Asitina suites Penrith off Woodriff is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Massive thank you To concierge staff at front desk Ashley and Kimberly for making our visit really special and accommodated all our needs. To be honest all the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. I have now stayed at the Astina several times and keep coming back with different friends to give them the what I call the "Astina expierience." Seriously dont need to go all the way to the city to find classy apartments. I dont want to give too much away, but there is so much to enjoy, From using the Spa services (make sure to prebook as they are popular), They can hook you up with special requests of wine ready waiting for you in arrival and ice delivered to the room. Roof top bar Theo's that have thought of everything, blankets and sunnies just intime for amazing sunsets. With a great selection of drinks and now also some meals. "Sweet potato fries are a must, and arachini balls so yum." Best cocktail was The Gaga and Sours for me. But so many more to come back and try. Massive shout out to the awesome bar staff too, they are super friendly. Always have great selection of music (even had dj in the past). Next the POOL, which was my orginal reason for choosing this hotel. The pool sits above Theos bar, but I noticed a good balance of privacy when you up there, the people from bar cant really see up at pools, and vice versa wasnt bothered by people going to the bar when in the pool. Which was nice. I will note the the pool closes earlier, 6pm on Friday and Saturday as Theos becomes more active those nights. But is open till 7pm Sunday to Thursay. So factor this into ur swim sessions. Pool isnt heated but the jacuzzi is, even middle of winter the pool was getting good use. Now for the Rooms come with options of king size beds or split if you have to share with a couple of friends. Superior come with a few extras too, higher level, better views Alll your wardrobe needs are covered. with comfy robes, bottled water with coffee machine. I have stayed in both standard and superior suites and they are all super nice to stay in. Fully amazing sunsets, we even happened to catch some fireworks going off at panthers from our balcony. Cant wait to do it all over again. Plenty of food and bar options on high street as well, ( checho's , Elton chongs , Happy Inn ( amazing chibese food), duck duck goose. Probably alot more I have yet to discover. Hotel also have onsite parking, but plenty of place that have parking around the hotel too.

We were visiting Sydney from LA for a family reunion and stayed at Astina Suites for couple of weeks. We were really impressed by the professionalism displayed by the staff. They went out of their way to take care of our requests. The location is very good with grocery stores and a variety of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was lovely so was the pool. Although my partner and I felt quite judged by the staff based on our appearance and age. We did NOT know that there was a dress code for the roof top pool/bar area and we also didn’t know that this area was open to the public (which i have NEVER heard of a hotel doing.) and we were treated disrespectfully by the security guard for our appearance when wanting to enter the rooftop bar. Not long after we asked to leave by the very rude security guard (at 11:30pm when the rooftop was still open until 12am) while other people were still being served. I would just like to remind Astina Suites we were paying customers JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE and i felt like we were treated very poorly based on age and appearance. Could not wait to get out the next day. Not a place for a young couple in their mid 20’s. Will not be returning.

Astina Suites took my breath away. As soon as I walked in the lobby, I was greeted by the most lovely and charismatic staff who were beyond helpful. The detailing of everything from the ceilings, to the carpets are just of the highest quality and you get an instant feeling of luxury all in the heart of Penrith. Everything was crystal clean and beautifully kept. Attention to detail in this hotel is something to behold. Upstairs we went to Theo's Rooftop Bar. Wow! What an incredible experience. The staff, the food, the cocktails and most of all that view!!!!! Nothing short of perfection. The biggest thank you for creating such a wonderful destination to kick back and relax and enjoy all that Astina has to offer.

Karen was such a champion and the apartments are amazing! The location next to the hospital is ideal and a stressful time was made a little easier thanks to Karen and these apartments. I think I changed our plans with Karen about 5 times throughout our stay and the team just rolled with it and were amazingly accomodating. We got the pleasure of experiencing two different rooms (2 room and 3 room) both were clean, modern and comfortable. Simple touches like ensuites attached to every room meant that everyone had their own space and nobody felt on top of each other. I seriously cannot rate this place high enough. Thank you everyone at Astina.

My husband and myself stayed here recently, it was a great experience, the ladies that worked there were great, and we often say how we loved to stay in the rooms again. It's close to Penrith Westfield shops and a Lolly Shop. Room service was great and the Theo's roof top bar had great tasting food delivered by room service. The wifi is good but does sign you out alot. Rooms where very bright of a morning and can be loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Didn't try going up to the roof top bar so can't rate it.

Besides the uncontrolled child staying above us, we found this location to be try suitable to all our needs, almost felt like home. During our change of apartments later, we misplaced a personal item and Joanna and the team managed to locate it and return the item to me thank fully. The presentation of inside the apartments were hotel standard and was completely booked out during our visit in early November which also indicates the cleanliness and professionalism of the team. Thank you for providing fantastic location and reasons for us to highly recommend this business for accommodation needs in Penrith.

My family stayed here for one night. It was really good. The beds were nice with good sized rooms and ensuites. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The decor with christmas decorations was also good Only complaint would be the pictures of the pool on the website look larger and more spacious with an infinity pool. In reality the pool was somewhat small and not run as infinity and with a lot of umbrellas and chairs etc taking up the space/view.

Great central location. Easy check in process with very helpful staff. Rooms were practically brand new,lovely furnishings,comfortable beds and good showers with good water pressure. Loads of food options in the area,and Coles and Kmart are down the road. Very easy to get to Nepean hospital and M4 isn't too far away. I didn't get a chance to explore the bar, pool,spa or gym but if they are anything like the rest of the of the place then you won't be disappointed.

We lived in Penrith pre-covid and coming back and seeing the hotel here was a shock, in a good way. We only stayed 1 night but the staff at front reception and the rooms were awesome. Didn’t hear any of the outside noise and if I did well that’s what you’d expect staying so close to the Penrith CBD lol. It was a great experience and we will be back again

Very disappointing. A certain staff member must not have liked the look of me gave me a very hard time. I'm polite and always leave lovely reviews. However the certain staff member made me feel quite uncomfortable the way they singled us out. Very rude. (Management- If you care to know the complete story you can ask) take nothing away from the front desk staff and the rooms. But the manager at the roof top bar wow. I'll never step foot I'm there again.

My husband and I stayed at Astina suites Penrith and we loved it! Our suite was spacious, clean and equipped with everything that we need to feel like home. The hotel and rooms were huge and beautiful. Unfortunately, from 7-10pm there was a live band across the street that was unbearably loud in our room. With two small kids it made our night very difficult. I spoke to the hotel - they acknowledged this is a known issue and suggested I request a quiet room next time… so make sure you do this if you have kids who need to sleep!

Booked Astina Suites for our wedding weekend and thoroughly recommend it. Check-in and out was seemless. Room service was available most hours, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with full amenities which was perfect for wedding prep and would suit longer stays too. Don’t know why anyone would stay in a shoebox room when you can book a suite for a comparable rate.

Theo's rooftop bar is unique to Penrith. Not only does it have a pool it has great amenities as well, conferencing venue and a huge function room which will accommodate weddings parties, etc. The bar itself is an open aspect mainly, but it does have a covered pergola to shade and shelter guests. Food is spectacular and the service is outstanding Well done to Lizz and her team No 1 place to go in Penrith

We stayed at the superior one-bedroom suite. The suite is very spacious, comfortably and modern furnished and contains most basic cooking utensils. The view from the room and the balcony is nice. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

We travelled from Melbourne to Penrith,NSW. To relax and enjoy our holiday but unfortunately we didnt enjoy, because during our stay, the fire alarm started saying evacuate! Evacuate! In early morning. It ruined our sleep and my kids were traumatised. We should get compenstation from this experience.

Situated across from the Nepean Hospital (hospital not in view from balconies/verandahs). Approx. 5 mins drive / 25 mins walk into the heart of Penrith.

I dont know how this place is not monitored with security. I Can hear the second level from the top of girls on the balcony shouting and screaming from the park.I would never want to stay there for a good night's rest.Judges Park its so far and I can hear every word of swearing.

What a lovely setting for a Friday night - the rooftop bar. The staff were all incredibly helpful, chirpy and friendly. The drinks were on point, the bar food was also really tasty and the views just topped it off. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

As a recent guest we have been charged a smoking fee for the room, this was not us as none of the people who stayed in the room were smokers. The photo graphic evidence shows two cigarette butts on the ground. We stayed on the 2nd floor
