Utilicé esta compañía para hacer el viaje del aeropuerto de TREVISO a Venecia y viceversa. Compré los billetes por mail. Nada más aterrizar en el aeropuerto de TREVISO y salir a la calle, ya estaba esperando un bus. Por suerte, lo cogimos sin esperas y salimos en dirección a Venecia. Un hombre validaba los billetes al lado del autobús así que todo fue muy fácil, sencillo y rápido. A la vuelta, me quedé impresionada con un detalle que no me gustó nada en absoluto. Como era domingo, había menos frecuencia de autobuses para ir al aeropuerto así que, para no perderlo, decidimos ir mucho antes a la estación de autobuses de Venecia. Fue una excelente decisión. El autobús salía concretamente a las 10am. El conductor abrió las puertas del autobús sobre las 9:35h, y éste enseguida se llenó de viajeros. A las 9:45h, 15 minutos antes de la hora oficial de salida, partía el bus hacia el aeropuerto completamente lleno. Nosotras, por supuesto, pudimos cogerlo sin problemas pero me quedé impresionada de que el autobús saliera 15 minutos antes sin comunicarles a los viajeros, (que aún podían llegar en esos 15 minutos que faltaban), que ya no había billetes para ellos. Durante el trayecto al aeropuerto, pensé en mí y en mi madre, la persona con la que viajaba, llegando a la estación de autobús algo más justas de tiempo, (a las 9:50h por ejemplo, 10 minutos antes del horario marcado), y que, además de no encontrar allí el autobús, no encontrar a nadie que nos explicase que el vehículo estaba lleno. Me dio mucha lástima. Me parece una verdadera putada llegar a una estación 10-15 minutos antes de la salida oficial de un viaje, y que nadie esté allí para decirte que el autobús se ha marchado antes por estar completo. Comentar que la amabilidad de los conductores que realizan estos servicios es nula.

I'd give zero stars if it was possible. Simply the worst bus company imaginable. They will not allow you to change a ticket you buy online at the station itself, so definitely don't buy online tickets from ATVO. They offer zero flexibility. Even tried to change it online and received messages saying changing is impossible because my journey had started but the email time stamp I sent to request the change was well before my journey started. It just takes them hours to respond to queries and as a result you lose the value of what you've paid for the ticket. There was no sympathy from any customer service person. They simply refused every simple request. If you are going to Cortina make sure you use the Cortina Express service. It's 1000% more professional than ATVO. Also worth mentioning the driver blew past my stop without stopping even though he was aware of my destination. Cost me 2 hours additional to get to my destination as a result of the oversight and incompetence. No compensation offered for costs incurred to get ri my destination. This company is disgraceful.

Took the 5am bus to Treviso. Signs were posted in the bus lot that made it easy to find - plus there was other people waiting there for the same bus. The side of the bus said “Treviso Airport + Rome Plazza” in giant letters. I arrived at 4:52am and has purchased tickets the night before online (cost 22€ for 2 people). The bus left around 5am. We stowed our luggage below and got on. I would recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. Everyone who was waiting fit on the bus (i think there may have been a second bye as well). We made one stop in Venice Mestre and more people got on. For all the past reviews saying it wasn’t puntual- all I can say is my experience was professional, smooth, and easy. I would use again if I had to. It had AC as well which was nice.

Le pongo tres estrellas porque verdaderamente es el sistema de transporte Aeropuerto-Piazzale Roma más rápido y barato, pero sus trabajadores dejan mucho que desear. Para empezar, el que está en la taquilla vendiendo los billetes (y eso que yo ya tenía los billetes sacados por Internet y solo me acerqué a preguntar desde qué parada salían) era un amargado, ¡¡¡pero si eres un servicio al turismo!!! Y los que te "acomodaban" en los autocares más de lo mismo, tampoco pido que estén sonriendo y bailando, solo un poco de respeto. Yo viajaba con dos niños y no tenían ni paciencia mientras dejas la maleta y los haces subir. Pero, insisto, la mejor manera de llegar desde el aeropuerto hasta Venecia, sin duda.

no lo aconsejo, nosotros compramos en la maquina expendedora de mestre de la calle `popolo y pagamos contarjeta dos viajes hacia el aeropuerto de marco polo el dia 12 de julio de eeste año, a la maquina no nos dio los billetes pero si nos los cobro. pues llevamos reclamando el dinero todo este tiempo y nadie se ha puesto en contacto es mas en el propio aeropuerto no jos hicieron ni caso las personas responsables que estaban alli. asi que no os recomiendo prana nada este servicio de autobuses por que no responden a las reclamacione y encima se quedan con tu dinero y no te dan los billetes. un saludo

Appalling service, Paid for an airport transfer from venice to marco polo. Arrived, put my bags on the bus. Driver looked at the tickets, told me to take the bags back off and get on the bus next to it. PUT US ON THE COMPLETE WRONG BUS TO THE WRONG AIRPORT. Told at the airport if we paid for a taxi to marco polo by ATVO staff, ATVO would refund us for it. the taxi cost 70 euros. Kept reciepts and paperwork as told by ATVO staff and emailed to ATVO. ATVO have ignored all contact I have tried to make regarding it, no response at all and no refund.

The bus ticket office was good however the organisation of boarding the bus was terrible. The bus was oversold causing unnecessary stress on customers. Lack of communication and foresight to arrange an extra bus was evident. We were fortunate enough to get a seat on the bus despite being first to line up. No guides, no signs, just a mess of people pushing and no direction from staff members. I feel very bad for the people who didn't get a seat and I really hope ATVO organised transport for them. Will take a taxi next time.

Entro in biglietteria intorno alle 12.40 e c'è la tendina chiusa dello sportello, attendo 5/10 min e mi viene detto che stavano aspettando il cambio turno e che pertanto non potevano farmi 2 biglietti, ma mi hanno detto invece di andare in quella automatica posta davanti a questa, nonostante ci fossero gli orari fuori a tempo continuato fino alla sera. Per giunta la macchinetta non dava resto e sono dovuto ritornare a casa senza biglietti a causa di qualche dipendente che si è rifiutato di fare il proprio dovere! Pessimi

Got sold a two way ticket when I only needed a 1 way ticket and when I went to the station in Venice to get refunded the guy just shrugged his shoulders, pretended to not know English, didn’t care, mentioned something to a guy in the back who came out yelling at me and my wife saying we had used our tickets and that they were invalid! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Unprofessional, scam artist, taking advantage of tourist who pay good money to come here... take the ferry, get a taxi, or use some other method...

La ida fue bien. A la vuelta, el conductor estaba por cerrar el compartimento de maletas y nos dice de muy malos modos que ese autobús ya no podemos tomarlo, que esperemos al siguiente. Nos toca esperar media hora a pleno sol. Actualizo: en el siguiente autobús, el conductor al bajar y abrir el compartimento ha golpeado a mi acompañante en la espalda con la puerta, nos ha insultado cuando se lo hemos comentado y se ha largado. NO VIAJÉIS CON ESTA GENTE si no queréis que os traten de esta manera.

Son unos irresponsables Es lamentable,el autobús de las 05:00 no pasó y el de las 05:20 tampoco y si lo hizo,fue con mucho retraso hoy lunes 04 de Julio de 2022 Es vergonzoso que no cumplan sus horarios y después de habernos gastado el dinero en los billetes (8€ por persona),en un trayecto de 20 minutos, tengamos que coger un taxi a la carrera,para que nos llevara al aeropuerto(40€)para no perder nuestro vuelo que partía a las 07:30,es decir,íbamos con tiempo de sobra,como debe ser.

Ho atteso l’autobus delle 4:20 di mattina che non si è mai presentato, costringendo me e altri 20 passeggeri che lo attendevano a prendere dei taxi per recarsi all’aeroporto in tempo per i loro voli. Per giunta la mia mail agli uffici ATVO è stata per il momento ignorata. In breve, 8€ di biglietto persi più 40€ di Taxi perché loro non sanno garantire un servizio (da notate che è un servizio privato). Ogni volta che torno in Italia mi viene ricordato perché non ci vivo più.

Meilleure solution pour aller à l'aéroport de Venise Marco Polo depuis la gare de Venise Mestre pour un tarif de 10€ par personne (30 mn de trajet environ). La station pour prendre le bus et acheter vos billets se trouve à droite en sortant de la gare à 150 mètres. Les bus sont confortables et climatisés. En revanche le personnel n'est pas sympathique du tout, bonjour froid, pas un sourire, ils s'impatientent très vite de nos questions. Accueil et sens du service à revoir

Mi reseña es para valorar el servicio de atención al cliente online porque compré los billetes para viajar desde el aeropuerto Marco Polo hasta Venencia a través de la página web. Escribí un correo solicitando información para resolver unas dudas y la respuesta de Marta fue instantánea y eficiente, normalmente las empresas tardan en responder o ni siquiera lo hacen. El servicio de autobuses tiene coches nuevos y limpios, son puntuales, en general, todo correcto. Gracias.

Les autocars sont super confortables, avec wi- fi, très propre. Garés juste a la sortie de l'aéroport pas besoin de chercher. Ils sont à l'heure. La personne qui s'occupe de recevoir les réservations est très agréable, polie et souriante. Le chauffeur est d'une grande politesse, amabilité, sourire sont présents pourtant étant PMR je lui ai donné du travail supplémentaire pour installer l'appareillage pour monter mon fauteuil, mais il est resté aimable et agréable !

Ci sono molti autobus in questo piazzale però il loro bus si distingue da tutti: quello bianco con scritto ATVO sui lati o quello per l'Aereoporto con il tema "origami" azzurro e giallo. Arrivato in orario e ho speso sicuramente meno di noleggiare un auto e parcheggiarla li. Ho usato l'app daaab anche per i vaporetti e niente da dire in negativo, avevo tutti i biglietti a portata di mano senza dover farli da qualche parte e perdere tempo

Avevo il biglietto ma non era obliterato perchè avendo problemi di vista non ero riuscito ad individuare l’obliteratrice (presente solo una a bordo di un autobus snodato). Il simpatico controllore ha comunque deciso di farmi la multa. Pensate piuttosto a tenere aperta solo la porta anteriore dove c’è l’obliteratrice per evitare che la gente salga senza obliterare. Vergogna, verso i viaggiatori e verso i viaggiatori con difficoltà.

We chose ATVO, because it goes non-stop from Marco Polo Venice airport and also because luggage goes to luggage compartment underneath. We we left the bus at Piazzalle Rome, we forgot one of our small luggage items. We ran back and reached out to person directing boarding. He placed a call with the office and in couple of hours we picked up our trolley at the ticket office nearby. Great service, caring people!

The attendant at the ATVO store located in Piazetta Roma, blonde, blue eyes and very short hair, treated us very badly. She was rude and impatient when we asked her to explain the bus schedules. L'addetto al negozio ATVO sito in Piazzetta Roma, biondo, occhi azzurri e capelli cortissimi, ci ha trattato malissimo. Era scortese e impaziente quando le abbiamo chiesto di spiegare gli orari degli autobus.

It was about 22EU for 2 one way. They have an online schedule that busses come every 20-30 minutes, and it's a 20 min trip from Piazzale Roma to Marco Polo. It was raining and the driver shared his umbrella and was very nice.

El transporte en si es muy cómodo y rápido, pero la atención al cliente en Venecia es la peor que he recibido en mi vida. No les funcionaba en pago con tarjeta, cosa que puede ocurrir. Lo malo ha sido que, cuando no entendía que me estaban diciendo, y he ido con preguntas, me han gritado y hablado de unas formas pésimas. La verdad que una vergüenza, jamás me habían faltado tanto al respeto.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Da anscheinend verschiedene Busanbieter dort angeboten werden, bekommt man nur gezwungenermaßen eine Antwort auf Fragen die die nicht betreffen. Das Ticketsystem ist generell in Venedig schwierig zu verstehen. Die Codes an den Haltestellen funktionieren nicht. Dafür das Venedig hauptsächlich eine Touristen Stadt ist, sollte das System besser ausgebaut werden.

We booked a ticket to go to the airport with their bus at 6.00. We arrived at 5:50 and they told us the bus was full and we had to wait for the next one. What is the point of selling tickets to an AIRPORT if you can't guarantee a seat? The flights do not wait, if you buy a ticket you should be able to go in the bus. On top of that no COVID safety measures in the bus. The bus was packed.

Super zařízená doprava z letiště Marco polo do Italských Benátek. Když koupíte jízdenku tam i zpět vyjde to na 18 euro. Autobus z letiště marco polo jede z nástupiště C, nachází se hned za prvním přechodem vlevo. Jízdenku si vždy ještě musíte označit před vstupem do busu. Autobusy jsou vždy čistý, personál vždy milý a ochotný. Z Benátek to jede z Piazzele Roma z nástupiště 1.

Für den Shuttle Transfer wurde uns im Flughafen ein Ticket Verkauf direkt am Bus angeboten (12€ p.P.), am Schalter ein wenig abseits fanden wir diese für 11€ p. P. Nachdem der Bus jedoch voll Abfuhr mussten wir auf den nächsten >45mins warten ohne zu wissen, was jetzt eigentlich Sache ist. Ein Auto zu mieten wäre wahrscheinlich günstiger gewesen, berechnet man die Wartezeit.

A short walk from the railway station and our hotel is Piazzale Roma where there are buses/trams to many destinations. We used ATVO for the trip back to Venice Marco Polo airport. The coach was comfy and very reasonably priced at 7 Euro each. Ideal for returning to the airport and a damn sight cheaper than a water taxi and the hassle of the vaporetto's with luggage...

Extrêmement déçue de mon expérience avec cette compagnie. Personnel mal poli, très dédaigneux envers les touristes. Le personnel ne prend pas le temps de vous orienter donc vous pouvez à tout moment vous retrouver dans le mauvais bus et cela peut être très embêtant. Pour le même prix, vous pouvez prendre le bus numéro 5 et cela se passe beaucoup mieux ainsi. À fuir.

I had no problems with this service , but I bought my return ticket online so no hustle with ticket machine or cash. I strongly advise you get a app called "get you guide" is useful for many sutuations. Buy tickets online is always, always hustle free - I showed it to the bus driver and sat in the bus while everybody else queued up on the machine.

Corona ist vorbei und jetzt werden die Preise um 2€ erhöht und der Service wird schlechter… unfreundlich und uralter bus der erst kurz vor der fahrt eingeschaltet wurde ohne Klimaanlage und 10 min zu spät abgefahren. Experiencia muy buena. Hay una maquina expendedora cuando coges equipaje, o una vez q estás en la salida hay un mostrador (recomendable) donde hay 2 personas q te explican todo. El autobús se coge nada más sales de la estación. Fueron puntuales tanto la ida como la vuelta. Tiene una parada en Mestre que estaba cerca de nuestro hotel.

Just tried to catch the 4:20 bus to Marco Polo Airport. The driver all but tried to run my wife over. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We’ve learned something though. At Saint Marco airport don’t buy a return ticket. There are lots of buses going from the central bus station to the airport. Don’t use these awful people

Pour l'aéroport de Venise Marco Polo très facile et rapide depuis Venise pour 8 € ( si réservé sur internet c'est 7 €) Bus numéro 1 très facile à trouver ( grand bus Blanc) on peut acheter les billets également auprès du chauffeur ce qui est bien pratique. Bref très bon moyen de transfert entre l'aéroport et Venise

billets pris à l'avance sur internet très pratique avec Qr code pas de stress rapide facile de trouver les arrêts à l'aller-retour. si vous voulez possibilité de prendre billet directement à l'arrêt de bus. arrêt C3 à l'aéroport et en plein milieu sur la place roma à Venise bus facile à reconnaître. bon voyage.

Ojo que intentan engañarte! Primero te dicen que no funciona pagar con tarjeta y después nos intentaron colar un billete falso. Cuando se lo dijimos, nos quitaron los billetes, nos hablaron de malas maneras y nos negaron subir. Nada recomendable! La línea número 5 de ACTV tb te lleva al aeropuerto sin problemas

Be sure to validate your ticket. We observed tourists who clearly had purchased tickets but not validated it being fined $40. The employees get on one stop before the airport and go straight for the obvious tourists (I’m white so they left me alone and went straight for the Asian tourists)

Un autentico caos. Complicadisimo entender que autobus es el que te toca. Cuidado si vas a Treviso porque la frecuencia de salida de autobuses a veces es muy baja y llegar tarde a tu vuelo... No conozco otras opciones para ir al aeropuerto pero si puedes buscar otra.... Hazlo!

Aunque el servicio de Venecia al aeropuerto es eficiente, el trato del personal, tanto de tickets como conductores deja mucho que desear. No son nada amables. Un conductor nos cerró la puerta en la cara y no nos dejó subir y tuvimos que esperar al siguiente.

Muy buen servicio en el bus a Treviso para personas con movilidad reducida. Autobús adaptado. Conviene días antes de la salida o llegada llamar o contactar y avisar que se irá con una persona de movilidad reducida. Puntualidad buena en el servicio.

We took the early 4:20AM and it was actually a very smooth and quiet ride. We have a 6AM flight scheduled that day and the bus made it possible to catch that flight without any delays.

Driver missed the turning to our stop and instead of coming back just carried on. We had booked tickets so he knew to stop here. Flight missed because of this. Avoid using ATVO.
