They need to train their staff properly, especially the woman named Amanda. Been there many times always the same mistake. What's worst is the attitude. Never say sorry even though she makes repetitive mistakes. Generally, the whole staff is very depressed with no hope but the staff named Amanda is always terrible to deal with. Try to avoid there. The service absolutely terrible. Australia Post should either replace the staff or retrain them properly. Just disgusting. Will be contacting the head office.

Fantastic that you can post something every day during the week until 7pm. Makes it so much easier to post items when i’m working 8-5 and cannot get to my local Post Office.

Been going there for years for different things and found all the ladies and chemists very pleasant and obliging even when busy.

Always friendly and very hard working staff, highly recommend. Post Shop open 7 days til 7 pm is a brilliant convenience.

Delivery driver is hopeless, cannot read sign to take parcel upstairs and doesn’t call. Staff are dull and not pleasant.
