Shout-out to the remarkable Myles Graham who has gone above and beyond to get some returned mail to me three years later. He called and emailed, when most wouldn't have persisted and my valuable records would've end up where lost mail goes to die and be destroyed. How good would the world be if more people were like Myles?!

There is a person who Bald at pick up window is so rude, and shouldn't work Auspost. I had three incidents too terrible and rude to me. Look like he has a mental issue. When I read the reviews, 90% of reviewers were not happy with this guy,

It's ridiculous that Australia Post decided to close the postal facilities - there is now only PO Box and parcel delivery. This is very inconvenient to a lot of local businesses as we now have to go to another post office to actually post

The service at Kent Town was very efficient and helpful. I have visited them few times and really appreciated their service. I would also say thanks to Myles who provided a good service.

Always get a message advising it's coming today and make sure someone is home only to find out it's delivered the following day, normally on a Monday. Do they not work Fridays?

It’s great, they don’t do anything else but deliver your parcels so there’s never a line. And they open at 7.30am so you can pick up parcels before work. So convenient!

The post office that doesnt deliver - 'delivery people cannot leave their bike unattended', therefore, despite paying for delivery, you have to collect it from them.

The staff in Kent Town provided excellent services. And I have always been pleased with his service. I also like to thank Myles for his helpful attitude.

Such a rude staff at the pick up counter. He is always rude and so chatty with some customers while people are waiting in line to collect their parcels!

Friendly staff if you need to collect your parcel in person, easy parking when you need to collect from a parcel locker. Excellent service all around!

My parcel arrived here for days but they didn’t scan it. No pickup notification no updates, until contacting the customer service.

Went there this morning to pick a really large and heavy parcel. The gentleman was very very friendly and helpful.

Website not up to date. Kent Town Post Office doesn't have anyone there anymore. So can't renew Passport there.

Brilliant service. Got there just after 5pm and the bloke still opened up and got my parcel for me. Legends!

It's a good but basic place, a mail distribution centre. The best bit is the 24/7 parcel locker.
