If you'd like to experience the rudest, most dismissive customer service ever, Aust Post at Black Forest is the place to go! A very sullen, disinterested young man didn't even have the courtesy to grunt at me. The padded post bag I was looking for was in a pile behind the counter so I had to ask for one - not a single word from the young man. I filled out my address etc and went back to the counter. Just the bare minimum of conversation about what I needed, then the transaction was processed. Do I get a thankyou? A cheery farewell? No sireeeee! As he was the only one on service, I didn't have an alternative staff member to speak to. This is not my regular post office and I will definitely keep well away in future.

In October 2022，two express posts sent to the area managed by the LPO with correct address provided, none get delivered. One of the parcel packed properly also got broken. The LPO failed in its duty of care to deliver my parcel safely and on time.

Staff and post office services are great. However the strong incense smell that is noticeable even from outside discourages anyone with asthma, respiratory issues or a strong sense of smell from entering.
