It’s a good option for middle eastern stuff but super expensive like for example the cookie I used to buy each for 50cent in other countries or shops in Ireland here I buy each 3€! It’s just crazy. Also you buy 2-3 things and suddenly you pay 30€!! On the receipt they don’t mention what are prices for so obvious they scam you. Every shop gets their stuff from other countries but they’re affordable and the guy at this shop whenever you tell him how pricy it is he starts talking whole story how the brexit impacted on his shop and that he brings stuff from other countries as if everyone else makes products in their houses!! Also grain stuff and bread is not only expensive but not worth it cuz unfortunately they’re so old and after one day they go rotten like the picture I shared below!!

Packed&frozen foods are fine, but pay attention to the refrigerated ones.Seen loads of expired stuff, some had clear mould on them. The biggest disappointment was the butcher section.Used to be kept clean&organised by the Moroccan butcher, but now, especially the chicken ,is kept for long periods of time in it's own juices, makes you not even want to look at it and it always has a weird&bad smell. Also, many ppl who worked the till now serve meat...like,is that even allowed? A big let down from what it used to be

I normally buy vegetable and pieces from this store. Beef is 1 euro dearer then spice world down talbot street. However if you are after chicken or vegetable or even Brazilian products then I definitely recommend to shop from here. Now another good product is dates, you will find a good range of dates, olives, and probably best Arabic cheese and butter. I highly recommend to visit once if you haven't already been recently as new management has changed almost everything with better hospitality.

  • Navin Sekhon

Good Indian grocer that has everything you need. Baba’s Deli inside the store though... Amazing take away or eat in food!!! Personally love the samosas, samosa chaat and the chicken biryani. Loads of veg options. Always really fresh and is made like real home cooking. Priced really reasonably, especially when compared against typical Indian restaurants that charge three times as much. Can’t recommend this place enough to get some good home cooking.

The meat is almost gone off and always smells. They charge you for things you didn't buy and give you meat that you didn't ask for. I asked for 1 kg of thighs and paid for it. When I arrived home it was just wings and the owner refused to admit guilt. He instead made inappropriate comments, thinking that I did not understand him. The shop is filthy and the products are generally expired on the shelves. Do yourself a favour and don't buy here.

  • Usama Masood

Incredibly rude to their customers, had a query about an item and was treated so aggressively that I was shocked and said "I'm sure you've had a tough week" to at least have a genuine conversation but he even managed to interrupt that with "No, I'm in a great mood" before angrily walking away. Terrible how people can take their anger out on others.

  • Furqan Rafiq

The samosa wala is a a typical desi a**hole who would flirt with your women. I would definitely put the spicy samosa in his a**. Plus when I told the pathan guy at the till that the pickle bottles have expired, then his response was 'achaar tou tabhi acha lagta hai jab purana hota hai - the older the pickle gets, the better it tastes'

  • Zelal Khabir

Their meat is not fresh, I bought meat and chicken so many times but always the same problem it’s not like the meat back home ,I kept it on the freezer for 4 weeks the colour changed and the taste was really bad, so I recommend you to cook it no longer than 2 weeks. They sell expired Labneh so pay attention to products expiry

All kind of south-Asian food available. Indian spices, lentils - if you like to cook Indian food- shop here for the ingredients. The cashier cum shopping assistant was not helping. He was not happy if you ask him about any item. I think this should be improved. I like the freshness of the vegetables available.

  • Eugenio Costa

Convenient asia store with a vast selection of products and exotic veg. But what's most fabulous about this place is their "Baba's Deli" counter, a small but cheerful restaurant corner where a lovely lady serves yummy Indian fare. Many vegetarian options also available. 10/10.

  • Damian Zapart

Located at industrial estate close to M50. Very business oriented but also acting as retail store. Offering the best selection of asian food and drinks in Dublin. Its also a warehouse for other Dublin city center based asian stores.

  • Sofian

It is a fine place, the employees are kind and helpful and they have the cheapest eggs I could find in Dublin yet. Though they do sell expired produce intentionally at a reduced price, so their business ethics are somewhat iffy.

  • nash oudha

Like most Halal cartel shops in Ireland! Rip off! Prices are just crazy except meats which is sub standard anyways and I don't care to eat Halal or not. I only go to Halal shops if really needed avoid those thieves at all cost.

  • Gagan Vasisht

The shop is very well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The new management has ensured that items are stocked properly and are available at all times. Highly recommend this place for all your Asian shopping needs.

  • Yakoub

The cashier has been very rude to me pulling out my bank card from my hand without my permission, when asked for a carring plastic bag he responded you need to pay 20 cents, no please, no smiling, never go there again

  • Sirhaan Khan

Extremely bad experience. Rude service. Owner sells Israeli products and does not care about what is happening in Palestine as "business is business". Refused to give Ramadan timetable. How can we call this Halal?

  • Shams Gul zada

One of the best halal shops in city centre with Mosque (Masjed) inside. Since the new management came, the service is improving and the prices are now reduced too. Definitely recommend

  • Mickeydrummer

They obviously don't value customers health, if one guy was stocking foods on shelves and a lady was at the register blatantly without wearing any mask. I will never return back.

  • manish kanojia

Store is good staff is also good but there is not much Indian stuff here. If you are thinking to buy indian groceries and other Indian stuff this is not a good option.

  • nilesh palkari

One of the Halal shop and South Asian grocery store. Fresh vegetables are good on few weekdays only. Indian groceries are also there but not much options available.

  • Amrit Raj

Edited my rating from 5 star to 3 because I was sold expired food products claiming to be at an offer for a cheaper price. Realized it later when I got back home.

  • Zeinab Dirani

Under the name of Islam, this shop is more than double price compared to costless. The owner dont put prices on items on shelf. Never again walking to this store

  • Yasar Ahmed

Very rude staff and unpleasant experience. They display prices on the products but sell them in different higher prices. Please those thieves at all cost.

  • M Z

Excellent butcher. Great variety of middle eastern and Asian food, spices and products. They also have great selection cheese, dates and juices.

  • Tami Llg
