Aura is the BEST salon I have ever been to! Everyone that works here is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I've gotten my hair cut and coloured a few times by Margaret, and she is incredible! She is so professional and talented. I have textured hair (I'd say between a 2b and 3a?), and she is able to shape and balance my hair so it looks amazing styled or natural! She's also very helpful and patient when it comes to figuring out what colours are possible for my hair while maintaining its integrity, and she's honest enough to tell me exactly what will work and what won't! Also, the space is incredibly clean, and everyone working at the salon takes masking and sanitizing very seriously, so I always feel very safe coming here. :)

My mom, my sister and I have been going to Vern's salon for many years. Every time we leave feeling fabulous with our haircuts and happy to spend a few hours with Vern and everyone else at Aura. We always look forward to getting out hair done, because we know it is going to done to absolute perfection. I stumbled upon Aura (Vern) 7 years ago. It was one of the best stumbles of my life. Vern is probably the best stylist I have ever met. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he listens to the client before any suggestions are made. For me, it has gotten to the point where I just say "do what you want Vern...you know I trust you" I have always left the salon feeling like a million bucks. Over the years I have watched his other stylists, Margaret and Lisa work with their clients and I would also trust either one of them! After years of going to incompetent hair stylists, I was so fortunate to have found Vern! He is the BEST hairstylist I have ever met! He spends a lot of time working on your hair ensuring you are receiving the best. Before he even begins, he sits down with you for a while getting a full idea of what YOU want. I prefer to keep my hair straight, I fell in love with the balyage look. Vern took time to make it look amazing straight and curled. The service is outstanding, and my hair looks and feels great!!

I absolutely love this place. After having colorists and stylists experiment with my hair for years resulting in disappointment I was referred to Aura Salon & Spa and I never looked back. Margaret is a detail oriented perfectionist with a creative eye and Vern (owner) is a color expert at its finest. From color correction to treatments to the latest trends; their is nothing they don't do here all the while maintaining the hairs integrity. The Aura team are true professionals!

Saw Daniela for a biolight facial. It was a super relaxing treatment and my skin is glowing !!! I am super happy about how my skin looked immediately after the appointment. I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone !!! I also saw Margaret for a hair cut and it was also a great experience she never fails to disappoint and always listens to exactly what length and style I want. Go check them out ASAP!!!

I always walk out of aura salon with a spectacular haircut. The place is very lively and home to very talented and friendly hairdressers always helping one another out. I've been getting my haircut by Claire now for quite sometime and she always does a wonderful job. If you want an awesome haircut go to aura and ask for Claire or any other employee.

All the staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Vern has been 'my guy' for 20 years. I literally wait till I get back into the country from a long trip before going for a cut. He understands what you want and gives you what you need. Thanks Aura, keep up the great work! PS: Claire gives a mean shampoo/head massage.

I got my curly hair cut done by Verin and he brought my curls to life. He did a cut and style and I didn't think my wavy had so much curl and bounce to them. He has so much knowledge on products and the whole salon is quite cozy to be in. I finally feel so good about my hair again. Will definitely return.

I've been going to Lisa Jones at Aura Salon for years. She does an amazing job with my hair. I bring in pictures of what I want, and always walk away happy with the results. She is great at matching the exact colour I want, and she is very thorough when cutting, always perfect.
