Atgaon is a railway station on the Central line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway network. Asangaon is the previous stop and Thansit is the next stop. Atgaon translates to "eight villages" in Devangiri. Take the eastern express towards Thane, go towards Nasik Mumbai highway. Cross the toll, drive through the whole stretch of Kalyan Bhiwandi Bypass. At Hotel Shangrilla water park on right you are on the old Mumbai Nasik highway, cross the new Toll Naka at Padga, drive through towards Nasik end. Cross Kamat’s Food Hub on left, and Shivaji Jhondale College on left. Here you are passing Shahapur on leftside. Travelers from Mumbai end, Please follow Navigator / GPRS of Google for instructions. Landmarks such as "Hotel Maharaja Palace Boarding & Lodging" (on left) and "Hotel Raj Kiran" little ahead (on right) indicates end of Shahapur town. Drive for another 5 kms towards Nasik, leave the first left which is (fatak) railway crossing, then one km later is service road to the left, (Opposite Atgaon Industrial Complex GATE) take this and then take the subway (below railways) on left. After subway take right, ahead you must see Atgaon Railway station on your right.

Good and Clean Local Station, Currently not operational for everyone due to covid 19 situation n Government Order but if you are dealing with essential services like food, milk, medicine, health service then you can go to catch local. Even Women can travel after 11 am in local train. Only Cash payment accepted and need to be improved for UPI payment like Google Pay.

Its an upgrading station there is so much to see at this place like resort and dam its close to mother nature the best time to visit this place in rainy and winter season if you love to do mount climbing than its a pradise for hiker there is something for everyone and village peoples are very helpful and polite its allso a place for investment in property

Nice station. There is waiting room and also shades are provided to avoid bad weather. Near from National Highway 3. Bus stop is also near from the station and also the other transporting vehicles for Wada are available from station. The only problem is that the ticket counter is up to the Bridge and people don't use the bridge for crossing.

Atgaon is located near by Shahapur. There are very poor frequency for Local Trains to reach Atgaon from Mumbai. Now days Atgaon Industrial Area is very good location for Small scale Industries in suburban Mumbai. Residential zone also fast developing now.

Accessible only through local train through central line local train. Nearest major railway station is Kalyan Railway station. It has only 2 platform i.e, 1 & 2. You will get the ticket counter in the platform itself. Lift is also available here.

Ye mumbai ka ek local station hai.. Ye mumbai se Nashik road pe hai jo kasara se ek station se pahle hai.. Kasarat mumbai ka last local station hai... Kasarat ke aage Igatpuri ek beautiful place hai....

There should be foot over bridge for the public safety and canteen . Train frequency should be more for local train at Atgaon station and the train option is less so government should look for this

Among all the stations on the kalyan kasara line this station is very close to nashik highway. Area sorrounding the station is not very clean, train frequency is less. Good place for rail fanning.

Train frequency is very low here and there is a separate bridge for ticket vending which means that you have to climb two bridges unless u have a return ticket

Frequency of trains is very less..no staff onsite at desk not even at night...some of them can feel unsafe here at night times on station...no waiting room

Lonely station with no shops on platform but small shops outside the station, it's on kasara route... Hidden village resort is 2km from here
