the coupons you act like you don't know what you are doing???!!!! Then she proceeded to clean off the counter and had me wait because I told her this was false advertising.

Because, not only is store always clean. I have always received Excel ent customer service as well. I also, love their selection of styles of their clothing. I also, like the way their clothes fit and the way they look on me. The quality of their clothes is of good quality therefore, their prices are reasonable to me anyway. I definitely would recommend for full figured ladies/women to shop at Ashley Stewart. Thanks to all the employees at the 52nd/Keystone Avenue area/location. Keystone Plaza.

The customer service was thee worse, I've experienced. My mom spent over $600 and it was nothing but attitude, like we were inconveniencing them and it's literally their job to check us out. Not one of these two ladies said thank you for your purchase, bunch of huffing and puffing. The only reason they getting two strars is because the manager finished the transaction fresh off of her break. I'm calling the corporate still.

My first time at this store. I walked in, NOBODY greeted me. The short older lady even walked near me to hang something up and said nothing. The short round younger girl who was training someone, didn't say ANYTHING. It's very upsetting to see black women be so rude and unwelcoming, then don't understand why society paints us as "angry" black women. Unhappy people should not work in customer service. I will not be back.

Online shopping has changed, They put clothing on the site that you cannot even purchase. And no matter how much you spend they charge to ship the clothes. I'M Very dissatisfied with them because I spend lots of money on there clothing, I brought outfit on clearance for $30 bucks can't take back to store had to pay 8.95 for shipping now after sending it back they will take another $8 bucks for restocking fee.....

Lynette was beyond amazing, personable, friendly, mixed with a dose of superb customer service. She was patient and helped my mom find the perfect bra & size which gave her a new found confidence. To top it off, we didn't even ask, she offered! That's the definition of customer service! Thank you Lynette, for a phenomenal experience!

They wasn't very pleasant. No assistance if you needed help. Rude on a return! It seemed they cared more about their appearance and gossip than helping customers! Customer service I take seriously!!! An Ashley Stewart is one of my favorite store's. But this one, I won't shop here again!!!!!

I am a last minute shopper. I went to the store maybe 20 minutes before they closed. The two ladies that were there are ANGELS!! NEVER did they rush me they were so patient with me and even helped me when I couldn't zip the blouse. My hat's off to those two. Excellent customer service!!

I love this store, my only issue is, the in-store items only goes up to a certain size and you have to order anything bigger online and wait. In a quick pinch, that doesn't do any good. Sure I can lose weight to fit into the store clothes, but what am I going to wear in the meantime?

I am so tired of ordering a butterfly bra from Ashley Stewart and I'm waiting...the first time I never received an email or nothing I had to call the company, then I ordered the other day and you all are out of stock again for an 38DD...what's up with that? Geesh

The staff over the phone were just hood...very unprofessional speaking and very nonshalant! I don't do the hoodrats. never seen that from the west side store in the mall. They were very professional and listened, I sure hate they closed that store down.

Ashley Stewart USED to have good service. Lately, they are barely open. I have made quite a few trips there and the store was not open. I blame management. A good manager will make sure their store is open on time even if they have to do it themselves.

I love this store. I don't care much for online ordering. The last time I did so it don't even offer u international shipping until have already picked a higher shipping like economy. I ordered a simple swim wrap, and paying almost $10 to ship it.

Customer service is not good. I walked into the store. I was never greeted or ask if I needed help by the two guys working in the store. Clothing has become cheaper and increased in price. I have better options and quality shopping elsewhere

Nice store and the employees were very nice and helpful. The store was well lit and very clean. The selection was a little lacking though due to the size of the store itself. We will be going back though- my wife really enjoyed the store.

They didn't have no new clothes everything looks cheap wasn't quality material will not shop there until they go back to normal shopping experience with big clothing that is comfortable and choosy for people to choose from
