Staff are rude and unwilling to help, everything is the customer's fault and too bad about it. If it isn't the customer's fault it's "the system's" fault. Using paper records for authority to collect mail??!? Is it 1985??? Fill out forms online but "Oh no we don't use that, we have this piece of paper, like 1985". Every time I go in there's a different set of rules, one day they accept some forms of ID the next they don't... One day I can collect mail for someone else, from my PO Box, the next day I can't... One day I can collect mail for someone at the same address, the next I can't. Keep getting notifications that there's mail in our PO Box and go there to find nothing... Pointless having a PO Box, costs money and it's less convenient to get mail sent here than just getting a failed delivery and going to the post office to collect later.

Efficient and real-time Communication. I got sms notifications at work that my parcels are arriving. I could check from my post app as well. It helped me better plan my day. Went to the post office and showed my post app/sms to the lady along with my ID, without needing the card they left at home… within minutes I collected my parcels before getting home. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and considerate. She lent me their trolley to bring my parcels back to the car.

Extremely rude staff, tried to deny me picking up a parcel for another family member even though we have same last name and address. Explained that due to them only being open business hours and no option for a parcel locker my family member can’t pick up their parcel. Even showed my ID and address still didn’t want to give me the parcel. For a post office that’s only open weekdays during business hours they are the least most flexible place in Adelaide

Some of the staff here are so rude and unfriendly. Not even a smile or a "how's your day been?". Just straight up grumpy old women who looks like they hate their job and want to make other people's day miserable as theirs. The only reason I go to the P.O is because it is close to my work; if it wasn't convenient to me, I would not step foot into this place.

Used plenty of post offices but this by far the worst and unhelpful post office. Lady behind the counter did not even let me check the parcel to see who the sender is from stating I need to pay the difference in postage first. Not even giving me the tracking number. How am I supposed to pay for something I don’t know who or where it is from!?

Rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful staff. Don't even bother trying to get the new Australia Mint coins. They ration the coins - one coin per transaction. They expect you to come into Australia Post for a single coin (there are 26 in total). Forget that. The bad manners and impolite attitude are enough to stop me from coming back.

Terrible post office, staff and one in particular is borderline rude. Disorganized to the point where at busiest times, during people's lunchtime breaks and after work, the lineup can be almost out the door and only one counter is open. and then they might have a brain wave and think, we need to open more counters. Pathetic.

Terrible experience!! Staff were exceptionally rude and very unhelpful. They clearly didn’t want to be at work, and it showed! One woman behind the counter barked at the other girl serving like she was beneath her! You can see the work place bullying here while waiting in line!

The lady serving shouted at the next person in line, very abrupt. I was given information about package going overseas that I've since found to be incorrect.( From another Australia Post store) I was just given the brush off. Even my son said, gee they are grumpy in there.

By far the worst experience since a long time. very, very rude staff. the worst customer service in Adelaide - the two older employees are an absolute joke - super arrogant and no one has offered me any help, disgusting. Thank god, the office manager was there.

Never had a problem with the staff they have always been friendly and efficient . Opening hours are useless, its like you have to take time off work to pick up a parcel, ridiculous.

Rude and unhelpful staff. They make it very difficult to pick up parcels for local businesses. Even if the parcel has your name and the business name on it and you show your ID.

Only open 9 to 5 weekdays. Impossible to get a parcel without taking time off work. Most post offices are at least open for a few hours on a Saturday morning.

Absolutely ridiculous to only be open 9-5. Anyone who has a job or kids can't pick up. Insane when the one on Sir Donald Bradman drive is open til 5:30???

Open 9am closed 5pm weekdays and not open weekends. Have to always take work off to collect parcels. Staff disinterested in helping solve this problem.

I went to have my passport done and the woman was extremely rude. I ended up leaving and went to Findon. They were much more friendly and helpful.

Staff are so rude it is actually awkward, my staff and I all come back with a new horror story after each visit in regards to their service.
