My wife went there to apply for my daughter's passport by making an appointment and when everything was correct the staff member point out the mistake of the form, then after making new appointment with the correct form another staff member point out another mistake and before correcting that mistake I asked that staff member that is everything is correct after that so I rushed to correct the mistake and when I went back she said that my citizen certificate is not acceptable because of the date and she didn't check everything before so off course I will be little angry and she responded by tearing the copy of my daughter's birth certificate saying that because you are angry you don't need it. which I could but she didn't asked me and tore it without even asking me. Now I have to make another appointment to apply for my daughter's passport....How shame they hire people who don't know what they are doing. She just didn't want my application...So rude behaviour.....Worst customer service ever in Australia

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at AusPost. The lady working at the counter, who is of asian descent, with a tattoo is rude and impatient, and perhaps should not be working at the front desk where she required to deal with customers because she is clearly NOT a people person. If you are having a long day, or going through something, do not bring it at work because you are supposed to act professional and behave in a kind and respectful manner towards your customers, and NOT like you just went through a breakup and taking it out on every person that you are supposed to be helping/assisting. It doesn’t cost you anything to be kind to people. Get yourself together and be a nice person, if not for your sake, but for the sake of humanity.

Extremely unfriendly staff this morning. The usual level of service is mediocre at best but this morning the staff member was very unfriendly. More on the rude side. How much effort does it take to be pleasant? Obviously more than this woman can manage. Addendum 6/10/23 - Just when I thought they couldn't sink any lower they out did themselves. If they are trying to be the worst post office in Adelaide, they are on track and should continue doing what they are doing. The staff here are unbelievably rude and unfriendly.

That was a nightmare , I will never never go this post again , The staffs are so rude , no patient at all, I just asked her several common questions , she gave me a poker face , doesn’t want to answer me and shout at me , I am only 16-year-old , I was about to cry , next time I will go to other post , even though this one is only 500 m far from my house , i’d rather to go to other post and drive there thank go to here again here is my hell

I hate to be that guy but I literally will do anything to avoid this dank post office. They don't listen when I try and do bulk mail for work. The post office itself even smells bad. There is probably one nice girl who works here, the rest of them do not care for service and just kinda leave you to your own devices. Pointing and shooing you away so they can serve the next customer because its small and overcrowded and aaaaahh. Sorry.

I’ve been going to this post office for around 6 years. As a small business lodging several international packages, I will go out of my way to use this post office. Going to Northpark post Office is like stepping back into 1985, the staff act like they’ve never even seen a prepaid international postage label before Prospect post office are quick and efficient and know what they’re doing.

Impatient, unhelpful service bordering on rudeness and arrogance. I was appalled to see how an elderly woman with an obvious intellectual impairment was treated by a staff member. Not a post office I would visit unless absolutely necessary, like picking up a parcel.

If i could give a zero star i would, We have a PO Box at this post office and we are constantly getting other peoples Mail, and our mail is missing all the time..each time i complain they said they have new staff...also my credit cards have gone missing ...HORRIBLE

Got passport size photos clicked, but the guy was rude as he don’t want to cut them. Said they don’t have cutter, even though there was a scissor just sitting there on counter. Not going there ever again and won’t recommend anyone.

Very professional , friendly and always goes above and beyond to help with parcels, postage info and all that jazz. They also have some of the cutest gifts and things to buy in there aswell. Thankyou …

Avoid this place if you want to have a peaceful experience and nice customer services. A total fraud and they just rush you to leave after charging you as they have too many customers and no more time wasted on you

Some of the staff are very rude; IV also had the problem of one young staff member not understanding what I'm saying in plain English ‍♀️. Ridiculous.. not a place I particularly like using. …

Mark has done an excellent job with Visa photos for us. He is on top of his job with excellent skills in communication. He saved us from the frustration of poor employees with another post office.
