Australia Post card left at front door today for delivered. But instead of taking 250mtrs to local post office at Pasadena Green like they normally do that open till 5pm today. No lets take it to Melrose Park DC 2.5 km away that's not open till Monday morning 7am till 2pm. Now what do i do, i work 6.30 am till 3pm can i ring to get it transferred to Pasadena Green, maybe Australia Post will reimburse me for lost wages. Not even extended hours for Xmas Australia Post is going backward every year it getting worse

The delivery drivers from this distribution centre are ridiculous. They WILL NOT knock on your door if you are home and will leave parcels unattended in UNSAFE places. My safe drop is set to 'leave at front door' and they continuously fail to do so. They ignore the delivery instructions, leaving your parcels in common ways and in 'letter boxes' which are open to the public, causing them to go missing. I have complained numerous times, yet none of the drivers take these complaints seriously.

Delivery driver from this depot didn’t even attempt to delivery my parcel which I was waiting for not far from my front door. Apparently they don’t need to get off their bikes and can just yell your name from the road if you don’t hear them, too bad. They have also marked my parcel slip as unable to collect until Friday AFTER 7pm (was “attempted” to be delivered Thursday morning) when the depot isn’t even open. Aren’t open on weekends either so have to wait till Monday to try to collect.

This is my local AustPost collection point, and whilst it has difficult opening hours, it's legit full of dead set legends who man the parcel collection 'hole in the wall'. Every single time I've gone to collect anything from there over the last few months, be it a complicated mess or a simple hand over, they're always friendly and helpful. I'd rather the awkward hours at this depot than go to literally any other Post Office Shop in the area. Thanks for being awesome.

Had a parcel express posted to my work address (as it contained medical skin cream) However no attempt was made to deliver said parcel to the business. To make things worse it has been sent to the Melrose Post Office that's only Opened 7am-2pm Mon-Fri. For someone that works 8-5 this is an impossible arrangement. Its very disappointing that Australia Post appears inept in its main business function, and its customer service.

I experienced some amazing customer service today. The man saw that I was trying to get out of my car with my two little kids in the rain so he came out and took the card from me to get my parcel. Really appreciated it.

Opening hours kill this one, send parcels somewhere else, if we weren't home at 10am chances are we aren't going to be able to pickup from a PO that closes at 2pm, a bit of common sense would help.

No card left at my place or delivery attempted, had front door open all day, only knew it was here when I received an sms my parcel was there hours after it had closed. Horrible experience.

Business hours are terrible if you wish to pick up a package. Wish i could work 7 to 2pm . I have to work 8 hours like most normal people.

7am to 2pm and Mon to Fri for real? Use your brain if you have one Australian Post
