Horrible ! If you walk in and it's the two old ladies turn around and walk back out. I went to renew my passport, the first lady seemed to not know what that was. The second lady said she had two other passport appointments. I explained it was just a renewal a 5 min task and they kept saying but you don't have an appointment . FYI you can't make appointments for passport renewals because they don't need to allocate you time. My husband had been in just days earlier walked in and out in under 10min to do his. What a joke. We will never use thier services again and cancel our business POBox as well.

Went to collect a parcel for my childs birthday (birthday on saturday) on Friday evening at 4:55. Five minutes before the shop "closes". The two ladies had already closed the shop and locked up, and when I showed them my parcel slip through the window and asked if I could pick it up, the lady with the short hair looked at me with quite an angry expression and just shook her head, no. =( This is the kind of behaviour you might expect from a teenager working their first job, not knowing any better and wanting to get out of the shop early. But two adults... what the?

My sister was in on the 29th of March to pick up my parcel and I'm living in the Sunny Coast now. She was told the parcel wasn't three after I had already sent her a photo saying it was at McLaren Vale Post office.. to have the same lady send my parcel back to sender within 3 business days on the same night she had gone into enquire about parcel. Pink haired lady should be sacked. Rude customer service and obviously doesn't do her job properly...

Appalling service and customer care. Was notified that my parcel was in, went to go pick it up and was told “it’s not been sorted yet and I can’t be bothered to go look for it”. It’s to monitor my heart as my arrhythmia is acting up and they don’t care. Told me to come back in 12 hrs but I cannot. Absolutely shocking, honestly don’t go here if you actually want your parcels when they’ve arrived or actually want decent customer care.

Always helpful, competent service. Not too busy and generally quickly served. Good parking, plenty of PO Boxes Edit: I have been here so many times now where passport forms are being organised by staff at peak busy times. Can you please indicate a specific window of time where this may be done, and turn away people at these times? This happens ALL THE TIME. Removed a star until this gets attended to

Mclaren Vale Post office is my favourite! The staff are always so helpful and friendly and it's always a pleasure to visit. I have an ecommerce business and they always provide all the services I need. They even order extra packaging materials every week just for me. Don't listen to the other reviews on here, seriously. They don't do the staff justice at all. 5 stars and would always recommend :)

They regularly take parcels to my PO box instead of my address. No attempt is made to deliver the parcels to my address, no card is left at the address. Just pure laziness of these guys. They just want me to drive to them, queue up and waste my time.

Very happy with this post office, I requested to have my parcels sent here after several shocking experiences at Willunga PO. It’s a dream coming here in comparison. Thank you MV PO staff for being polite & friendly to me, each and every time.

The staff are friendly and go above and beyond, even at peak times. I have never had a bad experience here and we plan on moving our PO from another branch to McLaren Vale based on the excellent customer service.

Not only has every experience I’ve had been completely dismal but so has that of all of my peers who’ve used the service, quite honestly should just shut the place down and start using the seaford branch instead
