Pamela Mason- Realtor of Atlanta Communities called me to get inside of a property, trying to get information on how to see it. She's a Realtor, but represented herself as a buyer when we first got on the phone. When she got the information she needed from me, she then proceeded to mention that she was in fact a Realtor. She should have identified herself as being a Realtor right away when she got me on the phone and that didn't happen until later into the conversation. To make matters worse, she never told me until the end of the conversation that the property she was trying to access was for one of her buyers. I had already spoken to the buyer. He indicated to me that he didn't have an Agent that he was working with. She got all the information she could from me taking the time to reach the listing agent to set up the showing and everything before she revealed to me that it was her buyer that called me. I feel that what she did was not only unethical, but was a poor and unfair advantage to her competition. She asked me to meet her at the property as if she had a different buyer after I had set up the showing, then revealed to me that the buyer that I would be showing was in fact her buyer. She used me to try to reach the Listing Agent because he was difficult to reach. She wanted to know how I got through. How I was able to reach him and set up the showing. So I was to meet the buyer and meet her at the property with her buyer? I have filed a complaint against her with the ethics board and they have already been contacted. I feel that this was a very deceptive and dishonest practice which should not be ignored! I would never, ever, treat another fellow Agent or Broker like this just because I couldn't reach the listing agent!.....It was nothing but a bait and switch tactic for me to do her job because she couldn't reach the other Realtor to get into the property. If she will do this to a colleague, imagine how she could potentially misrepresent a buyer or seller in our profession!

I recently bought a property that was being sold by a specific agent at this brokerage. Luckily I didn't have any issues with closing, but post purchase I received a violation notice from the county regarding the appearance of the home (just not maintained). These are problems that were present BEFORE I purchased the home; in fact, they are problems that are visible in the listing photos of the home. Of course they're issues that will be fixed, but they should have been addressed prior to selling since it's against the quality of life code #1 to transfer ownership of a home that's in violation. I reached out to the listing agent, and she's simply replied, "Nope, wasn't aware of any violations!" This is completely unprofessional. If you see an Atlanta Brokerage sign in a yard for sale or for rent, pass on it. If you're renting they obviously won't maintain the home to county standards, and if you're buying then they won't care once they sell you a code-violating home. Only gave one star because no stars wasn't an option.

Harry Honeycutt showed us one of his listings that has been on the market several months. After seeing it in person we determined it was because it was very overpriced, so we waited a few weeks and called him to ask him what he would charge to represent us as buyers to try to save seller some cost. He asked what he wanted to pay and I told him my starting point was $40k under asking price but that we could pay realtor fees and closing. It was a fair offer, for sure. He was rude, condescending and laughing. He kept cutting me off and I never got to have an actual conversation with him to try and novitiate price. He also said he would call me back and never did. Harry told us in person he didn’t agree with the price but the seller was insisting on the higher price. Obviously it’s not selling for a reason. No need to be so rude, I wasn’t rude to you. Also, if you would have let me finish talking maybe we could have met in the middle, but you didn’t let that happen. Maybe it’s time to retire.

I recently sold my condo with Deb Stephens and wanted to share a quick note and express my gratitude to her for making it so easy and smooth to navigate through the entire process. Deb knew exactly what to do at every step and provided me with an excellent guidance along the way. She is a true professional- she gathers, provides and explains details of current market conditions , pricing, legal requirements etc.She also assisted me with staging the property for sale; advised and helped finding people to refurbish it and supervised the entire process - for that I am forever grateful Deb! Thank you for going the extra mile for me on every step of my home selling journey. I wanted to let you know that I could not have done this without you and I am so grateful for your assistance, patience -:) and expertise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I'm an investor that purchases and sells properties throughout metro Atlanta. My experience with Atlanta Communities has been phenomenal. They have the best and most experienced agents I've ever worked with in my 30 years of buying and selling property. They are very pro-active in ensuring my transactions go smoothly and close on time. Their office staff is always professional, friendly and helpful when I have to stop in and drop off or request information. It's not surprising they're one of the top ranked private real estate firms in metro Atlanta.

I have been an agent with the company going on 6 years now. I can say that our brokers and agents focus on professionalism and integrity. We are always looking at different approaches to best assist the clients. Before joining, I examined other brokerages and could not find any that had as experienced and helpful brokers as Atlanta Communities does. There are many locations around Atlanta and a growing team of friendly, knowledgeable staff. I truly believe Atlanta Communities is the best this city has to offer in terms of real estate services.

Q. Nichole! She is AMAZING!!! I made an impulse decision to sell my home and within a week, I had professional images taken and a listing on MLS. Seven days after that, I accepted an all cash offer for 30% more than I originally had paid. Q made this a very easy process for me and was a genius at marketing my home. This is the second home Q has helped my household with and there will be a third property to come soon. Choose Atlanta Communities, and then choose Q!

Dear Ron and Kelly, What a journey this has been! Remember when we first met about a year ago - you agreed to take on my home as REALTORS. I thought cleaning out would take a couple of months - little did I know.! Then all those weeks of open houses and showings and improvements and even buyer feedback etc... Best of all is your friendship. Humor and horses - That's what I think of when I think of you. I'm glad both of you are in my life. Lori Armstrong

I was representing the seller from a different broker and worked with an ATCM agent Carol Williams who was representing the buyers. I had a fantastic experience with her and ATCM. We did the closing at their office and the managing broker Mayar was present. She was very welcoming a sweet to everyone involved. I truly think ATCM is an amazing brokerage and top notch service to those seeking to sell, buy or invest anywhere in Atlanta. Highly recommended!!

CUE THE CONFETTI! Greg Godding is a great real estate agent. For each home sale/purchase process over the years and more recently April 2023, another positive experience. Greg’s knowledge was integral to a recent “trifecta - sold 2 properties + 1 purchase” all within 60 days!!! Greg’s knowledge, professionalism and great personality made the process stress. For a full service, high quality real estate experience, Greg is your guy!!!

I leased a home with this company. Joyce Judson was the property manager and realtor for Atlanta Communities. The service was great, everything that needed repaired was done in a timely manner. I used Joyce as my agent when I purchased my home in April 2020. This was my 1st home purchase and answered all my question walked me through the process. Joyce was very professional I would recommend Atlanta Communities Realtor.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to attempting to look at a house. Todd Dipaula and whoever the lady that was were VERY RUDE!!! I saw an ad for open house late last night and wanted to just stop because I didn’t want to disturb my realtor last minute. They were very rude and nasty and I’ll be sure to NEVER buy anything from them or this company if this is who they have working for them.

I had the WORST experience with this brokerage firm. One of their agents berated me on the phone for not making a decision on a rental within 48 hours. It was completely uncalled for, and so very unprofessional to scream at a client. I called and left a message for the broker in charge, but of course never heard back from her. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Kelly and Lawrence are a dynamic duo! These two really put in the hours and effort to make our home buying experience the best it could be! When Kelly wasn't available to drop everything and meet us at odd hours, Lawrence stepped in! These two are gems and we can't thank them enough! I recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling! #TeamJacksonSellsAtlanta

I worked with Realtor Linda Ogletree to purchase my first home. She is the best in the business. She assisted my mother in purchasing a home back when we first moved to Atlanta in 1990 and again when she downsized about 5 years ago. Now I've purchased my first home with Linda's help, and I couldn't be happier! Wonderful, professional service.

I keep getting spam calls and messages about a property I don't own that I supposedly wanted to list 6 months ago. I've asked them to stop contacting me to no avail. The calls and texts are daily from different numbers. They are from Atlanta Communities. They are relentless.

Realtor bait and switched a friend of mine and also have heard the exact same story with another friend and realtor. This is unethical and horrible what they are doing to people. Not cool people.
