First time visiting this post office. Absolutely disgusting customer service from one lady. She was the only person in the store at that current time, the description of tall and Brunette. From the moment I approached her, she had a horrendous attitude. I was spoken too as if she was my frustrated parent. Never in my life has someone in customer service spoken to me that way - and there was certainly no need for it. Judging by the other reviews, she has a reputation. Will be making a formal complaint as she truly spoiled my day.

Not been in here for years, but I was pleasantly surprised with the speed the passports are processed, excellent service from Tania doing the photos and her male colleague when I returned the next day. Just a pity about some silly middle aged women, pushing empty trolleys in store there blocking ease of movement, bizarre behaviour! They weren't 70+ pensioners either, just snotty middle aged wealthy woman who's highlight of the week is showing off in the mall and carpark, how friggin sad!

The tall femaile service attendant with the bob haircut is consistently rude. I come here regularly for work and I now try to avoid her entirety (even leave the cue and restart) she makes processing our mail difficult as well. I thought she had a problem with only me but the other reviews confirm this. The rest of the staff are actually very nice & helpful. Im confused why she is in a customer service role with a personality like this.

Staff are generally polite, helpful and accommodating, a recommendation could be improvements in sense of urgency when busy. Always well stocked with new and interesting merchandise. I am a regular who has retained a PO Box here for a few years now

Went to collect a package for my mum, with the collection notice and they had for some reason put it out for delivery again. Went back the next day and still wasn’t able to collect the package…hopeless

Very friendly helpful lady at the desk when I had to post important documents via express post to Sydney. Thanks again lovely lady you made the whole experience an absolute breeze …

Great service by the friendly gent at the counter. Processed my passport application without fuss and in less than 2 minutes. I will use this post office from now on.

Rude lady at the counter, with glasses. No manners what so ever. Judging people and treating them differently. DIsgusting behaviour.

Staff are nice but the lack of support for a small business is shocking. No support and no stationary to assist.

Consistently subpar customer service. Disgusting treatment of customers should be followed up with QA measures.
