My daughter (a 3 year old) required a water resistant cast, as she sustained a fracture mid summer so we could still take her to the beach. Vuko, was beyond brilliant. He managed to take cast her twice and take off the old, without a single tear or distress for such a small patient. He went out of his way to take the cast off at a time that suited us, and even consulted other health professionals on best options for our daughter. This place is beyond anything we have ever seen or received before it terms of excellent patient care, and they ensured my daughters recovery was well monitored, planned for and followed up on. Thank you a million Vuko and the team.

I wouldn't have recovered after surgery so quick if u didn't put the effort in and guided me through this experience that i never wana go through again lol. I had sustained a back injury and had trouble bending, standing and even sitting. I had some physio sessions with Vanessa and she got me back on my feet. She was always friendly, helpful, and very professional. She worked with me and developed a plan for my specific needs and after a few weeks, I had regained my mobility. All staff was really nice and friendly. Customer service is excellent. The premises are always clean and tidy, and I appreciate the oldies on the radio. Highly recommended. :D
