I agree with some other comments about the curbside pickup, it is a deceiving practice what they do on their website. You go online, find your product, purchase it, they even make you believe you are paying for it. Then they give you instructions to text a number before heading to the store and then text again once you are at the store parking lot. Once you get there you see there is a sign "no curbside pickup, store is open". You go inside and you have to get in line, no option to pickup online orders no a different spot. Then by the time they look at your order, someone arrives with your item and you have to pay for it at the register because the transaction you made online was just to hold the item. Why would you have to enter your credit card information into that site then? I believe the whole process actually makes you be inside of the store for a longer time and interact with more people than you would actually have with a regular in-store purchase. Again, since they make you believe you are ordering something online and you are just picking up your item and that actually never happens that deserves one star. Also, it seems store employees get upset when asked about online orders. Several retail stores could learn from Walmart or Lowe's.

Shout out to Patty N. (One of the store managers) for this At Home location. Today Patty went above and beyond customer service. I am one who cannot wear a mask because they make it extremely difficult for me to breathe. I have needed to exchange a barstool for a while but with the mandatory mask in place I haven’t been able to. Today I was going to be in the area and felt led to bring the barstool that needed to be replaced. I called first before I headed that way and first encountered Patty. She was working at the front of the store when she took my call. While the computer said there were none in stock she walked all the way to the back of the store to see with her own eyes. She found two! She brought one up and then when I got there had me call her. I had my email receipt to verify my purchase and made the swap! And I never had to put on a mask! I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am for her help and kindness! We even had a sweet conversation about what it means to minister and help others I would give Patty 10 stars for being the kind of person who recognizes there is joy in serving people with a happy heart! The plentiful aisle after isle of unique, useful, and quality products for home decor is quite impressive. However, what can only be described as corporate wide neglect means their stores--including this newer location--create a cluttered and disorganized presentation. Additionally, a near total absence of assistance in conjunction with largely untrained staff who also do not know their inventory weigh this store's performance down. Internet presence is among the worst in any industry. The official website site does not provide a comprehensive listing of what is or is not available and the obnoxious refusal to add pricing is a condescending retail catastrophe. Sale prices can be very, very good and those items can be worth milling around the perpetual clutter, but frustration over lack of educated, helpful staff in such a very large venue means you should only go for things you can't find elsewhere or the occasional great sale for something you really need.

Not good. I went in to get some specific curtains and they only had 2 in stock and I need 6. I asked if they could order items and they said no and didn't offer to help me further. While still at the alliance store I called the one by the northeast mall and the employee that answered was very helpful. Even though her scanner wasn't working she went and looked for the item I was wanting. They didn't have any in store but she was the most helpful and I wasn't even her customer yet! That's how customer service should be. It's rare to get good customer service now which is unfortunate. And what store doesn't have online shopping!? I'm sure At Home losing alot of customers because of this. Me being one of them now.

Huge selection of stuff, but staff isn't very friendly. At checkout, the cashier didn't seem to know what he was doing which is understandable since he may be new, but after a few minutes if scanning, deleting, and rescanning the only item I'm purchasing, tells me the total that is higher than it should be since it is on sale. I corrected him and said it is 50% off but he insisted I was wrong. I was about to ask for a manager before he gave in and admitted I was right (which seemed like he knew all along but was too lazy to figure out the correct way to ring up the item). I found that incredibly poor customer service. Double check your total and make sure it's right otherwise they may rip you off here.

I have always really loved this store. You can find some really unique items at this store and I would walk around for at least an hour or more looking for just the right picture or towel. I've spent plenty of money there too. More than I should for sure. The only reason I can't give the store 5 stars is that they do not have a motorized cart. When I became physically disabled I found I could not stand for very long or walk for very long so my visits are basically in the door, get one thing and get out while I still can. I dread trying to find decor during christmas because I won't be able to stand in line. They aren't alone. Most department stores don't have the carts either.

The Store Manager is rude and unhelpful. My husband was told by Customer Care we could return a tree bought Nov 2021 that was not working when we unboxed it this year. His interaction with Kyla? Kayla? Was very negative. She cut him off and offered zero help for the situation. We were helped and the situation was resolved when we spoke to another SM at Fort Worth/different location. This isn’t the first time management at alliance location has been rude. I plan on emailing customer care with praise for the SM that did her job well and had customer service skills, and also letting them know Alliance might need some additional training in that area.

This is for the most part still a really awesome place. They have an extremely large selection of home decor you'd be hard pressed to find most places. The quality of most of their stuff leaves a bit to be desired, but the price used to be very very reasonable so if what you got didn't last it was almost cool because it gave you the low price alternative to change things up a bit. Well now it's the same selection and quality but the price on a lot of there things is a bit more than it's worth really. Still super fun place to go look around, and find the same sort of thing cheaper or better quality for the same price on Amazon.

I just had the worst service at the At Home in Presidio! I was looking for a specific outdoor chair and couldn’t seem to find it. We asked 2 workers near us for help. They told us if we didn’t see it they were probably out. I asked them to look it up in their inventory. They refused. I asked if they could check another stores inventory. They said they couldn’t. I asked them to call the other store before I drive over there. They refused. Customer service is pretty simple. You just have to give a damn about your customers. This store obviously does not! They just lost a good customer.

I just wanted to tank the manager of the at home location by my house for a warrning letter for parking my semi without a trailer in there back parking lot! Thank you for telling you will have my family's livelihood towed God forbid a person that sees his family once every 3-4 weeks and tries his best to keep supplies moving park in your empty lot for couple of nights.if i get a load for your company i won't take it nor will I shop in your store any more. You keep your empty parking lot and think of me next time you go to your grocery store sincerely your neighbor!

WOW! I had the most wonderful experience! Best AT HOME store I've been to by far! Very clean and organized. My cashier TAMARA was so helpful and hands-on also very nice and funny!! She clearly knows what she is doing! Meanwhile I saw a lot of employees standing around talking to each other in the outside decor section, doing absolutely nothing and actually overheard them complaining how they did not want to be there was very unprofessional.. but overall I had the best at home experience and definitely left with a smile on my face. I had a fun shopping experience!

I have always loved the store, even back when it was Garden Ridge for their vast selection. Their quality has never been great but I've always known that. But it's this particular store. The management and staff are rude, completely untrained and lack in basic customer service. The tall bald manager at the front was unexplicably rude. Good luck getting any kind of help, let alone accurate pricing or information. Just shop at your own risk. I'm going to try the one in Hurst.

Big home decor store with lots of varieties and options. Staff are very helpful, wish they had more coupon/ discount options. Signed up first perks membership, 10% discount code was supposed to be delivered to email in 24 hours but didn't get it until 3 days, after I had gone back to purchase the things I needed. That would have been great savings. Staff confirmed that it usually takes longer than the advertised 24 hours.

I had the worst experience ever at Store 111 in Alliance! The manager Ursula was rude and lackadaisical when it came to assisting me with a purchase & the cashier Jenny shared the same I don’t care attitude. After being disregarded I asked Ursula who the regional manger was she shrugged her shoulders & said she didn’t know as she walked off. Her behavior is very unacceptable & she’s definitely not manager material!

This place never fails to amaze me! This At Home has friendly and helpful staff. The shelves are fully stocked even on Christmas eve! A plethora of pillows, pictures frames, pet stuff, home furnishings & furniture, outdoor furniture, planters, candles, rugs, miscellaneous items, as seen on TV, nic-nacks, etc. Beautifully decorated staged room mock-ups. Very clean male restroom even during Christmas-eve. Impressed!

This is a very large At Home with a substantial clearance section. It's well organized and generally clean and put up. It's located on the end of the shopping strip and has ample parking. You can order ahead for pick up, which is very helpful during the holidays. They have great holiday decor such as giant inflatables, ornaments, and lighting. They have outdoor furniture as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Since when is putting a sticker over a lower price with a higher price on top acceptable? Mark ups are, at times, a part of retail however placing a sticker over the lower price that allows the lower price to SHOW through is not acceptable and is an insult to my intelligence. I will NEVER ever shop here again. You have lost a customer for life.

This place has everything in all colors and for all decor styles. The Holiday decor is great! The staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the prices seemed high for some of the items. Similar or same item was half the price at Hobby Lobby or Home Goods. But I found plenty of great prices for great items. Give yourself at least an hour. This place is huge!

I was looking for a matching bread plates. I bought the dinnerware from this store so I thought I could find it there. I couldn’t. The young lady cashier, Christina, looked on her phone and said there should be 6 back on the shelf. She took me back and helped me find it. It may seemed like a small thing but she took her time helping me out and I truly believe that.

What I don't like about At Home is that they have the "clearance" signs everywhere, but they all say to look for the slash mark on items on the bottom shelf. Half the time, nothing on the bottom shelf is even on clearance, which is frustrating. The items in the store do not seem to be well made, and the prices are too high for the quality.

First time at any @Home place, and this one was very professional and polite. Huge inventory! The prices were a bit high on a few things compared to similar items at other housing-related merchants; however, everything else about my shopping experience here was great. I'll definitely be shopping here again in the near future...

Love going to this location but they are always short staffed at the registers during the busiest shopping hours. They have great deals going on all the time! I always check their website first before I go to the store as it's a bit of a drive for me but I always find something that fits in my home at a great price.

Their selection is mind blowing when it comes to home decor. It's honestly a bit intimidating. Only downer, their furniture is very weak. Even some of the displays were messed up and broken, but they are just as expensive as the name brand heavy furniture. Everything else is great though. Fair prices on most stuff.

Excellent customer service from Tamara and other sales associates. I was surprised to see Tamara still working there after this pandemic. I can only assume At Home is treating its employees nicely. This market is crazy and everyone is hiring. Please continue to treat your staff nicely because people have options.

If you're looking for a Garden Ridge experience, you'll find this store is very much the same. Had a good selection of everything Christmas. 4 stars because navigating the aisles was a challenge and everything was everywhere. Christmas ornaments were in 50 different places. Trees were in 15 different places.

Oh my God I am so happy with this place I've got tons of pictures they have a 75% sale going on and I am so in love my house and beauty Room look amazing. The store is so clean and organized and it is so easy to find items in the store. The staff is so helpful and so sweet you have to check this place out.

Nice good place. Was having a good time looking around with my fiance, it's just some workers were watching us while we were shopping which made me slightly uncomfortable and made me leave faster but the cashier at the end was the best! He got me to sign up for membership which im happy about :)))

You can get lost in here. You definitely find yourself wondering around each aisle trying to convince yourself if buying that item is really necessary or not. 9 times out of 10, it’s not. But you end up buying that priceless item that hs been calling your name! Meet Dennis. He went home with me.

Really like at home for stuff around the house. Got a couple of very soft couch pillows and a picture frame today. Most things they have there are reasonably priced and of decent quality. Lots of options to choose from. Like to walk around with the wife just to check out what they have.

I come here a lot for decorations around my house In very pleased with a lot of my items. Some of the cushions I bought have ripped but that's okay. The ones that haven't ripped look good. If you are looking to buy outdoor long lasting cushions look further and buy from somewhere else

Lots to choose from in all your decor needs. I was there at Christmas time and they have a very large selection of Christmas decor. There's also funitire, stuff for bedroom/bathroom, kitchenware, Outdoor furniture and Prices seem a little expensive compared with other stores.

First visit here and the food was pretty good. I got the enchiladas which were good but would have been better if they were heated more. The cheese was not melted in the center of them, so it was still in its shredded form. Service was excellent. I'd try them again.

It's a giant store and you can usually find what you're looking for. I have bought anything from living room rugs to Christmas trees. We got a new Christmas tree this year but the last one lasted 15 years. So we went right back to the same place to get a new one.

Collection of every hone usage indoor and outdoor item is there. Just started looking since thi is my first visit to ghis warehouse, its huge and awsome. Bar stools are so elegant comfortable and worth buying. Will explore more on my next visit.

When I come in here I love it and then I look at the prices and almost stroke out. This is Texas yall not Beverly Hills ok! I will make the drive to Hurst location so can actually buy things. That location has the same things for much cheaper!

I enjoy shopping there but I also know nothing is made in America and some items are adequate very cheaply, so I shop with caution. The store is usually short staffed but the ilses are organized. Just plan to a while in check out.

Bought a nice quality rug here. We actually couldn't find it at a different location and the sales associate help us find it at this location. Wish they could transfer the proudct to our nearby store but they do not.

I wouldn't buy a Christmas tree here. The lights on our tree went out after one season. The store staff had no interest in helping us troubleshoot the issue or in offering a discount to buy a new replacement tree.

First timer here! Very huge store with just about everything you need or want to decorate your home. Prices are a bit too high on certain things and help was scarce, but overall worth it!

It is a one stop shop for all your home decor needs. They always have great selections on seasonal items as well. And they have great discounts on seasonal items once the season passes.

Lots of selection but the whole store smells way too much like perfume of some sort. Scented on steroids. If you are sensitive to perfume or scented overkill, stay out of this store.

Why do we keep going to this store? I sure do miss it when it was Gardenridge. Goods are all sooooo cheepy. Styles are meh, decor is cheezy and the quality is not even trying.
