Very disappointed in a recent experience. After arriving to a friend's house because I was the emergency contact I found it was a false alarm and also found a bunch of very arrogant firefighters. As I was yelled at by one of them and due to his aggressive tone I became defensive and asked for his bosses number, which he gladly gave to me like he was untouchable. His chief was very professional and talked with me about this experience but when I got a call back from the firehouse I was even more frustrated when I was told "well he had people back his story and you had no one to back yours" so of course I was immediately dismissed so I just gave up talking with this guy. Of course I appreciate everything a firefighter does and respect the profession. I could not just let someone act like that and not put him on blast. I will tell this story over and over and hope this firefighterss above-the-law attitude doesn't cause any bad decisions in the future that cost someone any harm or loss.
