I felt compelled to update my review in response to the reviews left by Aimee and Brian. This AusPost outlet is independently owned and it's high patronage is testament to the always helpful and cheerful staff. This has been my local newsagent since 2010. My experiences have always been great! I say keep your great service up!! It's a shame people typically only write reviews when they want to be negative. Spread your negativity elsewhere.

It’s not hard to see why this post office only has an overall 2 star review. After specifically asking for my items to be held for 3 more days due to a ruptured Achilles which left me unable to drive and collect, the man working there told me he sent the items back (on the same day I requested they be held). He was rude, dismissive and not interested in an apology of any sort. Disappointing lack of customer service- shame on you.

I hate when my parcels end up here instead of my usual PO. I have never had a good experience at this place and I am always treated rudely by the staff. The man with black hair, Indian descent, has ZERO customer service skills and has a disgusting attitude. Feel sorry for all the Warradale locals.

Been a customer of the Warradale North post shop for many years and have a P.O. Box there. I’ve found the owner operators are a pleasure to deal with. I work away from the city for extended periods of time and they have been very accommodating to my specific needs.

Australia Post listed India as one of the countries they do passport photos for, guy at the counter said we don’t do it, with a smirk. Also informed me he is not supposed to keep track of passport photo sizes for all the countries in the world.

Love it when going in, and seeing the Englishman there. He is so positive and great to deal with. Get him and you'll go back again and again. Thanks mate, keep up the excellent work. Sorry I forgot your name.

I always have a positive experience when I visit. Friendly, engaging staff. Always genuine and chatty. To those who leave negative reviews, perhaps if YOU'RE polite when you visit, you'll be treated in kind.

I don't think the owners actually understand the phrase 'customer service.' It doesn't take much to be kind to the people keeping your business open.

AWESOME staff at Warradale PO. They treat you the way you treat them. Have been going here for 7 years and have never had one issue!

Try ringing them! Don’t even answer phone! English employee (Chris?) wonderful, helpful but owners very unfriendly and unhelpful.

Called nine times. Kept being hung up on and swear a child picked up five times out of the nine times.

Not as bad as people make out. Always quick and easy to get parcels picked up from here.
