The lady at the counter has something absolutely wrong with her. She is aggressive and rude. Terrible sense of customer service. Asked her if there are any public toilets around and she laughed at me and told me that “this is a decent area and no public toilets for people like me” then asked her if there is coffee shop “there are no toilets in a coffee shop too” She has lost it. I went home to call and check if she has had a bad day, she advised me that i dont have a sense and humour and i asked her a totally weird and silly question.

I decided to deliver the 2 10kg boxes directly to the post office so they could just put them in the persons PO Box, but I was surprised to find that not only did I have to pay for the full delivery and tracking fee, but because I came directly and they had to process them straight away, they charged me express rates. So for doing all of their job for them I was charged the most expensive option. Hardly the Australian way.

Terrible service. The guy seems chill but the lady has got something deeply wrong with her. Very aggressive and rude. Snatched my ID and punches the keyboard like a mad man. We get it you work at a post office, that’s pretty depressing sit don’t take it out on the customers. If you go here try and be served by the guy or go to the Arkaba Post office down the road

Brilliant post office, nothing is ever too much trouble and the couple running it are awesome! Just took my elderly Mum in for her passport and they were so kind and caring . Best local post office ever!
