Ripped off and never going back here again! Wanted to send a book and was charged $11.55. Came home to do the numbers myself and Aus Post calculator states it should cost me $8.30. Was forced to buy the small-medium satchel. Won't be returning. You have lost my business.

If ever you need somebody in a Gov. franchise then this surely must be the person who stands alone from the rest [personal observation] a great personality and indeed a very affable person.

Always friendly, I called just past 5pm & they stayed open a few minutes longer so I could receive my package. Super happy with their service.
