Ok, so over the last couple years, there's been a moderate turnover of in-office employees/property agents (ever since my guy Malcolm left *sad face*)...not many, only a small handful of 'new guys'. HOWEVER, literally every last one was always a pleasure to work w/, talk to & become acquainted w/, although 'our' time(s) was brief. But, that's all in the PAST, ever since Deion (sp?) arrived! BEST manager EVERRR! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE him! In terms of the actual property, unit price/size/cleanliness, overall safety, the like- I'll put it like this, you'd be hard-pressed to find a comparable property, w/in the city, 1/2 as great as Atlanta Storage...wouldn't even come close. ANNNND, they cost wayyy less! Hope I don't need a storage unit forever, but if I do, it'll be here! ❤️ For context: I've had my 5x8 unit here for a little over 10yrs. Def wasn't the plan, but...life happened. Either way, this review is entirely rooted in a solid amount of both time & personal experience.

Irresponsible and shady. I came back after a year living abroad to find my items were not in my storage unit. It turns out that I had been paying for a unit I was not using, leaving the unit that I had placed my items in unaccounted for in their system. Instead of attempting to find the owner of my items, my unit was sent to auction and ultimately trashed. Poor management was responsible for this misunderstanding, but ultimately my greatest frustration came from shady ownership. The owners refused to refund me for the full amount of my items that were thrown out and refused to reimburse me for the rent I had paid for a year. I lost at least $2,000 using Atlanta Storage. Use cautiously.

so picture having a U-Haul rented for a move that you need to pick up, and showing up and these clowns decide to just not show up for work. this business is a joke. some lady moving her stuff out of a storage unit is like " yeah they'll show up eventually it happens all the time, they'll be here by the afternoon". i waited an hour and a half before giving up, apparently one guy had been there since they opened at 9??? imagine being the business owner and having your staff treat your customers like this. absolute disgrace

Easy to access, central storage option. Weekends can sometimes be busy with only a few loading spaces in the bay. Luckily I live close, so if I have a lot to load and unload, I can come back later if they are all taken. There is additional parking across the street if you don't need to load/unload a ton of stuff.

This storage place is close to west end and metropolitan! I really like the rates and how easy it is to load with the docks. The elevator and carts are huge help! Dion and his customer service made the experience even better. If you want a cool affordable storage this is the place. #lsswirlapproved #sswirlworld

The management was very unhelpful with a unit change. Gave me the run around on a unit that I previously reserved & couldn't bother to apologize. I was a tenant for over 2yrs and he couldn't care less. Very unprofessional & a waste of time & money.

In the past 3 months I've had to go to the unit 5 times. Every single time I go there's nobody working!!!!!!! I've put in a maintenance request they said it was complete I go and my request is not complete. Something needs to be done!

I've been with Atlanta storage for a year and 6 months when I first got there had a small storage but I changed it to a bigger one and they didn't waste no time helping me decide on what big one that's best for my budget

Have used this place for years now because the price was affordable for the hours that was offered. But they have gone up recently. Only other con is parking and unloading. The staff is pretty nice and helpful.

I see they putting all these up in Atlanta must be lucrative buisness.But i heard the small storages prices is too pricey.i can imagine the bigger storages dam!monthly fees cant afford them

I've used Atlanta Storage on Shelton Ave in Atlanta for years. I recommend them because they have the best customer service, prices and ,clean environment. Try them they want disappoint.

The office has to be open in order for the rented storage unit t9 be accessible. With is a plus when it come's to keeping your personal belonging's safe ☺ …
