Rude , abhorrent service from the most uneducated , disrespectful customer service ever experienced. Entry door was locked early ! Arrived 4:50 pm to be told " hurry up , I have to leave at 5pm " To my reply " there is still 10 minutes " Her reply." Don't give me attitude , just hurry up My reply If this how you greet people , good bye. Definitely not recommend this store Australia post read the comments on here and do something. ( My First review was deleted yesterday , this woman is a piece of work ) discusting attitude for a Australia post representitive.

Worst customer service…**some staff** are very lazy….i have good impression on aus post but this type of customer service gives hard time to who ever in urgency ….better give the opportunity for people who are really keen to work

Best local post office by far, Dawn is the Best, very helpful, great range of gifts are, very convenient for the locals. DONT KNOCK IT DOWN TO BUILD ANOTHER OTR PETROL STATION THAT WE DONT NEED OR WANT

Staff are lazy and dont want to get your parcel unless it's right next to them and says it's open Saturdays 9am -12 yet they are closed... Disgraceful service
