Needing to by a quality lounge for a trick back , I went to Aus - Furniture from past experience to get a LazeBoy . The run through was informed and no pressure at all . Its a good product so it was a good purchase . Like cars , there is a big backlog of orders , but despite that , I received part A in good time . Lockdown , hard lockdown and all retail closed , but still got it . Peter is terrific and the installer Kevin a good guy . Nothing was too much to ask of him . We all would love constant updates and while that was not a great strength , its also an unreasonable expectation in these circumstances as no one really knows day to day what is happening . Phone calls always taken or returned . Very happy , and Part B awaits , and Peter will get the job done - again

Very disappointed with the customer service from Peter. We purchased some Moran furniture on 11th December and told delivery in 8-10 weeks. Due to Christmas shutdowns etc we waited till February to follow up. Peter then advised another few weeks. On 20th April Peter advised furniture arrived and would be sent to carrier that afternoon and delivery in 5-10 days. Today is the 12th May and after many phone calls to Peter and the carrier, still no furniture. Peter and Sam (carrier) do not return calls when promised and promises from Sam do not happen. Peter has denied any responsibility from the time we paid the final invoice. We paid Peter for the delivery and therefore I feel it is up to him to follow through any issues.

We were looking to buy 3 pieces of Moran furniture. After contacting Moran head office in Melbourne, they recommended a local supplier in Sydney Aus-Furniture. It was such a pleasure dealing with Peter. The customer service is excellent. He gave us space and appropriately took time to show us the material and the various pieces. He shared all the savings possible which is a nice change. He did not over promise on delivery but set some realistic expectations. A good experience overall and highly recommended. Thanks Peter.

Peter was fantastic- the prices were much lower than I could find locally -at least $200 cheaper on an ascot lift chair for my mum who is in a nursing home. They were very helpful and went over and above with delivery On Saturday. The chair had a problem and they sorted and replaced chair In the nursing home within a day. Best store to buy furniture- old fashioned service. Thankyou very much.

I purchased 2 sofas from Peter virtually sight unseen (as I couldn’t get to the store personally), but his highly professional, courteous, amicable and positive manner made the process and purchase an easy choice - and all those rare qualities were gratefully repeated in Michael who delivered the new sofas and removed the old one …Great ‘old school’ customer service and relations.

Excellent service & delivery. We went to Aus Furniture for the Lazy Boy sale. Peter served us and he was fantastic. Knew everything about the product and was very helpful and friendly. We purchased two armchairs and Peter organised the delivery for one week later. The delivery was made exactly as promised. The delivery men were excellent. Highly recommend this store.

Peter was a absolute gentleman. No pressure good old fashioned customer service. He took the time to show my partner and I the amazing lounges and chairs on sale. We purchased Saturday and they were delivered free of charge the following Monday. Will definitely recommend Aus-furniture to anyone looking for quality lounges and great service.

We went down to see Raul and Peter today for a new Sealy mattress. Raul took the time to explain the differences between the ranges and offered a great price with free delivery in Sydney. I will be seeing them again for our next mattress.
