Went to post office today to ask about their Mastercard travel card.. customer service was terrible.. the guy that served me just gave me a pamphlet and wouldn't give me any information about the card.. He said he couldn't help me.. went to a different post office and the lady was amazing.. helped me with all the details I needed..won't go back to castle plaza again..

Have been here a few times, one lady was above and beyond along with the other staff, however was serverd from a young blonde today. Awful experience, very rude and unorganised. Needed to take my post else where, as was hinted I am not welcome with my packages due to the hassle of being international and too much work. Disappointing.

Terrible service when we call on 131318 they said you can go in any post office for newborn passport side photo when we visit there they said the don’t have cradle to put baby in. Why they said go in any Australia post??

It's a post office! It's got a very clean look and is presented really well. Customer service has been mostly good, but can come off as a bit stiff and stale at times making it feel unpleasant at times.

Some staff behaviour is not friendly and very rude. So unprofessional and disrespect. Wont go there again !! Auspost is asking customer to treat their stuff better, i think is other way around

I received a service from Anna at this post office on the 5th August 2019. Her service is superb and very patiently solved my issue and beyond. Definitely recommend this post office!

Located out front of Castle Plaza, has the usual posting items like padded bags, boxes etc, plus many gift type products, also has locked mailboxes out front, check for availability

Remember the Little Britain character "Carol Beer"? "Computer says no....(cough)" That's the standard of customer service we're talking about here.

Giving 1 star until I have some compensation for the parcel delivered to the wrong address (with a fake signature). Terrible service.
